The room is clean, but not great for four people. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom shower is strange and gets all over the bathroom when you use it. It's about a 25 minute ride to the airport. Not much of a fitness room. For the price, it was ok.

Overall it was a good stay at Leziria , leen and comfortable. The onlh comain i have is that the room are not very well isolated and yoh can ear the doors slamming. I was very tired so i slept well beside those noise.

Wonderful staff at check in. Very fast and efficient. The restaurant service was excellent and with a very good price for the quantity and quality of food provided. They have special options for children and are very accommodating. The room was very cozy, pillows were comfortable, and overall quality was very good. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. I will come back, definitely!

Very Friendly staff throughout the whole establishment. Rooms provide what you need, but don’t expect extra amenities. Fitness facility is non-existing. Restaurant provides a decent menu with very cheap wine. I’d stay here again when I return for my projects. B-

Another honest review.

Generally good hotel, however it does need updating. Service was good and helpful, however Hotels.com need to update their information. No iron or ironing board in rooms and no laundering service available. The gym only had one treadmill and wasn’t in particularly good condition.
Room was very clean and beds comfortable, quiet and got a good nights sleep. I would say if you don’t need some amenities then it’s a good place to stay.
3/5 for me.

There was a constant buzzing noise in the bedroom. Seemed to come from the ceiling next to the air conditioning unit. Went on all night and would have kept me awake if it wasn't for ear plugs. Apart from that, the hotel was very good and we would book it again.

Affordable option to visit Lissabon

Decent, clean hotel. Affordable option to visit Lissabon and Sintra if you travel by car. Hotel looks a bit worn down, but rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered triple room, which was a double plus extra bed. The extra bed was really a foldable thingy... Very uncomfortable not worth to be called a bed.

OK for 1 night.

This hotel is purely for when you need a place to stay for 1 night to break up a trip. For this purpose it's adequate and we'd probably stay again. It's very sterile and quiet (except for breakfast when busloads of departing travelers feed). We got room service and it was just sloppy, lazy cooking. Breakfast was good, but crowded. There's a pool in the grounds which is not for guest use which was soul destroying after a big Camino walk day in the heat!

We stayed two nights. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Our room had a balcony facing the courtyard. The breakfast buffet was substantial. Keep in mind that this hotel is home to tour companies so expect a large crowd in the dining room! It is an easy drive into Lisbon or other points in Portugal due to it close proximity to the highway. Staff is very businesslike (it is more of a business-oriented hotel) so don't expect the usual warm tourist welcome. They are very polite however!

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

The hotel itself was pleasing on they eye, nothing in the way of entertainment and was pretty boring. As we only stayed for a few days for a wedding which was about 10mins taxi ride away it did the job. The hotel location is really in the middle of nowhere but right next to a train station and supermarket. I would say not suitable for families but for more of a professional stay and not for pleasure.

Arrived with 3 coach loads of people.. arduous check in. Little information given. Had to go back to find out wifi and breakfast details. WiFi was strangled unless you paid extra so pretty poor. Room was OK. Only one tea bag, no milk.. phoned up to order milk and it came hot in glass? Shower was hot and decent pressure but didn't drain. No bath mat so had to use a towel.

Had to go to reception to ask if someone would come to the bar so we could get a drink. When they did eventually come I asked the barmaid for a large beer, She started to pour this when the phone rang and she left my drink half poured and answered the phone, after 5 minutes we left with no drinks.
Went back to reception but got no satisfaction.

I'd definitely stay again!

We were cycling the Portuguese Camino and stayed 1 night. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable and the restaurant was convenient and had good food.
The neighborhood was more industrial and there weren't many dining options but we enjoyed the onsite restaurant for all of our meals.

Easy Driving Access to Lisbon Airport

We chose this hotel as an overnight stop from the Algarve to the Lisbon Airport. It was an excellent choice because it was just off the A1 and N10. In the morning it was an easy 25 K drive on the A1 directly to the airport to drop off the rental car. We avoided all the Lisbon traffic, and reduced our stress in departing Portugal.

Oh my god. Its in a quiet place and a super market next. To city very far. Taxi to train station bla bla nla. Long way.
Toilet was disgusting. Was in room 30 and toilet unit was moving around was scared the unit will fell off. When you flush water comes but nothing will really flush out... Bath tub terrible. .. Tub coating was coming off and once ur on shower u will find that ur standing on a pool. Water was not going out. So disgusting. Looks like used cheap units to contruct.. Wont be staying there.

Lovely hotel, but not a holiday hotel. Better for business or if a friend lives near by and you are visiting. However if you know the area or speak the language, the train station to lisbon is only 20 minutes away walking an trains are cheap. The rooms nice an clean, shower and bathroom was amazing, rooms always nice and cool, white near a mirror for make up application. so overall good.

Very nice hotel helpful friendly staff. Good room with balcony. tea, coffee and mini bar in room, (very unusual in Europe). Good and reasonably priced meal in the evening and a great buffet breakfast with lots of choice, including bacon, sausage and eggs as well as usual fruit, bread and pastries. Hotel has lots of free parking and is set in a small garden it is on a busy main road, but is set far enough back to miss traffic noise. Great place to stay if you want to visit Lisbon because the train runs from the town, just a couple of minutes away into the heart of the city.

Amazing comfort and quality, but a bit isolated

This is a very good hotel in terms of comfort and quality. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are larger than many other hotel rooms! The breakfast is very good and the staff is nice and helpful. But do bear in mind that the hotel is at a 30 minutes drive from Lisbon and sits in an isolated area between the main national motorway A1 and the train line!

This was a brilliant hotel to stay at, it was very modern and seemed more like a 4 star hotel. They provided an excellent room with everything such as kettle and fridge. The breakfast was fantastic as it provided a whole range of things from eggs and bacon to cereals,fruits and fresh juice. The only drawbacks were that there is no swimming pool, the location did not have anything nearby but there was a supermarket near which is good if you want to buy stuff cheaper. To get to the main town which was quite nice place to stroll around in takes about 15 minute walk from hotel. The train station is in the town and is called VILLA FRANCA XRIA. I strongly reccomend to take the train into central Lisbon as it is reallly cheap at around 4 euros return. Get the train to STA APOLONIA, just mention this at station and its on platform 2. Once you get off at APPOLINIA station head straight on your right where its about a 20 minute walk to main Lisbon area but you can get a bus from there. The best part is that you can get a tour bus from outside the station is is only 15 euros and the best way to see everything. I think to stay at this hotel is good provided you want to get on the train. It is a nice area in Villa Franca so I really enjoyed my stay there, hope this info helps.

Decent 3 star business hotel. Convenient for the site that I watned to visit, but the hotel is sandwiched between the motorway and a trainline, so definitely not a holiday hotel. Double doors to the balcony ensured that the room was quiet. OK breakfast and restaurant. Good bathroom, good sized room and very comfortable bed. About 40min taxi ride from Lisbon airport.
