Very cutie European feel hotel. The breakfast options are great but the food may not suit westerners taste. We stayed 3 night and tried all 3 breakfast options. Overall, very clean and great place to rest.

Hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful! They kept our luggage as our room was not yet ready. They recommended where to eat and what to see. Later, we came back and our room was ready. Turns out we checked in 2 hrs before regular check in time. We appreciated the early check-in without any fees. Their breakfast was amazing. You can select American style, Chinese style, or Japanese style. Plus, you have unlimited breakfast buffet too including rice, TW traditional dishes, bread, fruits and coffee / drinks. It was awesome! Overall, 10 out of 10! We enjoyed staying here and highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the center of the historical town. Lots to explore within a couple of kilometers. It is quiet, new and well equipped. We slept well. The breakfast was provided with options of Chinese or western style. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Highly recommended!

Hotel can use a more sensible and flexible policy. I inadvertently booked different types of rooms for two consecutive nights. Hotel refused to upgrade or downgrade my room so that I don’t have to move unless I additionally pay the cancellation penalty and pay the current rate for the changed room. As a frequent world traveller, I haven’t encountered a hotel with such an unfriendly policy.
The hotel still insisted that I must check out by 11am and check in at 4pm. I was not feeling well the second day but apparently that made no difference and I had to sit in the lobby for about 5 hours. The staff seemed afraid to violate the unkind management policy.

Nice hotel with easy access to the train station and bus station and some of the major attractions in the city. The staff was friendly the room was clean, had a great time staying.

Located in the western area of Tainan City, it is about a 10 minutes walk to Tainan train station. Lots of remand shopping nearby. The property is located on a busy street, but you would never notice the hustle and bustle outside when you are inside. The breakfast was an added bonus, with American, Japanese or Chinese options, you must request in advance, and the meal do not vary that much from day to day. Staff is always greatly and helpful with our request. This hotel is good for light packer travelers, we had several large suitcases and found traveling challenging, unless you arrive in vehicles or taxis. Overall we had a plus experience. Thank you.

We stayed here this time because our usual go-to hotel was fully booked. I'm glad we found this hotel. The location is fantastic, and we could easily walk everywhere! We also took a bus a few times, and there were two bus stops within steps away from the hotel. Remember to bring your toothbrush and tooth paste as you don't stock those items in the rooms.
The hotel room was compact, but had enough room to relax. The bathroom was huge, and we enjoyed taking a bath in the tub.
The breakfast was fine. We chose the Japanese option, and it was a lot of food.

True boutique hotel in best possible location to also see some of the most interesting places during a business visit. Good bed and shower. Rooms are small but adequate. Good selection of tv channels, even R+ rated. Staff is friendly and good. Breakfast is a la carte. I tried the Japanese and that was excellent. Highly recommended if you are not hooked to the obvious 5* chain and like a bit of adventure. Some nice galleries and fashion shops nearby.

I really love that boutique hotel. It is very well-appointed everywhere an offers all what a guest may need. The only down the words it's my room was giving to the front I could hear the noise of the street slightly. the decoration of the room might looks a little bit \"too much\" because the room is smaller than it appears on the pictures. But it is at the level of a luxury hotel.

The hotel is definitely a boutique hotel and very pleasant. The rooms are fairly small with a lot of furniture in each, however it was comfortable and the free minibar and snacks was great! The location is great for exploring Tainan and the staff really helpful.
The only criticism is that the pillows weren’t very comfy and the bed linen was a bit ‘slippery’.

建物自体は豪華で素晴らしいのですが、駅から15分ほど、凸凹の多い歩道を大きなスーツケースを転がして歩くのが大変でした。主にこの駅までの距離をどう考えるかで、ホテルの評価が左右されると思います。その分、ホテルの向かいにマッサージ屋さんがあるので、そういう利便性は高いです。また、フロントスタッフは英語がほとんどできないので、何か頼もうと思っても、毎回、携帯の翻訳機をお互いに使って意思疎通する必要があります。それでも困らないし、親切ではあるので、問題はないと言えば問題はないのですが。不便に感じたのは、例えば、「部屋の水もお茶も無料提供はやめた」と部屋のカードに書いてあるので、使うのがためらわれたのですが、実際は部屋に置いてあるのは無料でした。その辺りの細かい点をフロントに確認するのは言語的に難しい、そんな感じです。
