Our room was ready when we got there, very clean & we got a main floor room as we requested when we checked in. The \"on site\" restaurant was really good. The food was great tasting & service was friendly & fast. I will stay there next time I'm in the area.

It is fine if you just want to lay your head and sleep. The soda machine didn’t work. The vending machine didn’t work. The peep hole in my door was almost completely unscrewed and sticking way out. Staff knocking on our door at 9 am to see if we were changing out.

I had a four night stay that we just returned today. I enjoyed the property location for golf and shopping. My negative was informing the front desk staff[three different people] multiple times my card keys went off so a round the outside and into the office/front desk and re-do at least 5 or more times. I also had informed the desk the TV was awful 'glitchy' and every 10 seconds blurred and sounds on and off[like a reset would be useful from the satellite]however, never did that get addressed even though the third desk staff saw the maintenance request and 'elevated the request'=>no success and NHL Stanley Cup Final 2 OT game had to be streamed on our personal laptops let alone anything else desired-I tightened the coaxial cables and unplugged and re-plugged in the TV and for 5-10 minutes it works and then back crappy glitchy. Furthermore, I thought it was had a bit 'hard beds' and sure enough the day we leave the entire hotel is getting new mattresses. Timing is everything I understand...but barely an offer to exchange new towels and many hours gone to golf outings so the 'customer service thing to do' would have started with our room so the new beds would be comfort and cozy...not hard and 'springy' spongy sore back by the forth night away from my adjustable home bed. The best was the breakfast that my daughter enjoyed and wide variety and hot coffee was tasty!

The cleaning staff sprayed the tabletops but did not wipe down any of the areas. I asked the desk manager and immediately fixed the oversight apologizing profusely. Otherwise, we would return again.

This hotel was a very nice surprise. The rooms were much more updated than shown in the photos. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. It was very quiet except some of the door bang shut. Parking was good and we slept very well. Nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was the normal stuff but nice to have. Near some fast food if needed. Great stay.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We stayed for two nights.The continental breakfast was good, but, there were no chairs and tables to sit while having breakfast. All guests have to take the food to their rooms which makes it challenging to carry it without trays and makes the room smell of food once the plates and cups are thrown in the waste basket. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate this hotel a 2.5

The hotel itself was great. A good value for a clean and friendly environment.

My only concern was the TV...no channel guide per se. Nothing in writing and what's on the tv is in sections. The desk said the guide was on channel 48, but that guide doesn't contain the base channels....they are on a different guide channel on the TV. It's hard to scroll through channels and know what you're getting. I would suggest providing a written guide or a QR code guests could scan at the front desk to get the information. I don't watch a lot of tv, so I would stay here again. But if my husband was with me, I'd need to go somewhere where the tv was more user friendly.

The hotel needs to join the 21st century. No USB ports. Electrical outlets did not provide enough power to charge my phone or hearing aid charger without my having to figure out which ones (there are very few) worked at all and then it took an inordinate amount of time to charge. Very frustrating. Restaurant is excellent, although pricey. Entire staff was professional, personable and helpful.

Spent one night there with 4 kids, got the suite and the room was very nice, lots of room and very clean. The pool was nice and the kids appreciated the 8 foot deep end for jumping in. Every staff member i spoke with was very friendly. They have a nice bar and restaurant and 24 hour coffee. Only thing i would have liked to have was a hot tub but not the end of the world. They have a nice continental breakfast , nothing warm but plenty of cold options and cold yogurt and eggs. I would definitely go back!

The pool was ice cold. If I knew how cold the pool was (and no hot tube) we would’ve went somewhere else. My kids couldn’t even swim. It was breath taking cold. Will never stay there bc again! Waste of money.

The front desk clerk was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The housekeeper I spoke with briefly was also friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The only suggestion I would have is updating the beds and maybe getting Keurig coffee pots... Even those two things were not deal breakers. I didn't get a chance to try out their restaurant, but I could smell the food and I am excited to try it next trip. I enjoyed my stay enough that I am staying again at the end of the month.

Older hotel, rooms outdated but clean, mattress uncomfortable, noisy fan ran constantly in the bathroom when the light was on, noisy heater fan next to the bed…. we just left it off, the soda machine out of order on our floor, pool was down for the day, minimal breakfast, no tables to eat at in breakfast area which was essentially the hallway. There was a note on the table it our room that said they were short staffed. Staff was pleasant. We heard the food was good at the restaurant off the lobby.

The breakfast was a grab-and-go affair with limited options. The room was clean and spacious, but the bed was creaky. To top it off, our room card keys didn’t work, forcing us to visit the reception after multiple unsuccessful attempts. One of the keys even stopped working during our stay. While the hotel wasn’t terrible, these small inconveniences prevent it from being a truly great place to stay.

I checked in to the clerk arguing with someone on the phone. Looked at me while rolling his eyes. Finally finished and got me checked in. Needed a first floor room due to limited mobility. No elevator or carts. The room was filthy. No housekeeping. Reported it back to clerk who let into a profanity laced f this and f that. My wife called him on his language. He told her he was way beyond that. Finally got a second floor room and luggage assist. That room was still dirty even though housekeeping had been performed. Met with the owner the following morning who helped getting luggage to car. He was not at all surprised by his employees’ behavior and blamed it on hiring a relative of another employee. Not at all acceptable. The owner should have simply refunded the entire cost for the stay. We travel often and worst experience in memory.
