We may have been unlucky but there were a number of events over the weekend we stayed so it was pretty noisy as there is an outside events area - also lots of noisy guests and door slamming! Not the hotels fault though and it’s a decent hotel and not to bad an area.

Had a really good stay, rooms and beds comfortable and breakfast was good with a lot of choice, fair few places to eat nearby but mainly in malls etc. Gym was good, big but no rowing machine, pool also decent size but hardly gets any sun this time of year (Jan as in the shade of the hotel) would have been nice to have somewhere outside (terrace or similar in the sun where you could relax) but overall a good stay and good value for the price

They have ripped me for 3100rs , when I have booked my room for two people like a two beds breakfast for two people but unfortunately I did not notice that I have only 1 adult as a member . Room rate was same for one adult or two at the counter I have requested for the waiver but the front dest dis not agree and Charged me 3100 RS . Common sense if I have two beds and two breakfast then how could they charge . Anyway it's only $50 Canadian but I did not like personally for ripping me

We had some issues at checkin where they refused to let us out of the 3 rd night (per our request) as was pre booked and paid on hotels.com. Even the manager would not budge. Just remember you can’t make any changes once within 48 hour window upon checkin. Otherwise great location and great stay!

Limited Items compare to the past but more problem is a staff. Seems like no one paying attention towards the guest to help them event seating. No proper napkins on the tables as well as the full cutlery. If you even need a fork you would have to look for someone to get one. Overall all my Five days stay here i noticed the same.

Thank you all so so much for a relaxing and peaceful stay! All the workers were so kind and caring. The bartender upstairs, Rajeesh, was beyond amazing as well! The breakfast buffet was so good and had a huge selection from American to Indian cuisine, even served real bacon!!! I didnt feel well one day, and they came to my door just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I have been traveling as a younger solo female throughout India for about a month now, and this was the first place so far where I felt a sense of home and belonging. Thank you all so so much!

We stayed for 5 days in April 2020. We were very grateful to get one of the accessible rooms on the 5th floor which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as always with many choices and Kavita and Upendar very helpful. Mahipal helped us with transportation, driving 600 kms in 5 days to get us everywhere we wanted. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

We usually stay in the centre of Delhi, but as we wanted to be close to a wedding venue, we stayed here for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Walking distance from couple of malls which is very convenient. Shoppers Stop is next to the hotel, which was helpful for me for some urgent shopping for the wedding. The staff at the saloon and spa were excellent.

This property was a long way from airport and any sightseeing. Many weddings are held here where they bang very loud drums and music through out the night and again at 5am.
This is ok if you are staying for that function but as a guest looking for 5 star not for me.
Also the pool was empty and no spa. They charged us A$7 for a tea bag cup of tea. And A$75 transit each way to the airport. The local area had a slum behind so we were warned not to walk nearby in the evening. So no pool and no outside walking. Then a public holiday with no alcohol allowed. Not much left to do. Oh and the Tv had 3 movie channels in English which we could not find without hotel help, with such old movies. Terrible. Not 5 star.

The hotel and staff were amazing , however the pool area was very disappointing- pigeon poo all around the pool and pigeons drinking the water from the pool and flying around. Couldn’t relax by the pool for fear of being pooped on and certainly wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of what disease you would pick up.

Beautiful hotel, the front door staff was courteous, friendly and polite. The biggest problem was with the dining room staff, the dining staff needs a lot of improvements. We were seated at a table got up to go get our foods and when we came back our table was given to someone else. We would order coffee and was told that it would be brought to us and no one would bring it. This happened multiple times, same with the milk, utensils because table wasn’t set up properly.

This Hotel doesn’t have any soap in the bathroom or to bath in the bathroom we want to use the shampoo not the soap because they won't have the soap. By ordering butter naan they give roti which small child eat and charged 200 rupees for that rooti.

This hotel staff has no manners how to talked with customers and how to respect them. They said this is 5 star hotel and its prize is 2000 crore rupees. But as of my experience this is 3 star hotel and its prize is between 200 or 500 thousands indian rupees.

The pillows were dead in my room, there was a Sikh guy at front desk, I asked to connect to Wifi because I was not able to figure out, he stared at me with a serious look as if I am complaining about their wifi.

Other staff is great but some of the front desk staff and senior staff are extremely cocky.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks.
The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

Lost electrical power to our room on entry. This was repaired but failed again the next morning. Lost time in repacking to another room.
Bar charges are high end prices, so be careful before ordering.
Cheaper to by a full bottle of a good whisky from shops than buy from the bar.

Stayed for a night on our return from 10 day sightseeing tour. The room was decent size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was an odd smoke smell in the room after a while but the staff quickly came and sprayed some freshner. Food was quite bad i'd say after eating at multiple hotels in the area but considering the price we got for the room, i wasnt expecting much.

You have to stay there. Without them my wife would have missed her flight. Their taxi driver assured her all the way to airport check in counter. Managers were great. I highly recommend their service.
It may be 1 hour from rrj airport but this is the hotel to pick. They also service dinner buffet and njg breakfast. I thank you from my heart.

Stayed for two weeks. Place has a fabulous breakfast buffet. Five states special dinner was also very good. Took the hotel car out most days for work. Mahipal, the most experienced driver was wonderful and knew Delhi inside out. Big room safe could hold all my valuables safely. Housekeeping & laundry were excellent.
