Hotel tucked up a side street near the beach and local facilities. Very tight parking with pillars to scrape your car with! Staff not very welcoming. Some hidden cost extras not on website. 10 euros for day parking, not found elsewhere yet in Italy, and no security cameras. Good ample and varied breakfast but dining room has no ambience. Hotel OK for overnight stay but no longer. Long time to get to and out of chaotic Rimini.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Bedroom was neat and clean. Its bathroom was large but the bathtub was not completetly enclosed so while showering water would splash onto the foor.

We have just spent and excellent week at Hotel Elisir. We were upgraded to better rooms than we booked without charge. The hotel is spotless and modern. The food was excellent. Fresh Pasta, fresh fruit and wonderful fish - the best I have had. The hotel has a beach just 100m away with all the facilities you would expect - sun beds , umbrellas, kids playground, bowling, volleyball, beach tennis. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The extras (the standard charges in Italy) - car parking , wine, water, sun beds were all very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Paolo the manager and all the staff made sure our stay was relaxing and superb. Thank you all

Niente parcheggio disponibile nell'hotel. Bisogna arrangiarsi a cercarlo nelle vie intorno che sono una giungla con macchine messe dappertutto. La piscina che viene detto essere presente in realtà non c'è ma si può andare in quellla di un altro hotel a 200 metri.

Siamo stati molto bene in questo hotel, siamo venuti per un torneo di baseball hotel molto comodo dal mare e da tutti i servizi. E a solo 6 min dal campo di rivabella falcons.. non ha la piscina, ma c'e una convenzione con hotel vicino per accedere senza problema.

L'hotel in generale mi è piaciuto molto, molto pulito e silenzioso. L'eccellente attenzione soprattutto da parte di Antonio e Laura alla reception. Il parcheggio dell'hotel, nonostante fosse quasi vuoto, è a pagamento. La colazione è tutta fredda, dalle frittate al pane. Non c'è un tostapane o un forno per riscaldarsi.

Sinceramente una buona soluzione e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le 4 stelle sono eccessive ma rispetto ai dintorni che conosco bene è un buon 3 stelle. Particolare la colazione con molta scelta di dolce e salato. Personale attento. Abbiamo avuto un problema in stanza e l'hanno risolto subito.

Die Zimmer sollten eigentlich täglich aufgeräumt / gereinigt werden, was definitiv nicht wurde. Es lag Sand (auf der gleiche stelle) neben das Fenster für 3 TAGE lang. Badezimmer sind der Horror, die listen sehen zum teil braun bis schwarz aus. Auch die Badezimmer sind nicht täglich gereinigt, es ist shampoo und duschgel an gewiese stellen von den vortag zusehen! Die Badetücher wurden uns genommen fürs auswechseln aber die gaben uns nur Handtücher. Wir konnten es dan an der Rezeption lösen.
Frühstücksbuffet konnte definitiv verbesserungen haben, ebenfalls mit den Personal am Buffet.

The room lacked space; it was difficult for two people to pass by each other. Cleanliness wasn’t ideal either. There was enough food for breakfast, but it’s true that you cannot serve yourself. The hotel is close to the sea, and the staff was friendly.

La struttura da fuori si presenta come un Hotel 4 stelle vicino al mare. Personale cortese e disponibile. Costo del parcheggio 20 € a notte (non proprio regalato), colazione qualitativamente sufficiente, camere con il minimo indispensabile (il frigobar non freddava e lo schermo della Tv era da 24'', piccolino per 4 stelle); aria condizionata funzionava bene, la piscina si trovava all'esterno della struttura

Hotel situato a Rimini nord a pochi passa dalla spiaggia e non molto distante dal centro (10 minuti in auto considerando il traffico sostenuto). Dotata di piscina che si trova a pochi metri c/o un altro hotel affiliato. Personale cortese e molto disponibile , camera (almeno quella dove abbiamo soggiornato) migliorabile rispetto alla media dei 4* finora conosciuti, (frigobar metratura stanza ad es.) molto comodo invece il letto ed i cuscini (ottimo il fatto che ce ne siano degli altri a disposizione negli armadi) efficientissimo e spazioso il box doccia.

La stanza non tanto grande per quattro persone, però c'è tutto neccessario. Nella stanza c'è piccolo frigorifero, che in estate molto utile, anche per avere acqua fresca. Wi-Fi abbastanza veloce, condizionatore non invasivo, fa fresco, ma non ti butta aria fredda addosso. Colazione sia dolce, sia salato. C'è un po' di tutto. Personale cortese.

El hotel no cumplia con los servicios ofrecidos en la pagina, al llegar nos encontramos con los siguientes problemas y no pudimos hacer nada, ya que el pago se había realizado con tarjeta.
1- La habitacion era muy mala, las camas no estaban en condiciones, eramos cuatro adultos y requerimos una habitacion cuadruple, nos dieron una habitacion simple con dos camas adosadas, no habia espacio ni para dejar las valijas.
2-El hotel no cuenta con restaurante( nos dijeron que solo en verano y esta info estaba en la pagina , lo mismo sucedio con el spa.
3-El estacionamiento no estaba incluido en la tarifa, sin embargo en la pagina figuraba que si, y por ello nos quisieron cobrar 15 euros adicionales, dejamos el auto en la calle.
4-Las toallas eran muy muy viejas.
Lo único bueno el servicio de desayuno y el personal que atendía en el y en la recepción.

Wir waren schon in vielem ähnlichen Unterkünfte, aber das Hotel ist mit Abstand das schlechteste, was wir bis jetzt erlebt haben. Für 1 Nacht ist es ok.. wer Urlaub machen möchte ist hier falsch. Keinesfalls 4-Sterne würdig (auch nicht nach italienischem Standard). Die Betten hart und durchgelegen. Das Bad winzig, sodass man sich nicht mal umdrehen bzw. anziehen kann. Das Frühstück mehr als eintönig und sehr einfallslos, auch wenn sich der Service dort sehr bemühte. Die Zimmer sehr klein und spärlich eingerichtet und auch die Freundlichkeit ließ in diesem Hotel zu wünschen übrig. Für uns das erste und letzte Mal...

Facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada, parcheggio in strada o a pagamento in area recintata dell'hotel però con pochissimi posti. Camere complessivamente accoglienti ma muri talmente sottili da sentire anche il respiro degli ospiti della camera accanto. Colazione buona ed abbondante a buffet.

Nice staff, good breakfast. Liked the beach they cooperate with. Some good food options nearby. Very loud at night, both from inside due to super thin walls, and outside from other hotels. Mattress not very comfortable. Beside the noise, very kids friendly, especially the rooms with extra beds.
