Jodi at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating. Older hotel but served its purpose. Nice hot water and pressure. Bed comfortable. Room a little small but manageable. Doors are on the outside so nice to be able to just park outside your room and unload your luggage. I would stay here again.

Our room was generally clean but floor corners in bathroom area could use a little more cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Kept hearing a strange noise during the night and thought it was the ductwork making funny noises; my husband discovered the sound was actually coming from the metal pedestal beneath the bed, which made clunking noises whenever someone rolled over or got in or out of bed! Much noise came from room above due to people walking around! Overall, not a super restful night. Didn’t eat the breakfast as we left early and decided to just eat elsewhere.

The outside, doors, parking area and dog area were dirty. Lots of trash outside. Including very questionable people were outside walking around clearly under the influence. My husband wouldn't let me go to the car by myself. The sink and bathroom mirror were updated and nice. The power strip on the nightstand to plug in your phones didn't work. The phone to call the front desk didn't work. I honestly was not comfortable walking around barefoot. The beds linen looked clean and in good shape. We left asap in the morning. I didn't give breakfast a chance so can't comment on it.

There is no elevator for second floor rooms. At 77 years old and bad knees, I could not access assigned room on second floor. There were no other rooms on first floor.

I should have asked, but did not know. Assumed easy access was available.

I was concerned because the wall outlets were broken so two power strips were Daisy chained together and uses for lamps, clock, etc I travel with a cpap machine and several other electronics and I was almost scared to plug them in.

Room was completely outdated with mold painted over in the bathroom, broken tiles on the floor and the sink area had “sticky” wood looking tiles that had no transitions and shifted with a bubble rolling motion. Curtains were stained and falling off the hanging hardware. Atmosphere was LOUD. Several people walking by and knocking on our door randomly.

King was not a true king, more of a queen size. Bed was so close to wall that we hit the metal frame every time tried to get in bed. Towels were threadbare. Room smelled of mold & stale smoke. Freezer did not work.

Very clean room and updated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool looked very clean and there were people using it. We did not use the pool. We used the fitness room which was niceand clean but small. The outside of the hotel is a little rundown and the landscaping could use an update.

This is not a hotel. The listing repeatedly uses the term hotel but this is a MOTEL. No secure entry point if you are traveling alone, your door is open to whatever person is walking around the neighborhood. Perhaps most importantly, there are no elevators. If you are elderly or handicapped only 1st floor rooms would work for you. Nowhere in the hotel description does it say any of this. They are very careful to not include pictures of the outside of the building where you could identify that this is a motel rather than a hotel. It's very deceptive. As for the MOTEL, it's old, so it smells musty. The toilet wobbles and barely flushes. The sink had a broken drain plug laying in the bottom of it and the water splashed and sprayed all over the place when you turned it on. It sounds like someone is hitting a tennis ball against the ductwork on a regular basis. We couldn't even tell where the banging was coming from, but it happens on a consistent basis and throughout the night. I would expect a motel like this to run maybe $80 a night. For $146 it was a HUGE disappointment

Breakfast lady was very kind and welcoming. Room was dirty. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Soap residue was in the faucet. Toilet, under seat, wasn’t cleaned. Fast food cups from previous people who stayed were in bathroom trash. Iron was broken and leaked water on clothes. Bed sank in the middle. Curtains don’t stay closed unless pinned using room hanger. Outlets in “table” between beds doesn’t charge unless constantly jiggling the charger. Check-in lady was kind.

Gabriella was a lifesaver! We were stuck in a storm in Oklahoma and knew we would not make it. We called to cancel the reservation and she refunded it. By the time the storm passed we were exhausted and called back to see if the room was available for a 5 AM check-in and a late checkout. She set us up and took care of everything so that we could come in and get some rest before we continue our journey. She went over and above to take care of us.

These are exterior doors no interior rooms. I did not know that when booking. Room was just as described. No frills. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows, water was hot with good pressure. Location was convenient, with little outside noise. Check in was easy and the young lady at the front was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. The staff working the breakfast buffet were helpful and accommodating. I gave the staff 5 stars and the property 4. We use a power bank for charging and the outlet next to the bed didn’t work so my phone wasn’t charging until I unplugged the alarm clock in the room. The pressure on the faucet is really strong at first and hard to regulate.

We got in super late exhausted from driving expecting a clean room to lay our heads for a few hours sadly wasnt the case. There was quite a bit of hair in the sheets, we ended up sleeping on top of the linen, there was also hair in the bathtub and when showering the tub wouldnt drain so was standing in inches of water. Very disappointed in our stay

Typical options for breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuit, toast, muffins, etc) with a waffle iron. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was extremely deceiving by the photos and description. It appeared to be an updated hotel but when we got there, we realized the actual hotel is more like a motel. The doors to each room are all on the outside. The room was partially updated but the carpet was aged and stained. The chair in the room had stains on it. The bedding had holes in it. The parking lot had a lot of broken glass and there was minimal grass for a pet friendly hotel. On a positive note, tthe shower pressure was great, the parking lot was very lit and the staff was incredible.

Sheets had not been changed. Smearded boogers, Chip crumbs on the sheets. Bed bugs visable on the mattress, ranging fom very small to quite large adult bugs. Holes in sheets stains on bed spread. I took pictures and showed the desk clerk. Shes was extremely kind and helpfull getting our refund for the room that we cound Not stay in. No elevater to second floor 2 sets of steps to reach 2nd floor no lighting on steps. It was hard to see steps at dusk.
