Not Safe place to stay!!

Not a Safe place to stay. Dangerous! When I was in the room someone was trying to open the door. I was shouting from the inside the room but no one answered from the outside . I called the reception but no one answered. It was SO scary and I needed to call the police but they don’t speak English. The few minutes later, the someone was trying to open the door again.
I was crying and shouting from inside the room. I was so scary to open the door. I called my Italian friend and they came over and saved me. When we came down to lobby and explained to the employee. They said sorry and make full refunds . But, next day, they changed their mind and no refund at all!!
It is the worst hotel I never stayed. And it’s not Safe!!

We booked two ocean view rooms, when we arrived one room was front of building with full ocean view, the other at the side, still with ocean view but not full, so was not too happy about that. Generally the place could do with a good refurbish.

Upon check in I was put in a room facing the street, even though the description on Expedia was ocean view. I went to the front desk and they were extremely professional and gave me a better view. If you are on 4th + ocean view probably isn’t bad. I was on the 3rd floor it wasn’t anything too special. The property was clean. The room was a decent size, it’s outdated and the bed is hard. But if you are just there to sleep and shower as I was it’s more than good enough. The location is geared more towards older people and families with you kids. The hotel is right on the beach. I thought Rimini Beach was closer, but it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. I took a cab from the train station each way was about $13 Euros. There is a place next to the hotel on the beach that serves food and drinks which was nice. Overall the property is very good. For me I would have rather been closer to Rimini Beach where it was more lively. But if you have kids or looking for a more laid back place I would recommend this property. They also do have parking. Ciao!

Right on the Beach, Nice to stop in at

We stopped in here en route to Venice and found it pleasant enough. The room was satisfactory, the bed was quite comfortable and they offer free parking on site which is a positive. On the negative side, the fridge smelled quite bad, a few floors seemed under construction and there is not a great deal to do close by - perhaps it would be more bustling in Summer.

Nice beach location

The hotel is located right on/at the beach. That was the main point for this reservation. The beach towels and sunbeds cost extra, but not too much. We got very nice suite on the 7th (top) floor with frontal see view and the huge, furnished with small table and chairs, balcony facing the sea. That was very nice for lunch and late night drink. The breakfast was included. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, short walking distance. Prices are very reasonable and the food is great.

right on the beach area, probably more happening in summertime. very small hotel - fantastic front desk & management - very friendly and accomodating. everyone spoke english or atleast tried to speak english. nice little town. small room but adequate for 1 night on our way along.

Hotel is great to lie in the sun all day

It was a reasonably priced & handy stop over for us to travel to see San Marino. It offered a generous breakfast. Hotel decor is looking a bit tired but if you are wanting to enjoy sunbathing & swimming at the beach then this is a good place to stay

Rimini:- Hotel Imperial Beach and its Environs.

First but not last visit to the area of Emilia-Romagna in Italy.

Advantages:- Rimini is an excellent centre for culture and entertainment, with good and frequent rail connections along the coast to areas such as Ravenna and Pesaro.

Weather good for the time of the year.

I would recommend this hotel, with it's excellent cuisine and sea views.

Accessible from Bologna airport via the train (one hour).

Disadvantage: If you like swimming on a regular basis, visit between late May and mid September, otherwise the red flag is flying and swimming is prohibited.

I stayed thereApril 2010 with my Girlfriend and neice, The rooms were nice, very big and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. It was close the beach and everything you would need.. I would give it 4/5..

Ci sono stato una sola notte per lavoro e non per vacanza. Il giudizio non esaltante è dovuto al numero di stelle dell'hotel. Non è un 4 stelle nel modo più assoluto. Ma la manica larga nell'assegnare le stelle agli hotel è caratteristica di tutti gli hotel della Romagna. Sono stato in altri 4 stelle e la situazione era la medesima. In Alto Adige un hotel di questo livello di camere, arredi, servizi avrebbe al massimo 2 stelle.
Ma vediamo in dettaglio.

Punti positivi
E' sul mare e le camere sono vista mare.
La colazione è abbondante e di qualità in una bella sala al primo piano con vista mare.
Il personale è stato gentile.
Ho pagato pochissimo.

Punti negativi:
Il parcheggio dell'hotel è microscopico. Ho trovato da posteggiare in strada (parcheggio gratuito) perché era giugno e pioveva. In estate parcheggiare deve essere un delirio.
La stanza è microscopica ed arredata in modo sommario (merita ristrutturazione). Nell'armadio c'erano solo 3 grucce appendiabiti e per di più scompagnate (per una notte da solo va bene ma in vacanza....)
Il bagno era piccolo, vecchio e scomodo (c'è da dire che era costruito per disabili col classico lavandino apposito e la doccia senza mensole per il bagno schiuma).
Le parti comuni dell'hotel meritano un rinnovo.

Vince solo per la vista!

Una vista meravigliosa sul mare ma...BASTA!
Del resto L hotel e’ davvero molto vecchio in tutto, a partire dai materassi che sono SCOMODISSIMI, una male alla schiena assurdo al mattino, moquette sporchissima all interno delle camere, macchie ovunque, di notte non si respirava e la causa è sempre la moquette che trattiene troppa polvere e sporcizia.. il bagno uguale, tutto di vecchio, mobili rubinetti sanitari..insomma e’ rimasto uguale al lontano giorno di apertura, le foto rispecchiano gli ambienti e’ vero ma nascondono davvero tanto!!
Sulla colazione non posso dire nulla perché grazie a Nicola dello staff sono riuscita a godermi il momento principale della giornata, e il tutto dedicandomi un angolo senza glutine!! Grazie!

O hotel era na beira da praia. O café da manhã era bom e o banheiro ótimo, já que tinha box de vidro e a maioria dos hotéis na Itália tem cortina com banheira. Aki szereti a kellemes hőmérsékletű tengert a finom homokot, annak az egyik legjobb választás a Hotel Imperial Beach. A hotelből közvetlenül (akár mezítláb) kilépve a strandra érhet a vendég, s a napozó ágyak sincsenek egymáshoz túl közel. Előzetes levelemre azonnal válaszoltak (kérdésem a szokásos \"olasz\" kérdések egyike volt: a strand költségeiről, amelyről általában nincs információ egyik honlapon sem!?) a strand ingyenes. Nos ez ugye a féligazság, a strand ingyenes, a napozóágyak már nem, ami rendben is lenne ha előre közölnék, de valahogy ez mindig \"elcsúszik\"! A reggeli a személyzettel együtt első osztályú! Egy kis negatív észrevétel ami sajnos a végén adott rossz érzést: visszautazásunk napján (a 16 órás buszozás előtt) kértünk 1 órával későbbi kiköltözési lehetőséget, amely mint később láttuk megoldható lett volna (takarítás még nem kezdődött addig) ehelyett a recepciós hölgy 1 órára 30 Eurót kért volna ezért a Magyarországon természetes és költség nélküli gesztusért! Augusztus 5.-én recepción ügyeletes hölgynek üzenet: ez nem esett jól, nem volt jó vendéglátás! A többieknek köszönet, minden rendben volt!

Sind an gekommen, hatten keinen parkplatz beim Hotel. Mussten das auto an die seite der strasse stellen. Zimmer mit meerblick. Das zimmer war auf die seite und das andere fenster auf die strasse. Suite haben wir gebucht. Das zimmer war nicht schlecht. Die saubermacher Frauen kahmen sehr spät. Um die Betten zu machen. Die einte der Frauen wahr sehr unfreundlich, beim sauber machen. Am schluss beim bezahlen von der Rechnung hätten wir noch mehr bezahlen sollen.

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Stanza confortevole, letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma completo e pulito. Sala colazione grande, ordinata, ben arredata con splendida vista mare e sottofondo musicale rilassante. Ricca colazione (solo le torte se si può dovrebbero essere un pochino più soffici)

Chi si aspetta perlomeno un minimo del comfort che le 4 stelle dovrebbero garantire è meglio che faccia un 'altra scelta..! Qui ci sono due stelle di troppo...!! L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione in riva al mare .

Ho soggiornato 3 notti per lavoro in questo Hotel comodo alla fiera di Rimini ma anche vicinissimo al centro.
Ottimo servizio e personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Direi più un 3 stelle che 4 rispetto agli Hotel attuali. Ma non mi è mancato nulla.

The absolute last visit

Come every year to Rimini, but I got by a typo ordered room on the wrong day: Despite the fact that the error was detected immediately and the hotel had rooms available for the desired days, they refused to move the reservation. I found instead a hotel nearby, which even was both better and cheaper.

La struttura dell'hotel è OK (fatta eccezione i parcheggi ). La camera non mi ha entusiasmato, troppo piccola . La colazione è OK. Il personale impiegato alla reception dell'hotel è competente. Il Portiere di notte è disponibile e collaborativo con la clientela per trovare soluzioni in tutto .. vedi parcheggio auto. La signora delle pulizie educata e grande lavoratrice. Chi non mi piace è Il motore di ricerca \"HOTEL.COM\" da me utilizzato. Prenoto un hotel e vengo trasferito ad un altro hotel. Mi viene inviato un buono sconto del 10%, però non si può applicare. ecc....

Reservamos este hotel pero nos envian a otro hotel con una nota pegada a la puerta de entrada. No habia personal, solo una nota en su idioma y tienes que ver como la traduces y como llegas al otro hotel. Lo califico muy bajo porque todos son servicios que no recibi en este hotel, no califico el otro porque yo no lo contrate. Al reservar un hotel te prometen una serie de condiciones, pues yo no recibi ninguna en este lugar. El otro hotel no estaba mal pero tuvimos que agenciarnos para llegar con nuestros medios en una ciudad casi desértica y con un sentimiento de abandono junto con toda mi familia. Fue un rato muy desagradable y acongojante. Eso no se hace. Ademas, si no hubiera querido alojarme en el otro hotel, hubiera perdido mi dinero de la reserva.

Reservas con un hotel y te mandan a otro.

El hotel simplemente estaba CERRADO y tenia una nota en la puerta diciendo que era necesario chequearse en otro hotel. Si yo hubiera ido al otro hotel pierdo mi dinero de la reservacion. No es agradable buscar hoteles en una ciudad casi desierta porque estaba en epoca baja. Eso no se hace. Yo contrate con este hotel el precio, la habitacion, el lugar y el servicio pero ellos simplemente me mandan a otro.

Eine große Enttäuschung

Hallo,

das hotel haben wir als Paar genommen um uns zu entspannen. Der Preis war für eine Woche ganz ok. Aber als Deutscher der eine realistische Vorstellung von einem 4 Sterne Hotel hat ist das hier die Hölle gewesen.
Eine kurze Zusammenfassung.

- Das Hotel hat vesteckte Preise!(Siehe Foto)
- Am Strand darf man sich nicht hin setzten ohne eine Liege zu mieten. Sonst kommt ein Aufseher der Sie raus schmeißt.
- Das Frühstück war um 8:30 schon zu Ende und es wurde nichts auf gefühlt. Das essen war das qualitativ schlecht.

- Das Personal behandelt nicht italienisch sprächende Gäste sehr schlecht!

- Hotelzimmer waren alle ähnlich abgenutzt und nicht auf einem 4 Sterne Niveau.

- Wir mussten 15 Kilometer raus fahren um an einem Strand zu liegen , weil es nirgendwo öffentlichen platz gab!

Fazit: Nie wieder so ein Hotel und Nie wieder Italien! Wir sind ein Tag früher weg gefahren weil wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben.

Eine wirkliche Enttäuschung!

Hotel molto bello, esattamente con entrata in spiaggia, che non risulta però compresa nel prezzo. Sauna, idromassaggio neppure compresa. Acqua a tavola ad un prezzo di 4€ a bottiglia. Cibo però ottimo!!!

We took this hotel because these should be a private beach.
There is a very nice beach but you have to pay if you wanna be on the beach even if you are a guest in a hotel.
The fee is not much for the beach but it was surprise that we needed to pay.

Cleaning ladies talked very loud when they worked in the morning. We would have like to sleep longer on our vacation but we woke up every morning at 7AM because of the noise of the cleaning personnel.

There is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel in the same street \"Ristorante Del Pesce La Posada\".

Отель на четыре звезды не тянет, требуется капитальный ремонт, матрасы не удобные, wifi ловится плохо, шумоизоляция низкая, парковка маленькая, приходилось оставлять машину на дороге, отель хоть и называется пляжный, за лежаки требуется дополнительно платить. Из плюсов: неплохие завтраки, выход на пляж прямо из отеля.

Es war gut aber das hotel zu alt und wenn du nicht alles inklusiv buchst dann muss man für den Strand und die liegestülle separat bezahlen.das hotel ist nicht 4sterne es ist 2 oder maximum 3sterne.es ist alt und sehr kleine Zimmer.das Frühstück war nicht speziell es war ok.

Hotellet var mycket fint och personalen mycket hjälpsamma. Fick byta rum andra natten eftersom vi gärna ville ha havsutsikt! Det ställde du upp med hur fint som helst.

3 notti di relax

Ho trascorso 3 notti in hotel con la mia ragazza. Bellissimo hotel, personale fantastico e con tanta cortesia, camere con una pulizia impeccabile. Direttamente sulla spiaggia. Per chi vuole rilassarsi, c'è anche una maxi jacuzzi con idromassaggio.

over het algemeen goed, alleen is het nogal rumoerig vanaf 7 uur 's ochtends. Bedden vond ik ook niet echt lekker liggen.

Hotel tem uma localização boa...poucas vagas gratuitas mas elas existem de verdade.

Ponto fraco do hotel e o café da manhã. .. café frio. .suco quente... pobreza nos frios. ... café da manhã fraco mesmo... não combina com o resto do hotel..que tem acomodações boas
