We arrived very late in the evening. The room was extremely cold even though the heating unit was on. The bathroom was even more cold. The showerhead was broken and there was visible Mold on the walls in the bathroom. And next day when we turned the light on it seemed like the bed sheet were dirty too.

Meget støj

Vi var 3 veninder der boede sammen. Så det var meget glædeligt at vi fik et dejligt stort og lyst værelse. Meget lille badeværelse dog men tænker det er jeres koncept. Vi undrede os lidt over at der ikke var rengøring på værelset under hele vores ophold. Vi havde trods alt 3 overnatninger og løb bl.a. tør for toiletpapir.
Og så var støjen fra gaden helt udlidelig. Vi var nødt til at sove med åbne vinduer pga varmen. Men selvom vi boede på 3. var der så meget larm om natten at vi næsten ikke fik sovet. Og hvis det endelig lykkedes at få lidt ro og dermed søvn vågnede vi meget tidligt pga larm fra skaldebiler og fejemaskiner.

Virkelig dårlogt

Utrolig ringe værelse med et endnu værre badeværelse. Ingen plads, vask var i vejen for toilet, afløb virkede til at være halvt tilstoppet. Ingen loftslampe heller.

Alt i alt - så var det et utrolig ringe hotel.

My experience

I know it is a low budget place to stay.
Room:
- Hot or cold.
- Electric plugs only down by the floor.
- LED light with very cold temperature.
- Water boiler with short cable so must be placed at the floor by your feet when sitting at the table.
Bathroom:
Sharp edge in the doorway - could be nice with a rounded one so you don't hurt yourself if kicking or steping on it. Shower head was dripping - it was put on the floor to stop the noise. Zink is in your head when using the toilet.
Smoking area open and used by other noisy guests from 6.00 in the morning.
Breakfast room: Why have plates, cups, glases etc. in one end of the room and and coffee, juice etc. in the other end - alot of walking people in a small place because they expect cups and glasses next to the machines. Scramples eggs is made of powder and not tasty in any way.
- Rest of breakfast was actually ok, and better than many other places I have been. Buns were excellent and warm.
Even after experiencing this and knowing what to expect I will still come back next time. But there is deffinently room for improvement and at a very low cost. Low hanging fruit;-)

I have stayed at the Cabinn Esbjerg many times and it is always clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms are a bit tight for someone of my height and breakfast is very basic.

Central location and, for the price, it is good value and I expect I will stay again next time I’m in town.

Small horrendous rooms

The rooms were small i am 68 yrs old and there was no way to get to the actual bed.
I had to clumb over my husband to get in it.
£84 pounds a night .
Not good enough.
You could sit on the toilet and take a shower at the same time.
They said thats a standard.
Next day was told why didnt i day.
WE DID.
they said nothing we can do.
No proper cups only paper.
No phone to reception.
No ice .

Room overall ok. Bathroom like a joke. Sitting on the toilet you need to choose if you should spent sitting under the washbin ore lend over it. Terrible. Shower so small, I just gave up that.

God pris for ophold

Vi skulle bruge en overnatning asap og valgt Cabinn Esbjerg. Placering fint - parkering ved museumsparken - hurtigt check inn, fint værelse rent, meget lille baderum - mindre end i London. Det er meget lydt, selvom vi boede på tredje sal, fik vi alt med hvad der forgik på gaden, også inde på hotellet, jeg har aldrig oplevet at kunne hører naboen zippe end en lynlås ned på et hotel - ørepropper kan anbefales

Et fint overnatningssted til prisen.
CABINN er jo et koncept, og jeg har f.eks. aldrig helt forstået, hvorfor bruseren sidder i loftet og skal betjenes fra armaturet ved håndvasken. Man har sparet et armatur og måske et par meter rør, men til gengæld er man sikker på, at der bliver vådt overalt, når man er i bad.
Morgenmadsbuffeten er absolut ikke prangende, men den koster på den anden side ikke en herregård, så det er okay.
Sengene var super gode, og det er luksus med to stole, så man ikke er henvist til at sidde i sengen, når man er på værelset.

Terrible parking “service”

So bad service around the parking. Ending up getting a parking fine even though I asked if everything was alright 2 times. And the worst thing is that they dont care afterwards. So so horrible that i never wanna use a Cabbinn hotel again.

Om general the stat was fine but an episode in the breakfast restaurant made me Think that I will probably not book another stay at this hotel as a hotel staff member loudly accused me for having breakfast without paying for this. She then checked this with the reception desk where it was confirmed that my breakfast was paid for. No apologies were offered but I noticed some unpleasant remark.. I dropped the breakfast after my second night at the hotel.

Gross Towels!

Everything was great until I went to use a new hand towel the had something really gross on it! It kind of put a damper on my otherwise great experience. I did mention it to the reception upin my check out.

Jeg havde en under-middel oplevelse under mit to nætters ophold på Cabinn Esbjerg. Først og fremmest fandt jeg et par shorts under sengen, og hår på badeværelset, hvilket tydede på, at værelset ikke var rengjort ordentligt. Derudover var der meget larm fra gaden fra fredag til søndag, hvilket gjorde det svært at slappe af.

Morgenmaden var også en skuffelse. Der var et meget lille udvalg, og kvaliteten var ikke prisen værd, selvom den var lav.

Receptionen var dog imødekommende og serviceorienterede.

Samlet set var mit ophold ikke tilfredsstillende.

A good stay for a single night

A very small room and the bed would probably be a little too small for two persons. Unless your are a couple.
Same regarding the bathroom. It's too small even if you are alone. But you know about this when you book your stay so I'm not complaining.
Hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

Meget hyggeligt lille hotel. Fine forhold. Der var ret varmt på værelset og sikkerhedslåsen til vinduet på 1. Sal var rustet væk. Vi har heldigvis større børn men måske den skal fikses hvis man kommer med mindre børn. Vi havde læst anmeldelser fra 2023 og de blev gjort helt til skamme. Det var en rigtig fin oplevelse og et sted der sagtens kan besøges igen.

Good rooms Terrible indoor environment

Not so Good. Big Windows cannot be opened with the sun burning hot all day and no aircon. It’s terrible indoor environment. The vent in the bathroom doesn’t help much. Plus everybody smoke cigarettes just outside the end of the hallway and the smoke is pulled inside. It should be forbidden to smoke on those small balconies. Fine size room and bathroom very nice for one person.

Trænger til en opfriskning

Hotellet er noget bedaget. Døren til værelset kunne ikke låses med den ekstra lås formentlig fordi karmen var lidt løs. Hver gang nogen lukkede deres dør på gangen vibrerede døren til mit værelse.
