Had a terrible night here. Waited at the desk for 10 minutes before anyone gave us attention. Room was fine, but the room next to us were drunk, yelling until 4 am. I called the front desk and nothing happened. Barely slept. Will never stay here again, you are better off sleeping in your car than dealing with this place.

Room was okay very dry air . I rented because my daughter had a Tonsillectomy at the hospital near by. I could tell someone had smoked in the room previosly. When we got back from surgery my room key stopped working and I was holding my daughter in my arms trying to get the door open. Thankfully the house keeper was near by and was able to let me in. I did then call down to the front desk to try and get a new room key brought up but it never came. I didnt rate poor because a man named David working at the resturant downstairs gave us exceptional service. Making my daughter a special smoothie and just giving a little sprinkle of positivity on our long day. He even played taylor swift songs for my daughter. The hotel wasnt great the pool area was poorly ventelated and appeared uncleanly . It was about 7pm the night before the surgery when we went to the pool so maybe it was just recent trafic? I didnt wanna stay another night as the air quality wasnt great in the room. Ate the last nights money because of it. 24 hour notice refund policy.

We were very disappointed with our experience and we have stayed in many, many hotels. This was the first time trying a best western.
Upon arrival to our room, we opened the door and the smell of marijuana was so strong it hit us in the face. We refused to stay in a room with our child that smelled like skunk (this was supposed to be a non smoking room). We went down and requested another room and we were moved but the next room had a musty smell. Our friends, had to also move rooms because the sink was clogged in theirs. This makes me wonder the quality of the cleaning that is happening since the rooms didn’t seem to be ready for new guests but were being assigned anyway.
The hot tub was also barely warmer than the pool, we called the front desk and they said it was broken (This was the reason we stayed here so this was a huge disappointment and we were not told this at check-in ). At 9 pm, in the evening, the room next to us was blasting music so loud and yelling; we again had to call the front desk and ask if we could be moved. They said they had no more rooms available but would ask them to turn down the music. It was a good, 30 mins before this happened and it was quiet enough to sleep.
We also used the fitness center and the machines are very, very dated.
The hotel could be nice, but needs updates that seems to be ignored.
After this experience and the price of this hotel being more compared to others in the area, we would NOT stay here again or recommend.

I was not very happy when I got to the hotel and was told that the pool was down for maintenance. No where in the best western website or on expedia did it say the pool was closed. The dinner we had was top notch. Service was awesome. Our room furniture is, two chairs and couch. All need replaced. No padding on the chairs and the couch is really uncomfortable. The water smells awful, served in the restaurant and the rooms. After the awesome dinner we had the breakfast can't compare. Instant eggs and microwave sausage patties. Taters were good. It was a Motel 6 breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Desk staff were very nice. The gentleman who works the nightshift, was very polite and professional.

The first room I was assigned smelled strongly of animals. I moved to another room. It was less of an odor but still there. The rooms and hotel need to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, carpet replaced and more rules about pets using the bathroom in the rooms. Elevator and halls smelled strongly of weed. I travel frequently and this was one of the worst stays in recent memory.

What's up?

Three minutes after my check-in, I received a notice of fraudulent use of my credit card. I would normally assume there was a coincidence. However, the agent said he was having trouble with the hotel computer. He kept banging the mouse and switching computers. He would not make eye contact. It took him ten minutes to check me in.
He was also unable to provide adjacent rooms or even rooms on the same floor.

Comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and there are plenty of areas for shopping/food near by. The pool area is in need of a good cleaning and an update. We only spoke with the front desk one time, the woman working wasn’t overly friendly.
Overall decent value for the money.

Slept over on my way to NYC. Conveniently located right off the highway but really quiet. Clean and comfortable, very good breakfast with plenty of food to choose from. Staff was all welcoming and friendly. Would stay there again.

The facility can use some upgrades in reference to the rugs! This used to be a top notch hotel! I was very disappointed in it now! Whe did adding railings in a bathroom make the room accessible! I am short and handicapped and unable to get on the bed without a step stool which I purchased

Carpet is dirty, pillow cases not clean, but you can change them if asking. Right besides highway, it is hard to find a supercharger if you drive a EV.
Hotel is clean except floor carpet, breakfast is similar as Hampton inn. Nice staff, good price if considering all conditions.
