The location is ideal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all around. Shopping galore. Not far from highway as well as ocean. Parking can be challenging in the city, but manageable. Hotel staff is always wonderful. This was my second stay and will return, however, the hotel could use some updating, or minimally -necessary repair upkeep, but you can't beat the price for the location.

Weird shower door

Hotel was perfectly centred in the square of Torres vedras, lovely service and with a beautiful view to the castle from our balcony room…. However… the only thing that was sort of a let down and very annoying was the room we stayed in had a shower door facing the toilet seat and you could open about 30cm of that shower door to get in and out of the shower. Obviously an architectural / design error. Make sure to check the doors first when you check in…

Family stay in Two rooms

We are a family of four that booked two rooms. The check in and staff were great. The Hotel location is fantastic. However it is to be noted that this Hotel is definitely not 4 stars it maybe is 3 stars. The potential with a bit of money and maintenance it certainly could be 4 stars. It is clean but needs work. Event though wecweee a bit disappointed about the quality we would stay again in the hope some work is done soon.

Great overnight in Torres Vedras

We were staying on our way to Lisbon and had a super night in Stay hotel. Room was super, staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend it and the town had some great restaurants and bars.

Not near a beach, too far from Lisbon ,

Hotel and staff Excellent, but Expedia booked the Hotel 50+ KM from Lisbon, despite our request that the Hotel must be in Lisbon. We wasted a lot of time travelling from Hotel to Lisbon and lost almost 2 hrs every day travelling, on top of the time we had to wait for buses.

Good Base For Touring

Great place to stay.Torres Vedras is about 30 miles north of Lisbon so easy access to the city without suffering the traffic everyday. Also a good base for visiting other areas of interest in the area.
The hotel is centrally situated in the town with ample parking in the square outside. which has to be paid for between the hours of 9am & 7pm. The hotel has a small parking area if needed.
The room was large, clean and with a very comfortable if not firm extra large bed.Tea/coffee making facilities, TV, fridge & AC are supplied.The rooms are cleaned daily.
Breakfast is served 'til 12 but can't comment as didn't try it.
Very friendly & helpful staff, a lounge and bar where snacks can be served.
All in all had a very enjoyable stay & will probably use again.

Great for business trips

I spent one night here having flown in from the UK for a business meeting, the hotel is in a good location with all requirements the rooms are clean, very spacious and my room had some great views over the town. The bar area was pleasant enough for an evening informal meeting but if your expecting anything more than a sandwich you need to make other plans.
Breakfast was minimal with some breads, ham, cheese, fruit and cereal on offer, though you do get to eat this small offering off what seemed to be the worlds largest plates which seemed to be somewhat ironic.
All in all a good stay

Superb hotel/location

A very good and modern hotel with elevators. Very clean and spacious room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel staff spoke English and was very helpful. A little hard to find and located next to a public park and pedestrian only shopping area with many restaurants and cafes. Safe area of town. Parking is extra and located 2 blocks away in a secured underground garage. Only complaint is the noice from the park until late at night which makes sleeping hard. I stil recommend this hotel.

the was nice, very good for the price, but is a long distance to Lisbon. Is 1 hour in car and you need paid toll. Torres Vedras is a beatiful city and you can eat very good.

Clean and quiet even in center

Central location, friendl staff, a bit compact but clean and quiet. Comfy beds. From balcony nice view to the city. Too few power sockets in rhe room to charge your portables. Skipped breakfast upfront, sneak view to the breakfast hall confirmed that it wouldnt have been wirth it. In the same building there was a great cafe with better value for your money

Die Zimmer sind wegen den dünnen Türen sehr hellhörig und man hört auch die Aktivitäten im Stockwerk über einem deutlich. Die Duscharmatur in der Badewanne vom ersten Zimmer war lose, im 2ten Zimmer ok. Beide Zimmer hatten deutliche Stockflecken im Bereich Bad / Dusche, die Zimmer selbst waren ok. Das Frühstück war lecker, nur wenig Abwechselung.

Quarto em pobre condiçao, cheirava a fossa da casa de banho, e a temperatura do quarto extramamente quente com o ar condicionado a nao funcionar.
O culchao da cama nao era colchao nao segurava os lencois.

El grifo de la ducha se cerraba sólo, había que mantenerlo para poder ducharse.
La WIFI no llegaba al escritorio de la habitación.

Esperava um hotel de 4 estrelas e encontrei um hotel 3 estrelas básico.
A limpeza devia ser melhor e a iluminação também podia ser melhor.
Para pequeno almoço, têm uma caixa básica e foi-me dito inicialmente que deveria ser consumido no quarto. Só depois de protestar é que me foi dada a opção de usar o bar.
Ainda tentei anular o pequeno almoça da minha reserva mas foi-me dito que porque fiz a reserva através do Hoteis.com não o podia fazer.
Apesar das regras do COVID-19, os outros hoteis de 4 estrelas reais onde tenho ficado têm encontado maneiras de servir um pequeno almoço correspondente ao nível esperado.
Senti-me enganado, pois este hotel não tem o que é esperado de um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Très confortable et propre

Accueil chaleureux à la réception. A notre écoute. Hôtel rénové et propre. Lit très confortable. Des petits plus comme le kit d’accueil (bouilloire et thé) et kit de toilette sont très appréciables. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais 2 boulangeries cafés juste à côté donc ce n’est pas un problème. Parking de l’hotel payant (8€ la journée) mais il est possible de se garer autour, payant de 9h à 19h, coûte 10 centimes le 1/4h.
Nous étions très satisfaits surtout que nous avons connu l’ancien Hôtel tout vieillot il y a 15ans...

O hotel em si é muito bom,moderno,quarto espaçoso para 3 pessoas, funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos. O que não agradou foi não ter estacionamento e perto ,por ser centro é difícil arrumar vaga na rua,até para descarregar o carro. Acho que as camareiras deveriam checar e repassar os problemas existentes nos aptos,por ex: a pia do banheiro estava entupida,o gancho onde fica pendurada a ducha estava solta,( a ducha ficava praticamente embaixo),ar condicionado não esfriava o suficiente. São pequenos detalhes que não atrapalharam a estadia,porém devem ser corrigidos.A internet bem rápida. O café da manhã bem simples,porém suficiente. No geral ,aprovei e recomendo.

Excellent rapport qualite /prix. L'hotel est de style contemporain le design très tendance et agréable.
L'etablissement est situé au centre ville .
Pas de possibilité de parking dédié aux clients, du moins à l'heure d'arrivée (23h30). J'avais pourtant exprimé une demande spéciale pour un stationnement tarifé à 8€ /nuit. Le site de l'hotel ne mentionne pas la situation en centre ville ni l'absence de parking.
Il y avait des places de stationnement (parking public) autour de la place de l'eglise à cote de l'hôtel. (Stationnemd gratuit en raison du week-end).
Excellevre qualite d'accuei à notre arriver vers 23h15.
Le receptionniste m'a préparé à 23h30 sur ma demande une collation (2 sandwichs chauds avrc des chips ).
La chamvre esr très bieb équipée . Litertie king size (matelas oreillers tres confortable).
Il y avait des sachets de thé café er 1 bouteille d'eau minérale de 50 cl (inclus davs le prix).
Dans la salle de bains (design moderne,) il y a egalement les toilettes.
Il y avait du gel douche , savon.
Nous recommandons cet hotel. Attention cependant à assurer une possibilité de stationnement au moment de la reservation si vous arrivez en voiture .
