Very friendly helpful staff at check in, comfortable spacious apartment with well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist kindly recommended an excellent traditional restaurant close by. Although we didn't stop for breakfast having an early start, the breakfast lounge and breakfast looked particularly good. Even though we were on the seafront it was quiet and tranquil.

The hotel/apartment was spotless & extremely clean with the most comfortable bed. Facilities of the room were brilliant and we were lucky enough to be overlooking the sea. An amazing view and very relaxing. The reception staff were extremely helpful with any enquires we had and parking underground was easy, a bit tight if you had a large car, but more than sufficient for our needs. Would recommend this hotel every time.

we were on a multi stop holiday around Italy. Rimini was our second stop within easy driving of San Marino and provided a couple of days on the beach. all beaches in Rimini are private so expect to pay extra.

We stayed for two days to see motogp; the hotel was fine and I really can't complain about anything -- I think this hotel would be perfect for a long stay; value price and wonderful amounts of storage.

The hotel was great! Everyone was very friendly and the room was very nice. My only complaint was that the washing machine didn't work very well, and having a washing machine was the main reason I booked this place. But everything else was great!

Rimini and Residence Terminus
I was in Rimini for 14 days vacation with my family.Residence Terminus is a clean hotel with a helpful staff. We got a room with sea view which was just perfect. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Wi-Fi was not good at all. Location is jus right on the beach and the hotel is about 5 km far from Rimini center and you take the bus/car in order to get there. Breakfast was a good In general I would say. The area is just fine.

Building was new and still in very good condition. Location was right on the beach with the typical Italian set up. Buses to old Rimini were also within easy walking distance. Breakfast was a good deal because of its reasonable price.

Parking was also quite a mess because the individual spots were too small for upper middleclass sized cars, and hotel staff let people arbitrarily park there. Some guests insisted and blocked others, at other times cars that fit spots (in our view) were not allowed to park. Front desk staff seemed friendly but detached and not particularly interested in the well being of the guests. Housekeeping staff was excellent.
We found the rate for the 1BR unit with a kitchenette reasonable but would try to find a different place if we were to come back to the area.

We stayed at Residence Terminus during off season time. We liked the room and the hotel a lot.
Have in mind that this is far away from Rimini Center (around 5km) , but there is a bus stop near by available. There is plenty of good restaurants around so that was not a problem for us.

Great holiday
We had an excellent holiday in June and we have made a very good choice to stay at this hotel. It is on the beach, nice rooms and a small kitchen available, very useful when traveling with children. The two lady receptionists are very helpful and willing to help whenever necessary. Enjoy!

Best hotel we stayed in on our vacation in Italy. On the Adriatic Sea with a balcony view of the beach and sea. Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Many activities including bikes,bocci ball, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, paddle boats. Excellent location for day trips to Florence and San Marino by car and Rome by train. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wenn man nicht ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommt, hat man in der Regel einen guten Blick auf das Meer. Ich mag an dem Hotel, dass man immer eine ausgestattete Küche im Zimmer hat und sich selbst versorgen kann. Ist auch alles sauber. 👍 Dafür gibt es aber kein Restaurant - es ist eher ein Hotel für Gäste, die unabhängig sein wollen! Mir gefällt es sehr 💯 - aber die Preise im Sommer sind leider inzwischen zu hoch! 🙃

Attenzione alla vista mare
La struttura e' bella ma bisogna stare attenti quando si prenota e chiedere la conferma della vista mare, se avete scelto la camera con questa caratteristica. A me era stata assegnata una camera vista strada nonostante avessi scelto l'opzione vista mare ( un po' piu' cara). Fortunatamente la signorina della reception molto gentile ci ha cambiato la camera con la vista mare. Bella la posizione direttamente sul mare e comodo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel

Parken 15€ am Tag und der Parkplatz ist 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, es gibt ein paar Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, jedoch nicht für uns.
Begründung: Man muss den Parkplatz bei der Zimmerbuchung mitbuchen. Diese Option wurde uns bei der Buchung aber nicht angezeigt.
Klimaanlage war nicht immer funktionstüchtig, am letzten Tag wollte das Personal danach schauen.
Bei Buchung um Zimmer mit Meerblick gebeten, nicht bekommen, begründet wurde das mit merkwürdigen Ausreden, bei denen wir wussten dass es so nicht stimmen kann.
Das Schlimmste jedoch war eine sehr hochnäsige Dame am Empfang. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass jede Frage zuviel war! Ebenso ist sie in keinster Weise auf unsere Bitte eingegangen, trotzig wurde alles verneint und mit merkwürdigen Ausreden abgewimmelt. Freundlich und lachend haben wir sie nur mit russischen Gästen erlebt.

Der „Hausstrand“ (Bagno 40/42) ist nicht direkt beim Hotel, sondern 50 Meter nördlich (ist in der Beschreibung nirgends zu lesen vom Hotel…). Für mit kleinen/mittleren Kinder gar nicht ideal und viel zu teuer, wenn dieser über das Hotel direkt gebucht wird! Für 1 Woche bei 4 Personen ca. €130.- und bei 5 Personen ca. €200.-! Pro Suite gib es 1 Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen, egal wie viele Personen sie sind. Wieso mit 5 Personen der Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen plötzlich fast €200.- kostet, konnte mir nicht plausibel erklärt werden… Ist für mich Abzocke!

Beliggenheten er fantastisk, rett på stranden. Stille strøk med kun trafikk til eiendommene. Meget barnevennlig.

Ho usufuito diverse volte di questo residence dal buon confort, colazione abbondante ed arredamento moderno.
L'ultima volta sono stato nella stanza al 1° piano, senza balcone e senza la possibilità di aprire la finestra (forse era l'ultima stanza disponibile)

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location
Absolute perfect location straight on the beach with a fantastic view over the sea from the balcony. Be sure to book a flat with sea view, otherwise you'll look into a boring part of the main Street through Viserba.
Flats are very nice and convenient, equipped with all you need for a stay. Large bathroom with semi-open comfortable shower. Comfortable bed and bed-sofa, towels and sheets changed every third day, possible to get it daily for an extra fee which we didn't use.
Kitchenette small but practical, huge fridge and also a small freezer. Kitchen equipment ok, could be some more tools, but good enough to do your own cooking. Dishwasher slow but silent and worked fine.
Wifi ok, sometimes slow but overall functional. Also free wifi at the beach.
Air condition ok, we had very hot outside temperature so it was hard to get a convenient indoor temperature, but the air condition itself did work properly, but maybe a little undersized for the flat.
Front desk polite and efficient, relatively good at English and no problem to make yourself understood. We didn't use breakfast facilities in the dining room, but it looked very good.
Surroundings are nice, as said the hotel is situated between the beach and the Main Street of Viserba and there are several restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. However it is strongly recommended to take the short bus trip (number 4) into Rimini centre, where the range of restaurants is larger, both in city centre and in the marina

La struttura è bella e nuova, facile da trovare, personale gentile. Dentro la stanza c’è la cucina che funziona tutto e in buona condizione. In totale non posso lamentare di niente, è andato tutto bene durante il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglierei e in futuro se torno a Rimini starò ancora in questo Residence hotel

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten 1 Nacht in einer Suite. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos parken. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und der Straße entlang waren einige Kneipen und Shoppingstände.
Die Suite war sehr schön. Wir hatten einen Balkon ums Eck mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Bad war sehr groß mit riesiger begehbarer Dusche und buntem Licht. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die schwache Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten waren bequem und von dort aus konnte man auch aufs Meer schauen.

Schöne Tage in „Viserbella“
Das direkt am Strand liegende Aparthotel befindet sich im ruhigeren, nördlicheren Rimini. Mit der Suite und dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Service war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. In der Nebensaison war die Atmosphäre im Strandabschnitt u. Wohngebiet sehr angenehm.

Hotel ok. Obsługa miła ale zależy na kogo się trafi. Jedna pani z recepcji była mega nieuprzejma, nie chciała w żaden sposób pomoc. Okolica nudna, oprócz plaży nie ma co robić. Do centrum Rimini trzeba dojechać autobusem. Czysto, sprzątanie co drugi dzień. Śniadania bardzo skromne lecz smaczne.

Cose negative: al check-in abbiamo scoperto che tutte le camere sono per 3 persone; un'eventuale quarta è da ritenersi extra e quindi paga la colazione a parte ( sulla copia della prenotazione questa informazione non c'era assolutamente). Parcheggio dell'Hotel poco ed in parte difficilmente fruibile ( ho dovuto parcheggiare sempre lontano dalla struttura !). Pochi tavoli per la colazione quindi abbiamo dovuto metterci in fila ( ed era il ponte del 1°maggio non il 15 di agosto!)

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Lägenheten var bekväm och smakfullt inredd. Det fanns spishäll, kyl, frys micro, och även diskmaskin. Panoramafönster i sovrummet med en härlig havsutsikt. En stor balkong i vinkel på 6:e våningen med utsikt åt alla håll. Det gick även att få parkering precis vid hotellet. Även om ni bara ska sola och bada så missa inte att åka in till Rimini centrum och promenera runt i gamla delen. Jag tog bussen och det fungerade utmärkt. Bra Wifi.

Rezeption ist nur zeitweise besetzt. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ok. Unter dem Haus etwas schwer einzuparken.

Questa recensione è valida per l'inverno, con una riviera romagnola priva di traffico, posti auto ovunque ed un silenzio quasi surreale. E' stato un viaggio di lavoro e ho trovato il Terminus strepitoso nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Avevo la camera vista mare ed è stato un piacere respirare un pò di profumo di mare dal balcone della camera.

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, a nászutunk utolsó estéjét. Ezért választottuk a lakosztályt. Valamk csoda, a kilátás az ágyból a tengerre, a fürdőkabin a hangulatvilágítással igazi élmény! Mi biztosan visszatérünk ide még!

L'albergo è in posizione ottimale, la struttura anche. Unica pecca la pulizia, dovrebbero farsi aiutare da una ottima impresa di pulizie, inoltre è inconcepibile vedere spazzare a pochissimo da te mentre sei al tavolo per la colazione.

Hotellet var helt OK men vi var 5 i familjen och det ingick enbart frukost för 4. Sedan var parkeringen tydligen full (trots tomma platser) så vi fick ställa bilen på en tomt några hundra meter därifrån.

Tolles Apartment Hotel direkt am Strand
Das Hotel ist zunächst einmal kein Hotel, sondern (umso besser) ein Haus mit vielen einzel bzw. Doppelapartments die ihrerseits auch noch eine Schlafcouch drin haben. So könnten pro Apartement locker 4 Menschen leben. Das Bad, Schlaffzimmer sowie 'Wohnzimmer' werden ihren 4 Sternen gerecht und jedes Apartment hat zudem einen großen Balkon. Strand gibt es dazu direkt vor der Tür sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte in Laufe Reichweite.
Somit bleibt das einzige, was uns gar nicht gefallen hat: Das Frühstück. Das war leider recht desaströs, da die Wurst, Milch, Brötchen etc. scheinbar nur wochenweise gewechselt oder erneuert werden. Entsprechend sah das ganzen auch und hat es geschmeckt bzw. nicht geschmeckt. Im Grunde ist ein Frühstück ja auch nicht inbegriffen in einem solchen Apartment Haus, aber wenn man schon eines anbietet, dann doch wenigstens mit einem gewissen Level von Qualität.
