Room floor cleaned each day. A detailed clean of other areas needs attention. Shower doors did not easily close as the sliding mechanism was faulty. Three styles of breakfast, with substantial portions. An occasional smell of drains from the bathroom. Staff very helpful.

The property was not clean, do not pay to use the’ spa’ not good. paid for sea view, room and bathroom were awful, paint peeling off walls and dirty old bathroom. View and balcony were only good things. Little Dog lives there and barks loudly all night, everytime anyone comes in/out of main doors! I really was unhappy to stay for the both nights but had already paid in advance so we did but was horrid. Breakfast was not laid out as shown and had been in previous hotel that week but ordered to table and was not bad

OK but no pool as advertised

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good value though carb heavy. Overall ok, but would not stay again for a few reasons. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb - especially the drainage which did not smell great. There is no pool - they have a spa but on Hotels.com it clearly says pool which was a disappointment as I swim for my rebuilt shoulder - appreciate the sea is right there for most people but I lane swim. The neighbouring bars have loud music until late - not unexpected but with the other elements we ended up regretting not staying 3-400m away from the front. In summary OK, but for the price didn't feel the value.

Receptionist wasn’t welcoming and rude on asking for wifi password by my spouse. His answer was I already gave it to your husband and that time I was outside and she needed wifi to contact me. This hotel is right on the beach. We had a room on the sea side of the hotel with a lovely view. There was a teeny balcony with a table and two chairs. We booked the Standard Double or Twin Room and ended up having a double bed and an additional twin bed. Hand soap and shampoo/body wash came out of dispensers on the wall. You could hear other guests moving about and talking, which wasn't ideal. The included breakfast was a nice buffet of pastries, cakes, focaccia, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. They had sandwich makings as well. They also had a little plate of scrambled eggs and sausages that we passed on because it looked like it wasn't very popular and had been sitting there all morning. There is a barista who makes you espresso/cappuccino too! And the breakfast room is on the bottom floor overlooking the beach. It also serves as a bar area with a TV, Xbox, and board games. The staff was nice and spoke Italian and English well. We stayed here in March as a cheap base for trips to Ravenna, San Marino, etc., so the beach was empty, but during the high season, you can book a lounge chair on the beach through the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect! Located on one of the best beaches, offering a private tanning beds within the hotel (big deal when the bed on the beach can move between 5 and 20 euro and lying on the towel is forbidden). Clean modern and comfortable rooms, most with balconies viewing the beach, great breakfast, friendly staff, everything you would expect from a great hotel.

It was a nice budget stay close to San Marino. Parking is an issue. Having to drop your bags off and park over 400 metres away is an Inconvenience. But if you like night time strolls it's not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. TheTV in the room is tiny and the other facilities the hotel offers seem to be nonexistent or located somewhere else entirely. I never found them. Overall for the price is a decent hotel that has made some poor design decisions.

Fantastic staff, Fantastic hotel in beautiful Viserba. It's on the beach and has its own terrace with sunloungers so you don't have to pay for one on the beach. Breakfast is continental/English. Second time we've stayed in Viserba (bonus is there's hardly any English people)

Terible Service.

The WORST hotel ever, The service is so very bad even compared to Third World countries. Dont Change Towels, replenish soap (even empty bottle left on top of wet used towels), Don't even mob the floor. After the first night, they lock the excess doors to the beach. I don't think we were noisy and we retired at about 11 pm.

Where do I start.....
First up this place was not as i expected based on the photo's etc. I was placed in a small corner room where I Could only stand up straight on one side of the room given the sloping roof. there was no balcony for this room just a metal frame that resembled prison bar's The Bed was two single metal frames pushed together, both of which were hard and not comfortable at all. There were several times I found long black hair in the room and bathroom. The shower is very small and was a struggle to shower in (I may be tall but im not round)
The staff were very friendly and were helpful as they could be given the language barrier between us. I did feel when I checked in that I wasn't really told much about the hotel (ie the free breakfast or even the general information I would expect regarding how they can help me out while I was there. It was very much here is your room key goodbye.
Location wise it was good. It was on the beach fount and had a number of cafe's near by as well as being close to the number 4 bus which runs from the train station out along the northern beach. There is also a market that takes place across from the hotel which is pretty cool.
Overall the hotel appears clean and looks to have had the main public area's of the hotel renovated in recent years however the room I had was very dated and not at all what i thought i was paying for.

Alles war sehr alt und kaputt, das Bad war eine Katastrophe, die Duschtür komplett zerbrochen und auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit direktem Meerblick, die paar Stühle, die es dort gab waren aber zerbrochen und dreckig.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand und in der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants, Läden und tolles Eis. Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden.
Der Inhaber war nett.

Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen, sowie das Hotelpersonal.

Was uns allerdings gestört hat: Für die Nutzung der Liegen am Strand muss man täglich 25 € bezahlen. Selbst wenn man keine Liege möchte und einfach nur mit dem Handtuch am Strand liegen will, fällt trotzdem eine Gebühr an. Die erste Reihe ist am teuersten, nach hinten wird es etwas günstiger – aber kostenlos ist es nie.

Zusätzlich läuft den ganzen Tag über Werbung am Strand, was auf Dauer wirklich nervig ist und die Erholung stört.
Wir sind deshalb jeden Tag an andere Strände in der Umgebung gefahren – dort war es deutlich entspannter, ohne Beschallung und komplett kostenlos, auch was das Parken betrifft.

Das Hotel selbst war in Ordnung, aber das Strandkonzept ist für uns leider enttäuschend und überteuert.

Je ne peux que déconseiller cet hôtel. Les photos mise sur le site Ebookers sont de quand l'hôtel à été construit, aucunement des photos actuelles. Les chambres étaient dans un état vraiment lamentable, la salle de bain doit faire 2m2 sans parler de la douche qui elle on pouvait même pas rentrer tellement elle est petite. Côté route le bruit toute la nuit est insupportable dû a une grille d'eau au sol qui fait du bruit a chaque passage de voiture.

Après discussion avec le réceptionniste celui ci me donne une autre chambre un peu plus grande côté mer. L’état était légèrement mieux ainsi que la salle de bain qui était 1m2 plus grande, malheureusement quand je vais pour me doucher en reglant le pommeaux de douche le support complet me tombe dessus. Tout était vraiment en sale état. C'est pas un trois étoiles mais plutôt 1. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui n'est pas en forme de buffet mais plutôt en 3 choix différents pour 7€ par personne.

En conclusion JE DÉCONSEILLE VIVEMENT CET HÔTEL qui n'est PAS COMME SUR LES PHOTOS.

Il potenziale della struttura (praticamente sul mare) è notevole ma purtroppo...il degrado regna sovrano. Le camere e la struttura in generale necessitano di manutenzione e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad war sehr klein und keinesfalls in dem Zustand wie die Bilder versprachen. Das Personal war hingegen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer nachts die Ruhe sucht ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Dass man das Auto nicht beim Hotel parken kann ist nicht toll, obwohl man jederzeit zum Parkplatz gefahren wird,ist man nicht unabhängig. Man ist jedoch mitten im Geschehen sei es Shopping Essen Vergnügen alles liegt direkt vor der Haustür

Abbiamo soggiornato fortunatamente solo una notte, la camera era priva di tapparella ( probabilmente si è rotta e invece di aggiustarla hanno pensato bene di toglierla) con una tenda oscurante di dimensioni ridotte praticamente abbiamo passato la notte con la camera illuminata dai lampioni della strada principale di Viserba, la pulizia è scarsa! Abbiamo trovato la camera piena di sabbia lo sconsigliamo!

Le immagini presenti sulla piattaforma saranno sicuramente state scattate nel lontano 2018 (in fase d'apertura).

La quadrupla assegnata era messa veramente male, cadeva a pezzi! Bagno pieno d'ossido, divano con trasformazione letto a castello claustrofobico: 50cm tra un ripiano e l'altro (alla fine c'ho dormito io...).

La porta che dovevi sbatterla altrimenti nn si chiudeva. Insonorizzazione inesistente, ecc...

Un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale, ma purtroppo non si ha una visione a lungo termine!

O hotel bom, só tive oazar de faltartoalhas por um dia. Pedimos e as funcionárias trouxeram duas pequenas dizendo que depois trariam mais. Só que não trouxeram.A vista é lida, varandinha, e os garçons ótimos. O banheiro é pequeno demais no quarto em que fiquei.Mas foi ok, nada mais a reclamar. Ponto ótimo.

Je séjourne régulièrement à Viserba. Cet hôtel est bien rapport qualité-prix.
le positif : la plage juste devant, le personnel très gentil, bon petit déjeuner avec très large choix.
le négatif : une immense terrasse partagée (on ne peut pas dormir la porte fenetre ouverte car quelqu'un peut passer devant ! ni laisser aéré en notre absence (un occupant d'une chambre voisine peut rentrer librement !).
la douche est petite et vetuste (le pare douche était meme cassé)
L'espace spa est très bien ... si on y est seul !

Cependant au vu du prix, j'y retournerai... hors saison !

Trevligt Hotel,, Några meter från stranden. Personalen var helt underbar mycket trevliga. Rummet var fint, men sängen var under all kritik, ligger direkt på resårbotten,tunna kuddar, och för mycket kakor på frukost buffé.

Localisation idéale en bord de plage. L’hotel est agréable et le petit déjeuner fabuleux.
Nous recommandons chaudement le restaurant qu’ils gèrent à 2 pas.
Seuls bémols: les chambres sont petites, le lit bébé est disponible avec supplément (!), et les suppléments pour changer de chambre sont à la tête du client (proposés un jour à 15 euros, le lendemain à 40!) et donc plutôt chers. Cela dit, on était en pleine saison haute.
J’envisagerai d’y retourner

Alles was prima na ons zin,elke smorgens ontbijten er was veel ook zoetigheid wat je maar kon pakken.alles dichtbij winkels restaurant en strand een levendig omgeving .kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt.alleen jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer was voor de rest was het personeel jong en vriendelijk.je kon via het restaurant naar het strand lopen gewoon aan het strand gelegen.wij hebben het van dindsdag tot vrijdag 7 juni erg leuk gehad inchecken ging vrij snel.we gaan zeer zeker nog maals boeken.

Mögel, röklukt och kackerlackor- men bra läge

Bra läge vid stranden och olika aktiviteter i Viserba. Men inte värt pengarna. Det är mögel i rummet och handdukar luktar starkt av mögel. I rummen har folk rökt, det är en stark lukt av cigarettrök i väggarna. I badrummet var det mycket myror på golvet och på väggen andra kryp som liknade kackerlackor. Vid frukosten är kaffet bra, i övrigt inte så imponerande. Tjejerna som arbetar i receptionen är trevliga. Inte värt pengarna.

Très très déçu ! Plus jamais !

Cet hôtel est un hôtel de masse. Nous avons séjourné la première semaine du mois de juillet. La gestion de cet hôtel est calamiteuse et pour information, c'est la même que l'hôtel à proximité immédiate Stella d'Italia et le Marina beach. Nous avons effectué les 2 premières nuits de notre séjour dans la chambre 324 qui était très abîmée ( honteux qu'elle soit à la location): mobilier très abîmé, électricité dangereuse, cabine de douche sans portes et avec le sol fissuré et siliconé, murs complètement tachés. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Ce qui nous a été accordé mais il a fallu insister ! À 900 € la chambre pour 7 nuits, c'est le minimum. Le personnel n'est pas souriant du tout et malpoli. Le plus désagréable étant un petit chef de 45 ans qui se prend très au sérieux et qui n'a aucune considération pour les clients ! Et tout le monde se met bizarrement à vous saluer et à vous sourire lorsque vous avez fait la remarque à l'accueil ! On est loin des standards d'accueil de la pension de famille Riminese ! Nous n'y retournerons plus jamais. Quant à la note de 8,2 datant de 2015 affichée sur la porte à l'entrée et décernée par booking, il y a de quoi s'interroger mais tout porte à croire qu'il s'agit d'une note qui avait été décernée à l'ancienne gestion . Un conseil: passez votre chemin !!! Il y a de bien meilleurs hôtels à proximité !

struttura vecchia , bagni piccoli asciugamani umidicci, manca un frigo bar, alla reception personale sfaticato e poco professionale, al limite dell'inculento….! il bar non è servito durante la goiornata, bisogna sempre chiedere, non ha parcheggio ed è molto scomodo per le scale in entrata.

Fik værelse på er andet hotel

Vi boede slet ikke på hotellet. Vi fik værelse på et bagvedliggende hotel Stella d’Italia, på et koldt og lille værelse. Jeg klagede, og blev flyttet til et godt værelse på et andet hotel. Pas på ikke at blive snydt, hvis du booker dette hotel. Helt klart ikke i orden!

Ti vendono una cosa e poi ne trovi un'altra!

All'arrivo sono stato informato che la camera prenotata non era disponibile. Mi è stata proposta una camera in una struttura vicina, gestita dalla stessa società. LA struttura proposta era molto vecchia e \"vissuta\". La camera era nel sottotetto e di qualità molto scadente. Alla fine corrispondeva come valore a quanto proposto su Hotels.com (31€/notte), ma non a quanto mostrato nelle immagini sul sito. Anche la colazione si è rivelata in linea con la qualità scadente della struttura.

Avevamo prenotato due camere una era spaziosa e adatta per 4 persone( 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi 11 e13) L altra era piccola . La doccia era 60 per 80 , il bagno da sistemare . La piscina in realtà non è’ una piscina ma la vasca idromassaggio della spa e i ragazzi non possono utilizzarla .positivo è’ che si trova sulla spiaggia e la posizione

Комфортно, чисто, море рядом.

Хороший отель. Рядом с морем. Чистота, комфорт. Завтрак обычный, много выпечки, фрукты не всегда спелые, скромный завтрак, но голодным не останетесь. Кофе варят натуральный. Уборка каждый день, кровать удобная, есть холодильник, кондиционер. Автобусная остановка рядом.

Una fuga veloce

Sono stata da voi per pochissimo tempo una sola giornata e nonostante avessi il check-in alle 14:00 e non prima siete riusciti ad accontentare la mia richiesta di check-in anticipato e la mia camera era già pronta per le 10:30 del mattino, quindi faccio un complimento a tutto lo staff.. la spa è un’area riservata su prenotazione e quindi molto piacevole, grazie per questo breve soggiorno trascorso da voi ritornerò sicuramente al più presto ♥️

Et lidt vinter øde sted her i midten af oktober.

Et lille hyggeligt sted, som nok er bedst om sommeren. Supermarked tæt på, og nogle enkelte spise steder. Turen på gå ben fra stationen er ca en time, som er en fin tur uden bagage. Lækkert spa område, som der ikke blev reklameret med, at det kostede 20 euro for 2 timer. Jeg fik oplyst to forskellige priser, på kun 1 times begandling, så husk skriftlig tilbud.

Personale gentile e disponibile. La Spa, benchè piccolina, molto comoda e pulita. Colazione ottima. Unica pecca la camera un po sacrificata e soprattutto il materasso duro e molto molto scomodo, purtroppo.

colazione vista mare

piccolo albergo direttamente sulla spiaggia, la colazione viene servito tramite abbondante buffet su una terrazza praticamente in spiaggia. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi (gelateria, piadineria, tabacchi e caffè).
