スタッフさんもとても感じが良くて次回もこちらに宿泊希望です。
ひとつだけ難を言うとすれば、ツインに泊まったのでふが、椅子が折りたたみでいいのでもう一つあれば良かったかなと思いました。

コンパクトに必要なものがそろっていて、清潔感があるし、朝食も、家庭的で美味しいお食事でした。その場だけでなく、お部屋に持ち帰って食べるためのプラスチック容器が用意されていて、細かい面でも気配りの行き届いた良いホテルでした。チェックインもチェックアウトも専用の機械で対応ですが、わからないことがあれば、すぐに質問できるスタッフがそばにいました。

宿泊全体は全く問題なく、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
素泊まりでも十分に便利な地なのに、無料で朝食が頂けるのは有り難いです。

何処も同じですが地方はTVのチャンネル数が少ないので、
スマートテレビの導入、もしくはamazonのファイヤスティックのような機器の貸し出しなどして頂けると、TVを見ない世代は喜びます(*^-^*)

とても綺麗でいいのだが、エレベーターが１基しかなく、朝は数回乗れないことも。。あとは東横は大体そうだが、ベッドからコンセントが遠すぎて、夜が不便すぎるので延長コードを部屋に準備してほしい。

禁煙室が空いておらず仕方なく喫煙室に宿泊、吸ってない人だとニオイは気になりました。
が、寝るだけなので我慢しました。

１０月にも予約を取ろうとしたら（現在５月）、すでに喫煙しか残っていませんでした。
禁煙室をもっと増やしてほしい!

スタッフさんは笑顔よし☺️

朝はエレベーターの利用者が多くなかなか降りれなかったが、非常階段が解放されていたので、助かりました。
朝食も無料だが、割とよかったです。ロビー朝食は驚きました😅が...お弁当箱があったので部屋に持ち帰りいただきました😄
ただ...夜静かとは言えず、廊下を走る足音、ドアを閉める音が聞こえました。壁が薄いのかなぁ⁉︎

エアコンの匂いがアンモニア臭。
用事があり外出。しばらく付けたままにして様子を見ていたが、それでも匂いは変わらず。部屋は交換してもらえたが、荷物を再度まとめロビーで鍵交換。乳飲み子もいるのでもう少し柔軟な対応してもらえると助かります。なによりかなりの異臭、、なぜ気づいていなかったんだろうか。

川内駅から雨にもぬれずに行ける便利さと、仕事で遅くなって夜10時過ぎのチェックインにも関わらず、フロントスタッフの方の優しい応対に癒されました。
朝食も種類はそんなにないですが、私には十分満足のいく朝食バイキングでありがたかったです。
