The hotel is located in the heart of the Alps, surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of the mountain landscape, in a quiet place that is full of character. The ski lifts are 500 metres away and Bormio town centre is 200 metres away.
The bus station is 20 metres from the hotel, and Tirano train station is 3. 2 km away.
The family-friendly ski hotel is decorated in a country style using local wood and stone. Facilities at the 45-room hotel include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, lift access, a restaurant, wireless Internet access and room service.

Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean.

The hotel is perfectly located in the deep center of town at walking distance from all amenities as well as at 10' walk from the gondolas.
The restaurant serves very good local dishes as well as enough international's to satisfy all tastes, it also has an excellent wine selection, highly recommended.
The best of all though is the staff and more specifically the Owners which are always there and available to professionally deal with all needs of their guests and prone to find the best solution to any circumstance.
The Owner was actually born in the hotel, in room 108, which is pretty incredible and surely the reason why they are fully dedicated to their business and more so to the full satisfaction of their guests.

The restaurant serves very good local dishes as well as enough international's to satisfy all tastes, it also has an excellent wine selection, highly recommended.
The best of all though is the staff and more specifically the Owners which are always there and available to professionally deal with all needs of their guests and prone to find the best solution to any circumstance.
The Owner was actually born in the hotel, in room 108, which is pretty incredible and surely the reason why they are fully dedicated to their business and more so to the full satisfaction of their guests.

Nice hotel in quaint town. Granted the room I stayed in was a little tired and dated but with the price I paid I wasn’t expecting too much. All the staff were polite and helpful, the free bus to the slopes was very useful too. I didn’t really make the most of the hotel as it was just a place to sleep and have breakfast (which there was a good ‘continental’ selection to choose from) so I can’t really comment on them.

Best hotel of our trip! We really enjoyed our stay - the breakfast and dinner were included and the food was easily the best of any restaurants of our trip. The hotel was conveniently located near the pedestrian center of town and the staff was very helpful with directions, etc during our stay. My interest was cycling the mountain passes around town and they provided a map to the famous climbs and explained the best approach roads. The only (minor) issue was that our suite was at the top of the hotel so it did get hot during the day but not unbearable. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Bormio

Struttura pulita ed in ottima posizione. Camera minuscola, non corrispondente alle foto mostrate in fase di prenotazione. Aria condizionata non presente, e questo non rendeva vivibile la stanza di notte visti i 28°C che si trovavano al rientro alla sera.

Risulta davvero difficile trovare un difetto a questo hotel, forse l'unica piccola macchia è che all'orario stabilito per il check in (ore 14) la stanza ancora non era ancora pronta. Tuttavia straordinaria la disponibilità del personale che si è offerto di custodire i bagagli intanto che andavo a mangiare nell'attesa.

Soggiornato per un week end lungo in montagna in Agosto. Hotel bellissimo e strategicamente posizionato a ridosso della via pedonale del centro storico, circondato da negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Non ho abbiamo provato il ristorante ma la colazione è fresca e abbondante. In aggiunta, l'hotel dipone di una piccola spa che offre esclusivamente in forma privata, che non è poco se si soggiorna in periodi trafficati.

Ett bra beläget hotell nära den gamla stadskärnan. Bra service med skidbuss till och från liftsystemet. Utsökt middag och bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Litet rum och mindre bekväma sängar, men okej för några dagar.
Sauna kostar extra med 10 euro per person och timme vilket inte framgår av informationen.Fördelen är att man disponerar wellnessavdelningen helt privat. För övrigt är Bormio en trevlig stad med överraskande bra skidåkning. Lätt att nå Bormio via tåg och buss.

Una piacevole vacanza
L'hotel è molto vicino all'area centrale pedonale. Nota positiva per fare un po' di shopping dopo lo sci. Per andare alla cabinovia, 800 metri circa, c'è un servizio navetta che 3 volte al giorno, a orari prestabiliti, fa da spola avanti e indietro. Soprattutto per l'andata, c'è la disponibilità, in orari differenti. Le camere (2) sono state gradevoli e pulite (senza moquette). Non erano molto spaziose avendo io optato per la camera \"basic\". Il wifi funziona davvero bene e in camera c'è la tv con sky. Personalmente non ho apprezzato i 2 piumoni separati in un letto matrimoniale sebbene sia frequente in molti hotel all'estero. Il servizio al ristorante è stato ottimo. Il menu, buono, prevedeva sempre anche zuppe, pesce e piatti tipici locali. Buona la carta dei vini (a mio avviso un po' troppo maggiorata come prezzo). L'hotel dispone anche di un bar, aperto a tutti, con accesso dal centro del paese. Non essendoci una netta separazione in quest'area si possono trovare persone sia dell'hotel sia di passaggio. Questo rende l'atmosfera più fredda non facilitando la relazione tra gli ospiti dell'hotel. Hai la sensazione di essere in un bar e non all'interno dell'hotel stesso. Nel complesso una buona soluzione e un piacevole compromesso tra i patiti dello sci (hotel sulle piste) e chi non scia.

La posizione è perfetta e il personale gentilissimo. Anche il ristorante è di livello. Il problema è relativo alla camera: abbiamo prenotato una \"doppia classic\", sicuramente ci sono anche camere migliori (chissà a che prezzo) ma la nostra era veramente piccola e anonima, soprattutto il bagno. Il bagno era infatti inutilizzabile perché gelido (si riscaldava solo in alcuni orari) e i sanitari erano piccolissimi, talmente piccoli e attaccati al muro da risultare inutilizzabili. Inoltre è stato impossibile riposare, a qualsiasi orario del giorno, perché la camera risente dei rumori delle camere vicine ed essendoci molte famiglie con bambini si sentivano le urla dei bambini a qualsiasi ora.
