Room was in good condition.
Generally inhospitable.
Check in instructions sent day of travel while in airplane mode.
Arrived to find office closed requiring whatsapp
Finally got in and received only one set of keys
Told to copy them if I wanted more.
Inquiries to WhatsApp returned days later or not at all
Just prepare to take care of yourself.
Otherwise quiet and clean

Rooms reasonably clean. Our kitchen was lacking in knives for cutting and chopping food. Beds were comfy towels are getting old and wornout. Rooms are not cleaned daily and if you want bed linnen changed have to pay extra for that or take sheets to cleaning ladies and get new ones and do yourself. Pool was very nice. For the price for a 2 bedroom apartment can not complain too much.

We stayed here twice and had a great stay both times. Location, location, location - the apartments are close to everything needed for a great vacation.
I'd just suggest that visitors bring dish washing materials and coffee filters (basket) if you want to make coffee.
Comfy beds, fantastic pool and really wonderful staff. We hope to stay here again.

Even though we had purchased a two bedroom suite to fit our family of 5, there were only two towels, no soap for washing dishes in the kitchen sink, no trash bags for collecting trash (which the manager told us we need to do and dispose of ourselves). The couch with pull out bed was very dirty, old, and worn to the point that the staff had covered the couch with a sheet before we got there to hide it. The back door to the patio was broken, the shower drain didn't drain well. When we used the shower, we were standing in 3 inches of water the whole time. The room, especially the fridge had a really odd smell which wasn't pleasant to be in at all. The best thing about this place is that the pool was very nice, and the garden area around the pool was pretty well maintained. The buildings overall need a lot of updates and care. We came during the rainy season (mid October) and we were happy with the pool condition even after it rained with so many trees around. However we would hesitate to stay here again especially during the rainy season because the sewer line on the street outside the hotel was overflowing and flowing into the street which made the whole area stink really bad. That's something that the hotel management may not be able to fix since it's outside of their property. The staff wasn't available in the evenings to help with anything. It's more run like an AirBnb vs. a regular hotel. There's not staff on site 24-7.

We stayed here about a 6 months ago, was a good stay in a nice quiet clean room.

This time we paid more for their best \"Superior\" room, first one was simply gross with handprints and fingerprints on the walls and switches. Room looked unmaintained. So we had them move us, ended up in a newer cleaner room, same room as 6 months prior but this time we had paid more. The text number they guve for contact stopped answering back when I asked for an explanation. Internet also didn’t work in both rooms and the pool was milky and literally falling apart (a number of kids were playing by finding tiles and had piles of them). Wont go back again...

Quick stop with family

-My family stayed for one night.
-The hotel let us check in at noon as we had to check out of our previous accomodation by 1100.
-The lady that was working while we were there was super helpful and very kind to us.
-We enjoyed the pool. My child LOVED the pool, he had so much fun in there.
-We had to check out before 0330 in the morning as we had an early flight to catch. That part was a little bit of a hassle...we could not use the gate near our room as they keep the gates locked from 2100-0900, so we had to take all of our luggage to the main gate through the brick sidewalks and cobble stone. It was quite noisy, possibly woke up other guests.
-The location was good, close to a lot of places to eat and shop.
-I would stay again.

Stay was good. Good service. Only thing was no kitchen sink stopper that work to keep water in. And Tv was only Mexican, could finger out how to change to English but did get stingray English music. It was only a 2 day stay so it was ok. Will stay again.

There is no restaurant on site even though it says there is one in the description of the hotel. No one working at front desk EVER! The only communication was with Whats App. Messages were replied to but it was inconvenient. No housekeeping services unless you pay for them. This was not what we expected. It was an apartment style rental that seems to be set up for more of a long term rental situation. We felt secure no issues there. There are also many gate entrances however those are only for long term guests so added a lot of unnecessary steps to your room. I wouldn't say don't stay here but be prepared for a very underwhelming stay! We never used to pool so can't speak to that.

When I arrived there was no one to greet me. Two lovely couples from Saskatchewan helped me out until the manager showed up. The unit itself was fine but not very well stocked. You start off with one roll of toilet paper and nothing to wash dishes with - I had to purchase my own. Not much in the way of cutlery or glassware but I was by myself so it wasn’t too traumatic. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and the size of the pool was good too. Would I go there again? Maybe because I know what to expect and if the price was right.

this is more of an apartment building than hotel. The three of us were given only one set of keys, and that included to only one gate, so coming and going was often very inconvenient. We were locked out initially and there was no one to greet us even though we arrived before 6 PM we never checked in or checked out; just talked to a security guard.

It was overall a great stay. The room was great and quiet but missing a few tiny details like a wastebasket for the kitchen and i had to find an ignition source to light the stove. But the staff was helpful when they could understand me and overall i would recommend this place!

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Honestly, when we rolled up, we were skeptical. We glt walked half way in, even more skeptical. Didnt realise at that pount we were at an unrenovated potion of the property. Go to out building, was nice, inside was great, service was great, everything was great! Ill admit, property could use a little more care and pool need sa re-tile. But overall, very sstisfied! Our family wouod hapily stay again for a day, week, month or year!!!!

Was not possible to get cleaned up properly as the shower had barely any water coming
out.
This is an old ran down place in bad part of town.
Jorge and staff were very nice but this hotel is hopeless and dont even have a front desk open at all. Stay far away if you want to enjoy your vacation.
We left on day 4 of 10 and still hoping for some kind of a refund.

The hotel was nice for the cost and i was only there for 2 nights. My only complaint was the sofa in the living room was stained. The pool was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and all the staff were great. The TV had a function for English language so i appreciated that not being fluent in Spanish.

You get what you pay for.

I paid $371 for a week which was a positive.

Negatives/questionables

- Not clean - stains all over sofa, dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers upon arrival

- You have to pay $10 each day you want cleaning service no matter how long you stay

- No soap, but 2 semi used shampoos in shower

- Oven didn’t light without a lighter

- Safe didn’t work due to dead batteries which they replaced, but never brought a cover for the battery compartment which when closed was necessary to keep the batteries from falling out when closed.

- Hodgepodge of kitchen utensils and supplies - inconsistent number of bowels, plates, glasses

- Lax enforcement of published pool rules regarding glass and loud Music

- I was initially only provided 1 towel, but was given more upon request.

- Multiple buildings with some old and mixed in with the renovated ones

- They did bring a sponge and dish soap when I requested them so I could clean my dishes.

- You are expected to take out your own trash to the corner.

- Water pressure low

- Outside noises seemingly radiate into the building.

- If you lose the keys you have to pay a locksmith to change the locks and provide extra keys

- Many of the staff and seemingly their families live on site which is good and bad.

I really liked the full kitchen with gas stove. Full fridge with freezer. Thus is good for a long stay. Also has a laundry room for manual washing out your clothes. AC works well. Beds and couch were fairly comfortable too. Good location near grocery and market. 10 minutes walk to beach but quiet at night Pending on the guests.

The inside of the place was clean except for some things. The furniture is old, the sofa had a lot of stains, the refrigerator had a black dark stain it looked like a dark puddle of water and the pillows had holes in them. The area where this place is located is very nice and there’s good restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

#1: Did not like that I had to walk to the side of the road in order to smoke, especially during the night.

#2: The pool temperature was awesome. It was warm and the pool size is perfect. The only problem was that there were adults being loud and drinking alcohol in the pool. There for, I did not allow my kids to swim in that environment when that was taking place.

#3:The outside needs maintenance. It's looked abandoned.

#4:The owner was very friendly and helpful when we locked our keys inside. Very nice guy.

#5: I do like that they have a parking lot inside and the entrance gate is supervised.

This property is located in a really great area, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A short walk to the beach and supermarkets. The property and service is basic, but if you're a self-sufficient, no-fuss holiday-maker it will be to your liking :)

The location was great, and easy to get around. The complex is getting renovated and we got a room that should not have been rented out. The manager was very helpful and did his best to fix things up. We had a two-bedroom condo. No instructions how how to use things. lights were confusing at first, no bulbs in the nightstands, one coffee mug only, the couch was stained, and broken lights. just small things added up. Ran out of water a few times. The pool area was nice, don't use the washrooms by the pool, as they were awful.

I needed an air con place to heal from surgery and it was perfect and very affordable. I had a two bedroom apt and had everything I needed to cook with a full size fridge. Even a blended to make fresh juices from small local fruit and veg shops 5 min walk away which is great when recovering from surgery. Uber eats deliver there too. Its a 10 min uber to Romantic zone and beaches if you need some action. They have a great pool too. Some nice little rest and cafes near by too. Its the cheaper part of PV with local prices so if you want a two bedroom apt thats half the price of the Romanic zone its great.

Fooled by pretty pictures . First day put into a. Holding room no tv no lights basically a horrible dark room pool had diapers floating . No house keeping no laundry despite the machine in the hotel room. Lots of promises from staff but no follow through . Expedia also failed us ..
would stay clear of this property and know your Expedia rights !!

This place is a disaster. From the start the lights didn’t work. The sink was broken.. we have talked about it with the people from the place but they ignored me. It was honestly awful. The place isn’t pretty at sight. It smelled like urine and fish. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED WITH NO HOSPITALITY.

Zen Harmony is a lovely complex. Heated pool, simple, tasteful furniture, easy walk to bus, restaurants, etc. It should be noted that it is geared for long-term stays ( over a month). If you are going for just a few days, you will need to be aware that cleaning services and some kitchen amenities are not provided here. You will have to stay in contact with management for your needs. I, personally, did not find the office lady very helpful or friendly.

The place is good value but the NOISE! Construction everywhere so we were unable to enjoy being in our suite. Too bad for the hotel as it is not their fault but made it very unpleasant. No balcony in our suite which meant we had to go to the pool if we wanted to go outside. Everything is run down. Pool area was nice ad generally spacious and comfortable

GREAT Value!

Clean, comfortable, quiet suite (2 bedrooms, bathroom living area and full kitchen) at a very good price. Jorge and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Located in the bustling Zona Romantica, there is a variety of restaurants nearby (Mykonos on Francia – upstairs, NOT the street-level place next door -- is a favorite of ours).

I really like the Versailles neighborhood. Walking around and discovering the the next little shop. Zhsuites were very nice. I will say it would have been nice to have a bit of oven ware or quality frying pan. But thats really all i found lacking. The apt was a nice size and worked well for me.

People are shouting, in the late hours of the evening, having parties next door, shouting loudly at 4:25 in the morning.It's like a campus dormitory.
If i didn't have my earplugs, i could probably not sleep .
Cleaning of the room, they would do , only once a week, and that's if i called the manager on the phone.

Having a full apartment with separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen was great, had major benefits from a standard hotel room. Although we only had one night, only in town to do some shopping, I would definitely recommend for a longer stay to have those perks. Our kids could go to bed and we could stay up and enjoy the apartment, rather than all have to turn out the lights like in a standard hotel room. And since it had a full fridge/freezer, we decided to get our grocery shopping errands out of the way the night before, thus freeing up our time for the next day. The apartment was perfectly clean overall, but the sofa was really stained and kind of gross, and the sofa bed feature didn't work properly. In any case, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, but may have been available had we asked, since we found the service prompt and helpful otherwise. The pool area was large and had chairs and the pool was clean. This was more like renting an apartment for longer stays, not a hotel, and although hand soap and towels were provided, you have to make sure to bring your own shower products and dish soap. But dishes and glasses and pots and pans were provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a budget option with added amenities.

El hotel no es lo que pinta ser, las fotos son realmente antiguas y el lugar donde se encuentra está en muy mal estado en general, las habitaciones y el hotel en general da la idea de ser un edificio abandonado.
La experiencia con el personal del hotel fue mala, hay solo dos personas llevando el hotel y en varias ocasiones dejaron cerrada la recepción.
No es recomendable...
Es mejor buscar otra opción en un mismo rango de precios.

Lo peor de lo peor! No respetaron la habitación que pagué, al hablar con la gente del lugar solo me dijeron “pues es lo que hay”. El lugar mugroso, con moho en los baños, no se sabían ni la contraseña del internet por lo tanto no pudimos utilizarlo. En general terrible. NO MAL GASTEN SU DINERO EN ESTE LUGAR!!!!!!

pas de ménage inclus, piscine eau très mauvaise en 3 semaine jamais vu quelqu’un nettoyer un monsieur client un matin à nettoyer lui-même la piscine ,piscine chaise jamais laver plein de caca d’oiseaux, divan sofa la picine insalubre, pas de resto sur place comme décrit, les clefs fonctionnent mal revoir la description de cette hôtel

Hay que ser muy insistentes con las personas encargadas ya que tardan en responder.
No me dieron la suite que reservé.
Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y llegas caminando a la playa.

En general creo que no esta mal la calidad - precio. Los departamentos en sí por dentro estan muy bien cuidados y limpios, a demás las camas son super cómodas, pero ya las instalaciones como tal, alberca y otras áreas si les hace falta mantenimiento. Pero la verdad la pasamos muy bien y hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas al lugar.

No respetaron mi reservacion, me dieron otra habitacion que no era, en pagina aparece asignada con un nombre y al llegar al hotel le cambian el nombre a las habitaciones y te dicen que lo que reservaste no es lo que ellos tienen en su base de datos.
La situación es que llego una excursión, estaba lleno el hotel, asignaron la habitacion que reserve y se la pasaron diciendome que el hotel estaba lleno argumentando que yo estaba mal en lo que reservé y que si me harían un cambio, pero hasta que se desocuparan las habitaciones.
La habitacion que me dieron fue la más economica, el sofa cama estaba muy sucio y destartalado, no había botes de.basura, el baño olia raro, la alberca con los azulejos levantados, sin mantenimiento, basura en las areas verdes.
Lo mas rescatable fue la.vigilante Mika.
La verdad fue una mala experiencia.

Pésimo servicio no soliciten el servicio

Al llegar me entregaron una habitación que no solicite pedí con tina y me entregaron una simple culpando a (hoteles.com) que ellos fueron los del error sin hacer diferencia del dinero la habitación estaba sucia me toco barrerla al llegar el baño apestando a pipi y sin productos de limpieza para limpiarlo las camas con cabellos los trastes sucios y sin jabón para lavarlos fuimos ala alberca y cuándo regresamos mojados ni trapeador para secar teniamos además que como huésped te toca sacar las basuras tengo fotos pero la aplicación no me deja subirlas aaa y la alberca llena de cloro y el azulejo se despega es incómodo andar pisando algo mientras tratas de relajarte
