Check in was fast and efficient. Front desk staff did not make small talk...just check in and get you on your way. We did not partake of the 24 hour coffee station, fruit or cookie bar. The offerings, though were plentiful and cookies looked fresh. We stayed in room 114 which was a suite with separate sleeping and sitting areas. The mini kitchen had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and sink. There were no dishes, kitchen towels or soap. . Althouhh the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries, there was no hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We utilized the hot tub, the jets were strong and the temp was HOT. Not too hot, but hot as it should be. Too often, hot tubs are more like bath temp. The pool area had toys for those with kiddos and a chair lift to make the pool accessible. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The offerings included a variety of cold cereal, fresh fruit, waffle ststion, ogurt, scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, and potatoe wedges, juuces, tea, viffee,and cocoa. The hot foids were barely warm and the hash was quite cool, like they opened the can and dumped it into the warming tray without actually heating it first. Overall, the price was very reasonable as this was the last weekend of bike week. We anticipated a higher rate. I would recommend this hotel.

The halls needed vacuuming. When we entered our room, there was an old, dirty broom propped up against the wall. At 11:00 p.m. I had to ask the front desk to tell the guest in the next room to turn down the TV. At 4:00 a.m. I was again awakened by the next door’s too loud TV. Then I couldn’t get back to sleep because of the freeway noise. This hotel is too close to the freeway to get a good night’s sleep. The next morning, at the complimentary breakfast, there was food on the floor and counters, the trash receptacles were overflowing and not enough room for guests to sit. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, very disappointing.

The pool and spa were nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Within 10 minutes, we had to kill four huge spiders in the room, which was very unsettling. The bathtub drain plug was broken, so I wasn’t able to give my 2-year-old a bath. On top of that, when I turned on the bathroom sink, the faucet handle piece that screws on fell of and was so stripped it wouldn’t stay on.

I also asked for a late checkout and was told I could stay until 12 PM, but I was never informed there would be an additional fee. After checking out, I was charged $100 for the late checkout. Had I been told about the charge beforehand, I would have left at the original checkout time. The people upstairs from us were also stomping their feet until 4am.

Overall, the property has potential, but the maintenance issues and lack of communication regarding fees made for a frustrating stay.

We were on the first floor, and until our third night all was fine. Then a very energetic family was above us and the floor creaked badly as the children jumped around. And maybe a dog was scratching because there was a thumping. We couldn’t sleep until they finally went to bed at midnight.

there were no blankets and those given were quite gross. There is alot of unshelteted people in parking lot and walking by the hotel entrance - did not feel safe. We came here two years ago and its gotten worse. Will not return. Breakfast was terrible. Property condition is shabby and not very clean overall even though the rooms were clean. the cleaning staff and maid was very nice and was a standout.

The room was clean however, there seemed to be what looked like blood on the ceiling. Not sure didn’t want to get too close. My bedding had some yellow stains on them.
The hot tub and pool are a great add on however I think there should be an adult only time due to the children that where yelling and swearing and trying to try things in the pool that didn’t belong to them, I ended up leaving the pool room not to long after getting in.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were someones clipped fingernails all.over the florr ehich means it wasn’t vacuumed. There were also stains on our blabkets and sheets. I have a 9 month old and was not able to put him on the ground to crawl due to the floor not being vacuumed.

The walls are thin. We couldn’t get a good night sleep because people in our room next door had the tv’s volume loud and it’s on all night! Also, people who stayed upstairs of our room was keep making the banging or tumbling noise all night! That’s why i could give the 3 stars to this house! Otherwise, they would easily get a 5 from me!

I have never wrote a review for a hotel before so that must say something. We has the stay ever. I have stayed at many Best Westerns in the past. This one had a 3rd story, and you could here everything. The people above us were stomping around, back and forth all hours of the night. We were also woken up at 5 AM each morning because of the floor squeaking and the people pacing, it was like an old farm house. Even my kids woke up. Next, the beds had springs that was forcing my back to arch all night. It was so uncomfortable after a few hours. Felt like I was having back labor. The brealfast was nothing like any other hotel. Not even a bagel or any type of meat. Just waffles, cereal, apples/oranges, eggs and biscuts and gravy. I love any type of eggs but these were gross. The juice was like syrup, it was so thick. My son who loves sweets wouldn't even drink it, lol. The heater was so hard to regulate. We either froze or were sweating to death. So we finally craked a window but we had cigarette smoke coming through the window and some guy was openly vaping in the pool with kids. They also collected a 100.00 deposit by phpne befpre we even areived or checked in, which I think is very odd. I would never stay there again.

Staff at checkin and the cleaners in the halls were super friendly!! Unfortunately the carpet was clearly not vacuumed as it had stuff on it and one of the headboards had all greasy hand marks on it! I know they were sold out the evening before so maybe it was because they were in a rush. The whole reason we came to spend a night here was solely so that our children could swim… they got to at night and then the pool was closed in the morning!! Very sad kiddos.

The staff was great, free breakfast with hot eggs, bacon, French toast & pancakes was good. The construction of the building is kind of wonk, the tub in room 324 has a soft spot which makes a lot of noise when you are showering. Our room and the hallway carpets need a good detailing, window sills, door knobs were dusty, bed was a little lumpy. Shower curtain was dirty, vent over shower filthy & shower curtain was falling off the wall. The devil is in the details, and no one seems to care or notice them.

The rim was good, nice and fairly comfortable. However, the pool was closed. They had a sign on the door. We asked about using the hot tub, because that was specifically the reason we got that hotel, was for a hot tub. He said he would check and let us know by 8pm, so 1 hour. At 9:45, pool closes at 10, the phone rang to say we could use the the hot tub. We had even called and went to the desk at about 815. No one was there.

We stayed on the second floor and the noise coming from the room above us was unbearable! We were unable to sleep. We could not request another room because the hotel was full according to the front desk. The floor above our room “squeaked” terribly and we will never stay there again! Expedia should not Recognize this as one of the hotels they recommend. If there was an avenue available to request a refund of our money for the night stay, I would certainly pursue it! I stay in hotels very frequently and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had! Never again!

Unfortunately, the room did not have much soundproofing, and we could hear the angry guest across the hall and the people above us walking all evening and in the morning.
The show did not have any ventolation and there was mold growing around the shower. The ceiling had come down in one corner above the shower and was temporarily patched.

Also not sure what kind of design it is to have an AC right next to bed without an option to divert air, so when you’re in bed, it blow directly into you. Big tv is nice, staff is awesome.
