The hotel was very basic with a caravan-like bathroom that you couldn't even turn around in. I suppose it was good value for money, however if you are looking for somewhere to be able to go with children etc, I would not recommend.

I've stayed in some odd, random or grimey places in my time but this takes the cake - plain revolting. Our room was like. Caravan- right down to the installed cupboard of a \"bathroom\" which had me gagging every time needed to use it. The worst part however was how our \"nonsmoking\" room smelt like a smokers pit. There were no windows to air it&the aircon was broken. So to sleep was stuffy &like secon hand smokig stale cigarettes. Anything we were wearing ended up smelling of smoke.

Les check in et check out pour l’hôtel 1ere classe se font à l’hôtel Campanile qui se trouve juste à côté Pour cause de rénovation il n’est pas possible de prendre un repas chaud à l’hôtel Campanile par contre un micro onde est à disposition

Qu'on puisse nous mettre le pain. de l'hôtel Campanile au petit déjeuner pour l'hôtel. première classe
Je pense que la prochaine fois je ferai venir le service d'hygiène quand on nous sort. que c'est du pain congelé
C'est les restes de pain de la veille de l'hôtel Campanile .
le pain était immangeable coupé en petits morceaux pour pas qu'on voit. Qu'il avait été déjà servi. juste les chutes de pain de l'hôtel d'à côté.
Je vous laisse juge. de voir l'état délabré où on nous a mis pour le petit-déjeuner de la moquette arrachée de partout délabré Je pense que c'est une honte.
Quand je sais qu'à côté c'était en parfait état. Je ne vois pas où ils vont gagner de l'argent.
En traitant la clientèle comme ils le font.

Avons réservé pour 2 nuits, nous sommes rentrés le 2ème soir à 22 h 45, nous avons du appeler le numéro d'urgence car notre badge d'accès à la chambre n'avait été activé que pour 1 nuit. Rien à redire sur la personne qui est intervenue rapidement

Quand, après avoir payé 3 nuits et 3 petits déj à cet hôtel, vous vous retrouvez coincé à l'extérieur parce que votre carte magnétique qui sert de clé est désactivée, il y a de quoi être mécontent. De plus, pour ne pas passer la nuit sous un pont il faut aller taper à la porte d'un autre hôtel, il y a de quoi être en colère. Assez pour ne plus revenir dans un hôtel \"Première classe\" et déconseiller cette chaîne.

Très froid et bruyant, absolument AUCUNE isolation des chambres entre elles (et pourtant les voisins étaient assez silencieux), comme aucune isolation de la porte d entrée, qui laissait passer l'air (tres) froid en plus des bruits ambiants.
Le probleme du froid aurait pu etre réglé, si la climatisation fonctionnait, je l ai trouvée débranchée en arrivant, et j'ai compris en la rebranchant qu'elle ne faisait que ventiler, aucun air chaud n en est jamais sorti (resté deux jours).

Les interrupteurs , le radiateur ne sont sûrement pas nettoyer quotidiennement, la salle d’eau juste limite. ... le point positif : très bon accueil. La demoiselle vraiment charmante.
