Wonderful, relaxing accommodation
We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer.

Blue hot spring
I booked a Japanese style room at Morinoyu because of its blue hot spring. It did not disappoint me at all. They have free pick up at 3:00pm at JR station. The driver is a Chinese. The hotel is 10 mins from the station. However, you are not able to walk as it is up on the hill. A welcome drink and snack were served when we checked in. My room was just next to the public hot spring so I went there twice during my stay even I had a private spa in my room. I felt the skin smoother after I went to hot spring. I booked one night with 2 meals. The restaurant is located outside the main building. The display of food was attractive and I enjoyed it very much. A foot spa's right next to the restaurant so we tried it after dinner. The hotel sent us back to JR station on the next day after breakfast.

We have booked the Deluxe Japanese Style House with the private onsen, the room is spacious and tidy. The hotel is a bit far away from the town so it was very nice that pick up service is provided. Every staff we met are in good manner and smiley face. It was so relaxing when we stayed there.

유후인 물좋은 료칸 야수하를 갔다왔습니다.
야수하료칸은 유후인 료칸 중에서도 물이 좋기로 유명한 료칸이다. 명성에 걸맞게 예약한 객실에 딸린 온천도 신비로운 파란색 온천물이었다..온천물은 피부에 닿을 때 미끌미끌했고 피부에 좋은 영향을 주는 것을 느꼈다. 대욕장은 1층 로비에서 들어갔는데 생각보다는 작았다. 료칸 1층 객실은 개별온천이 포함이었지만 2층은 개별온천이 없어 불편해 보였다. 가능하다면 온천이 딸린 객실은 예약하는 것이 좋을 것 같다. 위치는 평지에서 꽤 올라가는 위치이므로 가능하다면 렌트카를 이용하는 편이 좋다..걸어 올라가는 것은 좀 힘들어 보였다. 나는 이틀 연속으로 객실을 사용했는데 만족도는 거의 100% 였다. 다음에 유후인에 다시 온다면 야수하료칸을 다시 예약하고 싶다.

한국인직원의 불친절은 말로 형언할수없는 수준으로 심각합니다. 한국인고객에게 이럴거면 왜 한국인 스탭을 고용했는지 알수가 없네요. 2019년 12월 22일 체크인하면서 야스하 한국인 직원에게 렌트카업소에 우산을 두고왔으니 해당 업소에 전화해서 우산을 보관해줄것을 요청하는 내용으로 단 한번의 전화를 부탁했습니다. 제 일본어실력이 부족하다보니 부탁한것인데 한국인 직원은 비웃듯이 말하며( 일본인도 아니면서 일본인에 대한 긍지로, )그런 전화 안해도 일본에서는 우산 안가져간다고 우산은 그 자리에 있을것이라고 전화통화를 단박에 거절했습니다.결론은 다음날 렌트카업소에 갔더니 우산은 없었습니다. 누가 가져갔더군요. 전화만 했어도 렌트카업소는 제 우산을 보관했을겁니다. 이제 어떻게하실건가요? 책임지실겁니까? 물어내실겁니까? 이런 불친절한 직원을 둔 야스하가 배상할겁니까? 연락주세요.제 이메일로.

This is my second time to stay in Yasuha, same as last time I enjoyed my stay very much! Room is clean, service is great. What I love most is the open air bath in the room, you can see the forest view while enjoying the hot spring. I will definitely stay in Yasuha again if I come to Yufuin again.

굉장히 만족스러웠던 숙소
유후인 버스터미널역 앞에서 픽업도 해주시고 다시 그쪽으로 갈때 데려다 주셔서 위치는 산속에있었지만 불편함이 전혀 없었다. 온천물이 너무 좋아서 온천을 많이 하고싶었는데 그러지 못한게 아쉬울 정도로 온천도 좋았다. 온천하고나면 온몸이 매끈매끈해져서 좋았음! 대신 가이세키가 맛이 별로라는 후기가 있어 신청하지 않았는데, 근처엔 음식점이 하나도 없어서 할 수 없이 맥스밸류라는 큰마트에서 도시락이며 이것저것 다 사갈 수 밖에없던 것이 좀 불편했다면 불편한 점이었음

The room is good but the spring is too small (in house and public). Food quality is fair and no positive surprise . Staff is not as nice as other Japanese hotel. Hotel facilities is not flexible. The whole feeling is not that friendly. Most important is the price is quite high. At the end seems not worth the value to stay here.

개인탕도 야외에 있어서 산속에서 온천을 즐기는 느낌...약간 누가 훔쳐보면 어쩌지 하는 걱정도 살짝 들긴하지만... 탕안에 있는게 굉장히 기분 좋았어요. 야외에 족욕탕도 조그마하게 있고 다만 개인탕은 크기가 좀 작아서 성인 1~2명만 이용하기 좋고 대욕장 이용시엔 입욕세를 내더라구요 인당 그리 비싼 금액은 아니라서 퇴실 시에 내긴했지만 그 부분을 자세히 듣지 못했는지 아니면 들은 게 많아서 제가 기억을 못하는 건지 모르겠지만 그것만 쪼금....다른 건 다 좋았어요.

房間為日式和式榻榻米，空間大，洋溢著日式禪風，溫暖舒適；服務貼心；日式早餐值得一試；飯店位置非在車站附近，如果有自行開車較為方便或是請飯店接駁；訂到的房型含露天溫泉池，缺點為淋浴亦為室外，房內僅有廁所跟洗手台，一月天氣稍嫌太冷，總的來說還是很不錯的住宿體驗。

在湯布院少數有青湯的溫泉 喜歡美人湯的女士們一定很喜歡 可是如果是想要感受日本傳統溫泉旅館的極致服務的話好像這家並沒有太authentic 用晚餐的時間不可以自己選 而且還是要到旅館的餐廳去 不像可以在自己房間里吃 另外有普通話的前台服務員 應該是針對外地遊客提供的服務 可是中文服務員的待客方面除了最後說謝謝的時候有感受到比較親切之外 整個過程中都感覺比較冰冷沒有笑容 說話也很含糊 沒有達到溫泉旅館的日本服務水平 旅館的日本服務生倒是都很好笑容很親切 這方面可能旅館需要著重培訓外籍員工 料理的用料也有讓人有點小失望(比如魚做的很腥） 可是沖著這個把手放進去就能感到滑溜的溫泉 還有環境也是很不錯的 另外旅館的範圍內有很多貓咪 如果過敏的話需要注意 對於我這個貓癡來說倒是很不錯

The only drawback is that there is no heater in toilet and corridor, would be very cold during winter.

전체적으로 편안한 분위기의 료칸
공용 노천탕만 이용했었는데 사람이 많지 않아서 편한 마음으로 같이 간 친구와 함께 여유롭게 온천을 즐길 수 있는 점이 좋았어요. 다만 물이 좀 뜨겁고 주변이 대나무 숲인지라 날벌레가 많았던 것은 조금 단점이었습니다. 노천탕이 1~2개 더 있었으면 좋았을 것 같네요. 그리고 침대방에서 묵었는데 냉장고부터 차 포트에 화장실까지 모두 완벽했던 것 같습니다. 한국어를 구사하는 한국인 직원분들과 일본인 직원분들이 있어서 이용에는 부담이 없었어요. 내부 인테리어도 깔끔했구요. 무엇보다 가격이 많이 저렴해서 좋았습니다~
