We absolutely loved our stay with Oriental Hotel. The convenience of the station and Lawson helped a ton! The mall next to the hotel had great shopping and restaurants!! The staff were amazingly helpful! It was great to have a laundry service, luggage holding, money exchange, and a lounge at night. And the amenities room was so helpful. The room had 6 beds so our family rested very well! We plan to stay there every time we go back

Oriental Hotel is a very good location to go to Tokyo Disneyland and Mt Fuji and other cities like Osaka and Shibuya. The front desk information gives us a very detailed to tour some other places by using train. Thank you so much Oriental Hotel and to all their staff. Especially their restaurants have a lot of selection menus.

Close to transit...close to Disney parks...many food and shopping options within walking distance.
Staff very helpful and the room was large and super clean. Great price for everything you get and location. However...if most of your business or activities are in shinjuku, shibuya, Ueno, etc...the hotel is a good distance and train ride away. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I liked the area that the hotel was in....there was a mall located right across the street with different shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel itself was actually really nice..they had restaurants there as well and a store that was on site. The train station was right across the bridge which was very convenient when catching the train! If you plan to go to Disney, thats the next stop on the train! They had late night snack and drink hour in the hotel for a certain number of hours that was a great add on as well. Overall I really enjoyed the stay! Id stay there again

The hotel offers many different amenities in buffet-style self-serve. This is an amazing idea for cutting down on waste because the hotel doesn't have to stock your room with amenities you won't use. The staff are always attentive and welcoming. I can only imagine working such a job around so many customers that do not speak your language must be difficult. However, the staff handle it with such grace! To the staff, ありがとうございました！

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 nights and had to add another night because our flight was canceled due to the typhoon. They were so helpful finding us a room at the last minute. This is our second stay and I will stay there again. Very convenient to take the train to Disneyland and Tokyo. Train station, restaurants and shopping are a short walk away.

The entire staff was very helpful during our stay. easy access Lawsons on site that is open 24 hours. The hotel provides shuttle services between Disneyland, DisneySea, and the hotel - which is super efficient and runs on a tight schedule. Overall a great experience at the hotel, would definitely return in the future.

Clean hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Note the beds are not made daily as part of the room clean - just a tidy and change of towels. You have to request for the bed to be made, not just sheets changed, but beds made! Something I haven't come across before anywhere in the world.
Front desk staff are pleasant. The language barrier is challenging when there are no English speaking front desk staff. This happened a few times.
The location, adjoined to the station is the best after a long day of sightseeing. It is extremely convenient. Having trolleys to take your luggage up to your room was a blessing for us. The room itself was modern and clean with lots of usb ports and power points. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and modern. Water pressure in the shower was the best!!

I love this place, had every you need in one place and also a welcome lobby bar where you can enjoy some sweet treats, beer, wine and drinks. In the lobby they have this big interactive screen for kids to play and had a free shuttle from the hotel to Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Disney Sea. Right next to a mall for shopping and restaurants. Also the room was a good size for a family.

This was our first time in Japan and Hotel Check in/out is excelent. Reception was very accomodating. Room was very clean. The candies and welcome drinksnon the lobby was excelent. Due ti the close proximity of the mall, dining ootions were abundant, from food court to dine in restaurant are a plenty. It is also conneted to the train station which make it easy to go around. We loved the Welcome Lounge at the end of the day. After all the walking daily, we would stop for a refreshment before going up to the room. The room was perfect for our family, but we had to live out of our suitcase (top loading suitcases are best). The access to trains and shopping is fantastic. Very family friendly. Laundry facility worked well and convenient. There is a wall in the lobby that is interactive with kids that my daughter enjoyed. They have a welcome area from 2- 9 with candy, drinks, cotton candy and pancakes unlimited. Room very large and clean. There is a Family Mart at hotel as well, which was convenient for snacks, and medicine if needed. Subway 2 min away so easy to get too. Plus they have a Disney shuttle to and from both parks which was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Property was close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Breakfast was good, but some items were not warm enough like poached eggs with waffle and hamburger with bun. Breakfast lacked berries and nuts. Scrambled eggs were a bit runny instead of more firmly cooked. I loved the curry and steamed rice. I loved the fresh orange juice and berry smoothie. I enjoyed the boiled chicken and salad at the salad bar. I loved the croissants and curry buns. Laundry doesn't dry very well, so put the maximum time allowed. Laundry machines were easy to operate. I loved the lounge bar with treats and drinks.

Surpass my expectations in many ways. The check in and the welcome lounge was really wonderful. We bought the buffet breakfast and that turned out to be excellent as well with one pro tip: try and get there at a reasonably early time or there will be a line. If you do get there and your closing they will run the line pretty quick but some of the food may not get replenished.

Our rooms were both great and the only thing for improvement would be that they were dusty.

There’s a Lawson Konbini on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near Tokyo Disney. It offered a shuttle bus service to and from Disney and Disney Sea. The train station is just a 5-minute walk across a short bridge, which also leads to a mall with restaurants, retail clothing stores, and a supermarket. In the afternoon, until around 11 pm, the hotel provides complimentary snacks, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, and wines for families to enjoy and unwind.

Breakfast buffet was very accommodating. I would like to see a few dishes changed from day to day to make it more attractive. We stayed 7 days and the selection remained unchanged.
We utilized the airport limousine service which dropped us off at curbside in front of the hotel. There were no signs to direct us to enter the hotel at ground level, the same entrance where the bus service to Disney comes. So we pushed our suitcases up the steep slope to the 1st floor of the hotel (same level as registration). This was not very accommodating. There should be a sign to direct your guest to walk a little further to the doors on the ground floor. Then they don’t have to deal with the steep ramp leading to the 1st floor of the hotel. Secondly, we wanted to mail a box to a friend that lived in Japan. We approached the front desk who told us to go to Lawson who could do that for us. We went to Lawson and they said no they do not provide that service we will have to go to the post office. The 2nd day we approached the front desk again to report that Lawson do not provide that mailing service and told us that there’s a Takubin service on the 1st floor. We went there and yes the lady was able to provide us the service we needed. I mention this to you, that your staff should all be aware of this service rather than lead your customers astray.
The room layout was not very functional. Areas to layout our clothes was not sufficient as well as counter space. We lived out of out

This stay was completely out of the ordinary. My last hotel had some issue with intermittent power issues, so I moved here hoping to be closer to my next stay. The check in was smooth, there was a lounge bar you could get a wide assortments of snacks and candy and drink and beer and wine. Was really wild, and there was another stand alone lounge for all your extra amenities. I opted for the breakfast and there was so many options, fresh fruits, drinks, smoothie, donuts, hamburger made fresh and so much more. It was probably by far the best stay I had in Japan.

One of the great hotels we stayed at was Oriental Tokyo Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was clean and modern, with a TV that had Netflix and could be linked to your account. The amenities were fantastic, especially the yuzu bath salt and hair oil.

The breakfast was delicious, featuring a breakfast burger, donuts, and fresh orange juice. The washer and dryer were separate and located on the second floor, and there was no need to use coins; a credit card was sufficient. They also accepted paid Amazon packages and offered luggage forwarding through Sagawa, which was on the first floor.

The hotel was easily accessible to Disney, and parking was 3000 yen per night. There was ample parking space on the first and second floors. As a bonus, they offered free snacks. Lawson, a 24-hour convenience store, was also accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at Oriental Tokyo Hotel and would love to return. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed — easy access to Tokyo and other areas. We arrived late on our first day and only had about 15 minutes to grab dinner before the kitchen closed. Unfortunately, we ended up paying over $115 for two adults and three kids (9, 6, and 3), and we barely got any food. Dinner was buffet‑style, and honestly, that was my biggest disappointment.
However, the little shop with amenities is a HUGE plus, and having a Lawson connected to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel despite that one hiccup.

Pros: The room was excellent for two adults and two teenagers going to DisneySea. The shuttle to the Disney park was very easy to use. On our first day we didn’t pay attention and accidentally got off at the first stop which was Disneyland. We ended up taking the monorail to DisneySea from Disneyland, but the return ride home and the second day was all perfect. The room had an electric foot massager for our sore feet after walking - it was so nice! Don’t hesistate to try it!
We used Sagawa for luggage shipping at the hotel - they were cash only so make sure you bring cash and ship it a day ahead of when you need it.
Location: right next to the train station, so many options for dinner there, Lawson’s was downstairs, never had to worry about food options.

Cons: Laundry was very busy at night and dryers leave your clothes damp. Be prepared to air dry some of your clothes. The welcome lounge with free drinks and candy bar sounded nice, but it felt a little bit like a zoo down there with kids running around like it was a playground. Floors were sticky, cotton candy station was nice but also sticky. We stopped by for a quick drink a couple times in the evening but the scene was not for us. Not a big deal, we were at DisneySea during the day and evenings.

Overall an excellent location and hotel for visitors going to Disney!! Lots of families with young children at this hotel.
