The room was terrible. Stuffy and smelt of mold, the staff pleaded with me to stay one night, i was ready to not check in. Being late night i decided to stay the night only to wake up to severe breathing trouble and allergies because of mold. Promptly checked out first thing at 6 AM. The hotel to chose to charge me an arm and a leg for the one night stay for which they pleaded me to stay.
Good part was that the staff understood the smelly interiors.

The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful from the check in all parts. The breakfast was extensive and quite tasty - I always like an omelette station (this one is outside, which threw me for a loop initially). The beds are comfortable. The rooms could use a bit of updating - largely replacing the carpet with some other flooring as is the norm in the US. Certainly a good value for the price!

The hotel was extremely comfortable and breakfast menu vast and tasty. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
The bar service at the Sky lounge unfortunately was very slow, the snacks ordered was extremely slow to be brought to us. We ate what was served but were unable to wait for the whole order to arrive. We were not charged for the food and non alcoholic drinks we consumed which was appreciated.

It takes a lot of patience to stay here. Front desk did bare minimum to help on several occasions and only sometimes with a smile. Room service & housekeeping seem very new or poorly trained. H/K only supply 2 bath towels when servicing and I had to request floor mat and hand towel every day which seemed very odd. Room is shabby in places but that is reflected in the price. The only shining exception to this less than ideal hotel is the serving staff in the Mosaic restaurant. They were consistently attentive and courteous. Sadly, not enough to make me want to stay here again if there is another choice in the same price range.

hidden gem of a hotel

Nestled close to the city centre, stones throw from the railway station and around 20mins from the airport. Excellent connectivity . Ambience is quiet and cosy. I had good food , clean hotel , rooms and toilets sanitised and nice sleep. Rooms are spacious and well furnished for a couple and can easily accomodate more.

The room quality and condition was pretty. House keeping was very poor. The room had strange smell. There were no towels in the bath, I had to request twice to get towels. still no hand towels were delivered. I requested the house keeping staff regarding missing hand towels. He said, he did not do the cleaning, therefore he was not responsible.
Otherwise hotel condition is good. decent choice at breakfast. Evening at sky bar was enjoyable, although the music was too loud and the lighting was more suitable for a night club, not a lounge.

If you booking this to swim cause it's hot then it's not the right hotel. The pool is design in a way that u can't even swim in length or breadth of the pool. Water issues with staff calling to inform that water will be off from 1pm till 4pm.
On the other hand, polite staff during breakfast buffet and even at the reception.

The hotel was in a great location, close to attractions and train services. Two standout staff members, Harpreet in the valet service and Pratik Kadam in the level 8 lounge, provided exceptional customer service. When booking my stay I was advised that my Total would be one price however upon checking in was advised a different price due to additional taxes. The stay at the hotel overall was comfortable, although when asking the staff to change the bedsheets, this was met with dismay. The sheets weren't changed and instead were reversed. I noticed this due to a distinct mark on the sheets, which is why I had originally asked for the sheets to be changed. Breakfast was great, providing you got there before 08:30hrs as after the food quality diminished and the area became crowded. The facilities at the hotel itself were also lacking, the pool was a lot smaller than expected, the wooden decking un even and sunken. The sun loungers were dirty. Not what is expected from a hotel with a 4.5/5 rating. Visiting the onsite spa, booking through the website did not work, however the rooms were clean and the masseuses were friendly. I had utilised room service as well as the snacks within the room towards the start of my stay. The reception desk had informed me that my bill was more than it should be due to taxes. Upon checking out, I was told I had been over charged. A card refund was not possible and instead received a cash return in Indian rupees. I would not rush back.

We booked the place for 9 days and had to ask 5 times to get a refrigerator that is so basic. The first four requests were ignored because there was a wedding they were busy with and we were polite in our requests. We finally got it when we yelled. That works here! Basically, to service the wedding folks, they removed stuff from our room, including the safe.

I have stayed multiple times at the property and had a positive experience. The staff is helpful and responsive. The property is clean and located in a center location near Railway station and city center.

However, this time we felt the quality was a bit low. The rooms were equipped with toiletries for 1 person for room booked for 2 people.

The inroom dining options need a lot of improvement, the options are less, quality of food is bad - we ordered dosa and got watery sambar with it.

TERRIBLE HOTEL- UNTRAINED STAFF- no towels in the room which took 2 hours to get after checking in. Dust and dirt everywhere. Staff was rude and disrespectful throughout. Sadly Maintained hotel in Pune city center.

The hotel was in the city center but the food was horrible. There were cockroaches all over the restaurant. Walking over serving trays. I pointed it out several times but no one took cognizance of that fact. My room side table was simply painted with oil paint. The paint was so bad that when I made a cup of tea for myself, and kept the cup on the side table, it got stuck because the paint melted. The hotel lacks hospitality. I would never stay there again. It was not to the level of a Crowne Plaza chain of hotels.

A pretty disappointing stay. Check in took forever despite there being numerous staff at the check-in desk. The room wasn't clean - dirty hand prints on the mirror and I'm not sure when the room was last hoovered. I stayed for 4 days and my room was not made up once, despite me asking. Not sure what was going on. Housekeeping hoovered the corridors at 7:3am - far too early! Requested an iron one morning and had to wait an hour for it to be brought to the room! The only plus was the gym.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. However the cleanliness of the hotel was not was is expected from a crowne.
Also we got rooms on the 8th floor. The hotel has a rooftop bar / nightclub on the 9th floor. The noise is very uncomfortable every single night until 1 or 2 am. We complained and got moved to another room. If the bar is going to have loud parties they should not place guests on the 8th floor.

Everything was fine other than the fact that we could not sleep as the next room door bell kept ringing throughout the night . This started Sat night ( so thought that may be the next door guys and other roomswho might have gone to the lounge and are coming back late )
But this continued the other night also . We complained but no solution . Imagine that u are asleep and every half an hour bell rings and after sometime u cannot sleep thinking that the bell will ring again . The management called us in the morning and said that they will work on something . Then no further reponse . Sound proofing was poor also

Seems a run down place now with need to address room's condition. Was used a room with bathtub even though my reservation clearly specified it. was asked for extra amount but then was 'upgraded' to a room with bathtub once I provided the details in the booking. Breakfast is fine though.

Clean and generally very good staff. Maybe there should be an egg-holder for the hard boiled egg as the customer has to peel it him/herself?
I could not understand why I had to wait half an hour before the guards would allow the OLA cab to come into the yard to pick me up. The app said here was there and he was waiting outside arguing with them that he had a pick-up (me!) inside, to my very great aggravation!
