Absolutely fabulous hotel. All of the staff were very attentive. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The room attendants were very thoughtful. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. And they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.
The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,

It's pricey, but it's worth it

I liked the design of the resort, it was classic with modern touches. The place was quite, and staff were very friendly and ready to help. Make sure to try their breakfast early in the morning.

Mostly everyone was amazing, especially in Nafoura. Yash, was our server and from the first day, he was tireless, professional and clearly enjoyed ensuring that the guests were happy. He would try and anticipate what we needed or wanted and even spoke to the Chef about making tofu scramble for me.

The Sous Chef, Erwin, was more than happy to point out all of the vegan options in the breakfast buffet to me and created an amazing tofu scramble. It was exceptional. I believe that Shitik and Saja were also instrumental in making our breakfasts there fresh, delicious and memorable.

One area that we had a lot of difficulty with was getting rideshare drivers to find the hotel because the entrance is also for the spa and other building, with the hotel to the right of the main gate. We missed seeing the Floating Mosque on our last night there before 2 Uber drivers got lost in the spa area and left.

All that needs to be done are 1) ensuring that the guards at the gate clearly instruct people to turn right for the hotel 2) creating better signage on the property.

Lovely experience

Everything was so smooth. From check in, until i checked out. All staffs were very kind and helpful. Food was great when I had my breakfast and dinner at the hotel.. The ambiance was very stunning facing the water fountain. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff are great specially the front desk (Mr. Majed) On the other hand, the breakfast was amazing.

The negative side is that the price of mini bar items were too expensive even more expensive than other very reputable hotels. For example, I consumed a small box of pringles chips it cost me 42 rial Saudi!? Which is almost 10 times of the original price. Therefore, i wish the hotel consider my point and at least decrease the mini bar prices 50%.

Nice hotel with a good view but overpriced

The check in staff Atalal and Ahmed was very slow. They was arguing a lot, It seems they didn't know what they was supposed to do. Being there on a business trip and after a long 12 hours flight I was not expecting this poor customer service by the check in staff.

Hotel wise it was perfect, the view is stunning. The food was good and so is the location. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others but it will be good that the check in staff is trained on customer service better.

Exceptional Surroundings yet quite noisy

Enjoyed the hotel and its surrounding as well as its health club facility; yet the night was very noisy which makes me believe the hotel lacks proper acoustic isolation and probably also the location of my room was close to the service area. As I complained about it, I was told this is due to the hotel being fully booked; but that alone is not a sufficient excuse.

Smoking room and twin beds

I have asked for a non-smoking room and a king-size bed. They have me exactly the opposite. Not even an apology was offered despite my discomfort with their decision. Overall, the hotel and rooms are below what I have expected given the price. Shower water was not strong enough. The location though was fantastic; and the outdoor cafe overlooking the Jeddah Fountain was breathtaking!

Bad management and bad problem solving

We booked a non smoking room in non smoking corridor for 9 nights. I have a 4 years old daughter. The problem started the morning of day 7 when a smoking guest checked next to us. Around 10 am the smoke started to invade our room from the connecting door so we talked to reception and they said they are going to solve this. Did they solve it!! NO. We came later on the day to change clothes and the guest was there and the smell was worst then we complained again and they said we are going to solve it. So we came in the night so tired and my daughter was sleeping and I didn't mention my scratchy throat from the smoke. So the smoke was still there and the hotel manger said the guest didnt agree to move and they will move us that was around 4 am. So they moved us to another room and we had to pack everything and my daughter woke up at the end we slept but it was not our fault to start with. They even said the employee who checked the other guest made a mistake. This is how I rate hotels not by their food or furniture but how they solve problems.
Never going back for this.

Not desirve to pay more in such hotel

i think as per highly cost of hotel should have luxury services but unfortunitly i didn't find any thing from that . I'm not freely to use the hotel resturant or coffee and set in any places ( should pirority for guest not for ....) . i paid more to be on sea view room but playing to me to have partially sea view !!!!!!!.
