Experience was as bad as it could be. I paid ahead of time through Expedia. I got to the hotel and was told they did not have my reservation. I contacted Expedia and was given two options. 1. Cancel my reservation and pay a penalty fee of which is the total of the room or 2. Do nothing and be okay with paying for a room I couldn't even stay in. I was essentially robbed

We had problems with our room key working and had to replace it 3 times which was frustrating. The property was on the older side and in need of some TLC but for our purposes, it was just fine. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to check it out on this trip.

We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom.

All I can say is OH MY! After moving 2 times, we finally located a room with blankets. We were attending a rodeo and there were no other rooms in town, or we would have selected a different place to sleep. My mother-in-law, who is 90, got bit by something on her hand. I got bit on my finger during the night. The staff couldn't have been nicer, but their hands are tied.

It was an affordable room with a bed and bathroom. The building and the rooms are in need of updating, but that didn’t make the stay unpleasant. Our room had lotion, but no shampoo or conditioner. There was no hair dryer, but it did have an ironing board and iron. The pool area was clean enough, but the water was cold. Depending on when you stay, you may need additional blankets as the bed had a sheet and a “bedspread” that is more like another sheet. The breakfast food that should have been hot was just warm and bakery items were dry. There were cold food options, but I didn’t try those. The staff was friendly.

This is a good hotel. We were there for 2 weeks and the staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was pretty spacious.The free breakfast is pretty much like most basic free breakfast except instead of waffles they serve pancakes which I was a fan of. There is plenty of places to get food or shop for anything you may need. This place was definitely a great value and would stay here again sometime.

New owners are in process of upgrading property so there was some construction going on. They were very accommodating and I believe they will wind up with a five star property when finished. We will be returning to this property when in the area.

I had to make 2 reservations. Man at the front desk couldn’t find my same day reservation. So I had to pay an early check in fee. The sign Amon the desk said it was $25. First the man told me it was just $40, then it changed to $50, he ended up charging me $70 ok top of the reservation I made and paid for. Hotels.com said they had to transfer me to a relocation agent and hung up on me. The hotel was dirty, the room was dusty and had feces spray on the toilet. The bathtub had dead skin and grime buildup all over it. The hallway smelled like a dumpster. My room constantly stopped working. There was no vending machine but you could buy 12oz cans for $3 at the front desk. I was afraid to check out the pool. Looking through the windows I could see mildew on the ceiling on the pool room. The towels were dingy. The heater stank like a wet dog. At one point someone (the manager?) tried to enter my room while we were sleeping. I popped up and ran to the door that had just been opened, they asked if our ac was working. It was fine. Really weird. Why wouldn’t he just call the room? The whole place is kind of creepy. I would not stay here again.

Front desk ladies was great!! Needs cleaning and repair. Couldn't get WiFi to work, hot eater took awhile, and missing the pod piece on coffee pot so no coffee in the room. But, the breakfast rocked!! Hot items: eggs,pancakes, biscuits and gravy as well as cold cereal, yogurt, breads..etc. The place is transitioning over from a quality inn. It takes time. Give this place a try. Would try again reasonable place.

The comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. There were can lights missing from the ceiling in our room. We were told we could have adjoining rooms but then when we checked in we were told all the adjoining rooms were under construction so it wasn’t possible. Also, our refrigerator didn’t work. Aside from all that, we enjoyed the pool and had an ok time.

I checked into this hotel late at night and was met with a series of unacceptable conditions that raised both safety and sanitation concerns. As a solo female traveler, my experience was deeply unsettling.

Upon arriving at my room on the second floor, I found the door propped wide open with the interior swing bar latch. This is a massive security breach; the room was accessible to anyone in the hallway before my arrival, and it was alarming to have to \"clear\" the room myself at 1 am to ensure no one was inside.

The sink contained hair and debris, the tub was covered in dirty splashes and streaks if leaking hair products, and there was even a stray screw on the bathroom floor. There were zero towels in the room, no liners in the trash cans, and curiously no water in the toilet bowl. The toilet paper roll appeared to have been previously submerged in water and was largely rendered unusable. Despite booking a King bed, I was placed in a room with two smaller beds.

Due to a family emergency at a nearby hospital, I did not have the energy to switch rooms or hotels in the middle of the night, but I shouldn't have been put in this position. A hotel’s primary job is to provide a clean, secure environment. This property failed on both counts. I would strongly advise others, especially those traveling alone, to book elsewhere.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy and there are hazardous broken doors and glass in areas of the building. The front desk was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Needs a 0 star option. I am not one to leave negative reviews but this was the absolute worst hotel experience I have had.

There was no soap or shower curtain in the bathroom when we arrived. The place has creepy Precious Moments doll paintings all throughout. The door leading outside from our wing of the hotel had no lock so anyone could just traipse into the building…

This hotel should have a much higher rating. They've done a lot of work to clean it up and make it nice. They are in the process of remodeling all of the rooms. I stayed in one of the older style, and it was perfect. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It's clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is actually the quality inn with no signage indicating its also precious hotel. I thought i was lost. Check in was quite lengthy, about 20 minutes due to training a new employee. Both men who were at the check in desk were polite and professional otherwise. I am a below knee amputee and requested a ada room upon arrival because i didn't see the option online when booking. I requested a bottom floor or near an elevator if upstairs and the closest room available to parking. Trainer stated to put me in room 180 because of my situation. was given directions how to get to my room by the trainer. It took me at least 10+ minutes to even locate which door (most weren't operable) parking lot and side of the building to be on. The closest entrance to my room was inoperable resulting in a hike with all my things. twice before finally finding the nearest entrance/exit that worked. So...i finally get into my room approximately 40 minutes after arriving. Rooms are not bad considering the price.
Cleanliness is lacking, but not the worst. I unpack and prepare for my shower and discover neither room has any safety bars for shower. Not ada for sure. It was nearly 3am and i had to pack up everything and move to another room because my tv didn'twork. It's not a bad place, just not very well laid out. Super friendly staff and very quiet location.

The room smelled absolutely terrible like they sprayed something. The room was not cleaned at all and me and my brother stayed there for a whole eight nights never got the garbage taken out. Never got new towels just terrible service. I even asked the front desk guy one morning if they could clean it while we were gone he said he’d get on that and never did.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I honestly believe the good reviews on this place had to either be the employees or people they paid.

We got to the room and it was dirty. Honestly, it went downhill from there. The next day we had no clean towels. When we went to the front desk to ask, they told us they only change them out every 2 to 3 days. They said they would write it down that we needed towels every day. We were told they only clean the room every 2 to 3 days unless we request otherwise. This was a six night stay so on the third day we asked that our room be cleaned and new linens. I watched him write our name down and was told that it would be done that day. We got back to our room that night, it was not clean, no new towels, and the trash was still there. We went back to the front desk. The next morning I made the same request, it was clean that day, but no new linens were put on beds. They basically just wiped down the sink and took out the trash. From that point on we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. One day they had no clean towels and had to give us pool towels.

The towels were very stained, the orange juice pitcher in the breakfast area had mold on the handle, we killed 2 roaches, the floors were filthy. I seriously could go on. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Do not stay here. They do not have soap in any of the rooms and have been very rude. I tried explaining that according to American Disabilities Act they can not ask for paper work for a working dog. They can only ask if it is a working dog and what it does. The owner threatened to kick me out and was very rude. He said he is exempt because he is an independent owned business. Unfortunately that does not matter to ADA. The federal rules apply to them as well as anyone else. The hotel is trying to remodel but not doing a very good job. Please skip this hotel

Parking and AC were not an issue. They first refused to give me the room. Aftwr hotels.com got involved (this took almost 1.5 hours) they \"found\" a room. The room had a hole in the wall and cracked bathtub. They did not clean the room at all over the 3 day stay. The breakfast service was so bad rhe only edible thing was cereal and that required i ask every day for them to fill the milk.

Get what you pay for.

First room the a/c was not plugged in - there wasn't even a plug for it. Got a new room. AC worked. The bathroom had evidence of black mold.

I get that it is the Precious hotel, but the photos in the room seem creepy.

Breakfast was not refilled and there was no attendant monitoring it.

Front desk lady started asking my name halfway through the lobby; she couldn't even wait for me to get to the front desk. She did however, hold the door for us as we were bringing in our luggage. Breakfast had a waffle machine but no waffle batter, no juice as the machine was out of order, no yogurt, no fruit, no ketchup, and very weak coffee. It did have sausage and egg and lots of carbs. The air conditioner ran all night but wasn't pumping out cold air and we couldn't control it with any switches. Our shoes were sticking to the floors in the breakfast room as well as in our motel room. Beds were fine. Room had microwave and fridge. Would not stay here again.
