The hotel is in need of a major update. The cleaning staff and girl on the front desk were nice, but the rest of the staff needed to up their game. The room was bare minimum and not that comfortable. The breakfast was bare minimum too. No fruit. And what was provided was of low quality and not much to it. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

It was winter and foggy during the day. The hotel was only one of few that had remained open. Hospitality was good, the (typical) italian sea food was better than expected, service was very friendly. I chose the hotel because of the price and because of the distance to the Rimini fair, therefore there were hardly any expectations. The real distance to the fair was further than advertised (4.8 - 3.5 km), the first bus in the morning started at 9.30 hours, which means you need to take a taxi to be at the opening, and the only negative finding was black mold in the shower (behind the door) and on the rinsing reservoir of the toilet. Upon reporting it, I was offered to change rooms.

Dovete considerare che è un hotel 3 stelle, ok ci sono molti hotel più fighi e lussureggianti a Rimini, ma per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo molto peggio, sono stato in strutture 4 stelle molto più care dove ho trovato anche più sporco e camere messe in condizioni molto peggiori.
Il parcheggio è proprio sotto la struttura, che non è niente male 😉, dal balcone vedevo tutta la spiaggia.
Conclusione, se volete un hotel figo dove farvi mille selfie in camera o nella spa questo non fa al caso vostro, se volete un hotel senza pretese da vip, tra qualità e prezzo questo è eccezionale 👍

Assolutamente datato e non curato, dove la pulizia specialmente degli spazi comuni lascia molto a desiderare: ragnatele lungo le scale, vetri e tende sporchissimi. L'hotel è posizionato direttamente sul mare.. Ciò che lo separa dalla spiaggia è solo il lungomare. La struttura è un po' datata ma si esegue una costante manutenzione. La camera che mi è stata data era ampia e spaziosa, con un bagno ampio e una doccia spaziosa. I letti erano comodi e la biancheria è stata sostituita ogni 3gg. I proprietari sono persone squisite e cordiali, pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. L'unica nota dolente sta nella colazione, molto ripetitiva e con pochissima scelta di pietanze dolci e salate,,, praticamente assente la frutta. Lo consiglio comunque per la posizione strategica

L'hotel è posizionato difronte al mare ed alla spiaggia, in posizione ideale ma molto lontano dal centro, non si è modernizzato nel corso del tempo: mi sembrava di stare negli anni 70-80. Le camere sono piccole, arredamento spartano,chiusura porte con serrature d'altri tempi e quindi facilmente forzabili.Qualità della colazione: medio-scarsa. Se non si hanno grosse pretese, questo hotel va bene. Io lo classificherei come un 2 stelle.
