From beginning to end my stay was fabulous!
My room was cleaned and stocked daily with water and linens.The staff was courteous and helpful.
I felt safe and secure.
All amenities were accessible and accommodating.
It was also nice to find transportation with ease.
I loved the perk of the club lounge on the sixth floor with my upgrade!
Drinks and appetizers from 5-7 was so delightful in an intimate setting!

Good hotel, great location to the airpeor. Staff were courteous. Nice range of food options although breakfast could be better. Goodies Pub is also good, although in 2026 why do you still allow smoking inside the Pub.

I reserved a room with a King size bed for me and my wife and was given a room with two single (yes, Single) beds and was rudely told by the front desk staff checking us in that it was all they had available.

Unfortunately, it was quite late at night; otherwise, we would have found a different hotel. Sadly, my wife had to spend our anniversary on two separate single beds.

The only redeeming thing about the room was the presence of an iron and ironing board.

The hotel is generally very good, if a little tired looking. Most staff are very friendly and eager to please, I just experienced one front-desk staff member who was a little rude - totally ignoring me for a few minutes then grumpily asking \"what do you want?\". Other staff were great though.
The outside bar/restaurant is a very nice place to relax.

My stay at Sheraton Lagos was amazing!!
I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! The staff/security were super friendly, and very attentive!! If I requested anything, my needs were always met very fast!!
Funmi, Charles, Johnson and Sunny are wonderful!!

It was my very first time in Nigeria visiting with my Nigerian fiance and I wasn't disappointed at all!! I will definitely be back!
I'd advise everyone coming from countries that give complete towels for bathing in the shower to bring your own body/face towel for washing/bathing, the hotel doesn't offer that.. but I always bring my own face/body towel for actual bathing so that wasn't bad for me.. though truly, given the amount of money being paid for the hotel room.. all complete towels should be provided. But other than that the Sheraton is a great place to stay!! And super close to the airport!

Nothing really stands out for me. The hotel is old. Toilets and Tubs needs to be replaced. The smell in the hallway and in the bedroom wasn't appealing. It smells old. They charge for the serving tray to deliver your food to the room.
The rice and stew has no taste and I got charged for the tray it was brought in.
Here's the good part, excellent staff services. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Always willing to help.
Overall, I don't think I'll consider another stay in Sheraton hotel.

Sheraton Lagos is a shadow of itself. Compared to a few years ago, this hotel has really lowered its own standards. First in this COVID-19 times, masks were not enforced. Second, quality, speed of service have gone down markedly. Food both at the main restaurant as well as the grill bar outside is terrible. This is not the Sheraton I knew.

This Sheraton is quite bad. I arrived on. Saturday and there must have been as event so the lobby was very crowded and extremely loud. Totally not ones idea of a relaxing hotel stay. Check in was easy enough and I proceeded to my room. As soon as I came out the lift, onto the hallways heading to my room, there was an overwhelming stale smell to the place. I could hardly breathe. The room smelt no better and it took a good few hours to get over the mouldy stale smell. I considered checking out and going to stay with friends, but by then it was quite late in the evening.
I did not dare to dine here cos of this.
The hotel is thoroughly in need of an update and I will not be using it again.

Not the best place to stay in Lagos

Positives:
Very good breakfast, hot shower, great pool, helpful staff in the business center.
Separate transportation company that has a desk in the lobby and was readily available and easy to work with.
Negatives:
Older building and it was quite noisy at times. You hear carts rolling up and down the hall and footsteps from the room upstairs.
Had 15000 Naira stolen from my wallet and the only time my purse and wallet was out of my site was when the bellhop was bringing my stuff into my room just after my arrival. Only some money was taken, not all. He had watched me as I checked in and also paid the transportation company. He was the only one that had the opportunity. When I was leaving the same guy wanted to assist me and reached for the same bag that had contained my wallet and I declined his assistance. They also lost my laundry and it took several calls and many hours to find it. It was 1am the night before I left before they located it. They had accidentally posted it to the room across the hall. I don't plan to stay there again.

I was expecting more...

The entire hotel is desperately in need of a major overhaul.
The bathroom I had was really grimy.
The rooms are dated.
I spent quite a bit of time hunting down and killing a small family of cockroaches. Some of the extended family escaped and I gave up. Told the front desk about it and got a room change, but there was no service recovery of any sort.
I asked if there was a BBQ dinner on Sunday by the pool and was told yes, only to find out there wasn't one when I showed up at the pool at 8 pm expecting to have a BBQ dinner.
The rooms are really expensive considering the condition that they are in.
I must say that the security staff are really friendly and always had a ready smile and cheerful greeting for me.
To be fair, the front desk was helpful too, but I was expecting more since they are part of the SPG group of hotels.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The Breakfast was very good though rather very expensive. I think the neighborhood of Five Thousand Naira would have been ideal. This should be considered. Also, the buffet lunch was on the high side too. This Hotel should encourage residents to dine in-house rather than going out because of the very high costs. The meals are quite good but certain excesses can be cut down to make the costs affordable to all residents.

The Management is doing a very great job, Security is quite impressive and I almost thought I was in Boston Sheraton when I stepped into my room. I think you deserve more than 3.9 points by my own rating. You have 4.75 points from us - my wife and I

This hotel had awesome security. Every employee that made eye contact acknowledged you with a friendly smile and greeting. Customer service and ambiance was good. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Food was decent. The only issue I had was with the bathroom; it was old and dated. The counter top was Formica that was water damaged. The toilet knob was on the wall so you had to stand up to flush. That was disgusting. Toilet seat also badly scuffed up. Tub had been poorly re glazed and leaked water all over the floor because it didn't have splash guard. Paint that was used to re-glaze the tub splattered everywhere. I liked the hotel but didn't feel it was worth what I paid because the bathroom was unacceptable. I will not return because of the bathroom. Everything else was awesome.

Good location for the airport.

The hotel was comfortable and safe. I only had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and the food and service was good. There is a well equipped gym on site. My room smelt very slightly of damp, but it was warm and humid weather. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, so that's always a bonus. Will probably stay at the hotel again as its also convenient for the airport and work.

Best Hotel in Lagos!

For the past 10 years I have traveled to Lagos and have stayed at almost every hotel in the City. The Sheraton is hands down the best. First it has a secure compound. It has a comfortable lounge and dinning with the best food in Lagos. The rooms are outstanding and the bed as comfortable as you would find anywhere in the world. congrats to management for keeping up the standards.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment works at present, these were not noisy or obtrusive but did limit the dining options.

My check in was pleasant but the noise from the music was unbearable.They need to have a sound proof at the bar or probably reduced the music so that the guess can sleep.I called to complain but I was told that they will stop only at 1030pm.

Dont take Amex, you have to chase laundry that does not turn up.
Food quality was dreadful
its a 3 star experience
they dont credit card approvals so you have to pay for everything as you go.

Not a good hotel to be honest. I got many problems from the check in time, i.e. I requested a non-smoking room but apparently they didn't have one available, even though the hotel has probably 1000 rooms? I got a hair on my food, I was expecting at least a free coffee or dessert, no a free bill but I wasn't even offered. Breakfast was similar desastre, I ordered eggs and after 20 minutes nothing was done, neither the coffee ordered, I have to leave without it.
