The hotel had booked several kids with a parent and were running around on the second floor banging on my doors etc
The pool area was overflowing with kids and the hot tub so it basically was unusable to other guest

the biggest problem was one of the smaller entries close to our rm 120, the gutter was leaking continuously. forming black ice, was extremely slippery. I almost fell a few times. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an extremely friendly staff member at the front desk. All staff that we ran into were so friendly. Room was clean and was bigger than I thought it would be! House keeping kept us stocked up on clean towels. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub.

I would have given 5 stars, the only thing we noticed that could have been better was the breakfast. The apples were all bruised, the bananas were over ripe, the trays with eggs and other sides were low both mornings we went down for breakfast. We went down early enough that the trays should have been full. But besides that, we had a great experience, the hotel was beautiful, we would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was amazing. We came for a night away and it was above my expectations . Check in was at 3 and check out at 11. The breakfast was so good. The water pressure was wonderful. I enjoyed the jetted tub. The pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was very clean. Everyone was very very kind and the gentleman taking care of breakfast even asked if we needed help taking our stuff to the car. The Mexican place across the street had really good food. The beds were really comfortable. I would highly recommend!!

We have never been to a Best Western Plus, and we appreciated the utsch more touch to everything. Familiar amenities, plus. Rhe bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no need to \"order a special pillow from the desk.\" The breakfast bar was meticulously kept clean and stocked and the presentation was perfect. The pancake machine which mixed, poured and exited the pancakes for you is a great idea. All in all, even though we didnt have a view of the lake itself, this property was our favourite of the three we stayed at in the Finger Lakes area. Thank you!

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating, we planned a night away for our 6 year olds birthday - her request was a big hotel and a swimming pool, and this was perfect. The pool is great for little ones who are still unsure of swimming solo, our 7 year old mastered swimming during our stay and loved the bubbles in the spa area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early and leave a little after our check out time so we could get some extra swimming in with no issues at all. Definitely plan on returning in the future when we need a getaway during the cold winter months.

The facility is clean, eco friendly with friendly staff. Its outdated bed though. The spring creaking everytime i reposition during sleep. And wall is thin as paper. I could hear next door convo through out the night. And thats just regular voice. Cant imagine if there are screaming children or babies next door. Location is great. Plenty of place to wine and dine. And nearby stores like dollar tree, aldi, tops, sunoco. Love the hot tub and heated pool.

Jillian greeted us at the front desk and checked us in. She was so nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was large, nice, clean, with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom also. We left a day early due to rain so we didn't ge to enjoy all the amenities. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

It's convenient located with very nice staff. We had one issue that we weren't expecting or didn't appreciate. Unfortunately, are room being next to rooms with dogs. Anytime day or night when someone walked down the hallway, the dogs barked. I discussed this with the staff and their first solution was to move us to another room. After we objected saying that we are the problem and shouldn't be the one's inconvenienced. After additional the staff agreed to contact the owners of the dogs.

This one is very good for a family to stay. They have Swimming pool which is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, also have Hot tubs. Morning they are serving continental Breakfast Bacon and eggs bites and Potatoes, Breads, Muffins, Bagels, Hot Pan cakes and Yogurts. The dining area also serves juices and coffee 24/7. Overall satisfied.
