Staff are very good. Well trained. Hygiene is good too. But some of the furniture in the room like the draws under the RV table etc have to furnished. The ware and tear is a bit too much. Rest all very good

Wonderful hotel with great hospitality, caring staff and a fabulous ambiance. Only problem was we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but it wasn’t a big issue as there were so many places to sit anyway. The food was delicious and catered well to our dietary needs. All the staff were very attentive and made sure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend

My experience at this hotel was very nice. Nothing overly special about the experience or the amenities. The waiter, Sievie was exceptional at his job and provided amazing service throughout my stay. If I had to stay in that area again I would definitely recommend.

Another highlight of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that catered to all palates. The hotel was safe and comfortable. The food was good. The staff was very attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they need updated. The lamps were broken, fabric worn, curtains with tears, the shade in the shower broke. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and comforter were clean and good quality. I would stay again.

1. Shower gels were not filled before assigning the room

Horrible experience!! Missed hospitality this time from your chain of branches. Food taste was not up to mark, when ever some one walk in Food Café (BF) employee ask for Room number four to five times don't know what they verify, During mid night they do DRILL at 2.AM (Fire drill), I was doing walk after dinner in Hotel corridor however some one from back ground they shut light...over all experience was not good at all. i paid 40K. I have bought the stay including morning breakfast plan but the manager said, he is giving it for free as such he is doing favours. Also he over charged for extra guests. despite of worst condition of the hotel, expected that they would relax bit but just for 1 day, it costed 12k INR, which is insane. I would never take this hotel and will also inform all my NRI vizag friends the same.

Location is great and it's clean. I guess their central AC is not working, the temperature was set so high all the time. They turn off the light in lobby and hallways in the night time like a cheap motel. It was a very unpleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

The hotel has taken funds out prior to our stay and then taken money out during checking in and then at the end as well. They have charged us 3 times for the same stay and are refusing to refund the amounts taken on the 14th October and 17th October. Please be weary of your dealing with this property, they have not even emailed me the invoice after 5 days and constantly ringing them every day.

a) They did some up selling offering room upgrade including late checkout/early checking Dinner for a about Rs.3K per night, but the updgrade room excluding dinner is Rs.689 [Don't fall for any upselling before checking the prices online]
b) inspite of us taking this wasteful package, every night at Dinner table, the waiter would annoy us saying that our package doesn't include dining. Once he called us up to the room to tell us that we ate without settling the Dinner bill. I had to route him to the reception (next morning at Breakfast they offered apologies, but it was quite awkward. Indicating their system lapses and integration.
c) Not sure how the Deluxe rooms are, but the upgraded executive room is pretty good, except that the wash room doesn't have curtain in the bathing space, meaning you will wet the entire washroom after the bath (Yukk). If its a single occupancy fine, but if you are with the partner, it could create a scene.
d) If ours was such an executive room, I dont know why other guests were buzzing the bell, and some saying sorry (some walking even without saying sorry - i.e not a classy crowd).
Overall, whilst the staff come across very courteous they aren't aiming for improving customer loyalty.

Front desk at checkin was great. Restaurant was terrible. Walked in about the middle of service time and could not find a table set up for using. Tried to get someone's attention and walked by us without even looking our way both at evening meal and breakfast. At checkout asked for someone to pick up bags to bring down to lobby. Waited 30 minutes. When we approached desk to ask about it they just ignored us. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room lacked the basic amenity of Water. There was no water, either complimentary or charged in the room. We had to wait for nearly 30 min and make 2 calls to the room service to get the water. The TV software was defective, with most of the channels being not accessible and complicated to operate.

Good business hotel, excellent breakfast spread, rooms clean, spacious and well furnished with quality toiletries. Its located close to a main road and so there is easy accessibility to local conveyance and all important locations are in the 15 km radius. We stayed on a holiday and so missed the SPA (was under renovation) and kids play room, this being a business hotel. Our request for early checkin and late checkout was considered favourably. The pool was clean.

However two points to make

* breakfast they need to be more organised as they could not deliver the buffet items in time.

* air conditioning was too cold and they need to have an easy way of adjusting or even switching off. Customer services were not able to advise

Nice hotel - room comfort not good

Our AC in the room was not working properly. VERY uncomfortable night's rest as the room was warm. AND the phone did not work - so we could not call anyone as the night progressed. We let the front desk know the next day and they did fix the phone and said they adjusted room temp. Alittle better the next night -- but it was not what it should have been. HOWEVER - breakfast chef was amazing. GREAT buffet and he prepared the EGGS EXACTLY as we requested. He and his staff were great!

Good hotel if you find the right pricing

I had a 5 day stay, staff is great ! Som, Ramesh and Robin took good care of me in bar/food area.
The rooms need to be upgraded though they seem to have old hardware . Some people in front desk are great, some are just ok.

Buffet breakfast is great! Always include that in your package. More beer selections are needed in the bar area. Who wanted Corona in India flying from US. Include more Indian beers.

Overall my experience was great and I would definitely recommend people.

Very disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel and rooms. Unusual odor in the room. Surrounded by other buildings so it did not have a view. Meals were bl as nd and choices were limited.
