Enjoyed our overnight get-away! Hotel room and bath were exceptionally clean as was the casino and other businesses on premises. Needed medical attention (allergic reaction) and must say the EMT and security team member were very professional. Luckily I didn't need further assistance.
Jeremie
Clean room, breakfast buffet was great.
Walter
Though I only stayed for 12 hours. The Room was spacious and clean. Came with bathrobes. Which was nice. Big walk shower. Alarm clock and coffee maker was a nice touch. As for restaurant's there were 4. PJ Clark's vast menu for all ages. Modestly priced. Sushi Bar. Very good decent prices. Buffet restaurant which was very good. Sports Bar. And a Baskin Robin's and Dunkin Donuts. As I don't gamble there is a Casino and a Harness Horse Racing. Beautiful views. Indoor pool is also available.

Everything was great except the pool. We were looking forward to enjoying the adult only hour but there were several routy kids from 3 different parties there. The front desk told me I should have come up there and they would have sent security. I'm not going to the front desk in my wet bathing suit, freezing cold. They should have security routinely check out the pool at 9:00 or 9:15.

Excellent property all the way around, and superb racing facilities! Having both indoor and outdoor pools, and a functional hot tub, are amenities that other resorts overlook or neglect. Not here. These are a great bonus!
Great racing…casino…and resort!! Six Stars!

My wife and I have stayed here the last couple years as she gets free rooms due to our frequent visits. We've never had a bad stay and any issues are minimal.
This is my first time booking a room and again... no issues!

My sheet had a hole in it --large hole . I asked for a replacement and 2 blankets [hey im a cold sleeper] from the front desk. Sadly it was interpreted as a flat sheet and one blanket dropped in the room. No-one seemed to concerned when I mentioned it at the desk in the morning. of course they took a note but im guessing the blame will go to housekeeping NOT to the person who listened with little concern. "I have a hole in my sheet the size of my hand can we get it changed I'll be out of the room a while." Every other aspect was nice-sadly this was disturbing- and I fully understand we all have bad days but at least acknowledge it was an 'opps' and so sorry for that ?
Susan
We had to run the bathroom sink to have hot water in the shower and have not heard yet about what they are going to do about it. We reported it twice.

Rita
Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was well appointed. Shower had good water pressure and design did not let water splash all over the floor. The room air conditioner vent is on the wall and blows air directly in your face when you aleep. The sheets and pilows smelled like some type of spray that reminded me of sweat and vodka on a hot summer day. There are two night lights - no thank you. Had to cover them. Bathrooom had a motion activated night light. Nice feature.
Ethel
Everything was great except for the buffet

Great time

Reasonable rate for the very nice junior suite room.
Mitali
We stayed here due to limited accommodation in the area. Our room was clean, neat and very spacious. This is a casino so we thought they would be far more dining options. We also thought we had purchased a package with breakfast included so we were very disappointed to see that it wasn’t and that There was nothing around where we could eat.

Fun time in The Finger Lakes Region
Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit.
The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep.

Returning home from the Poconos.
While the building has a few years on it, the rooms were nicely updated.
The buffet for breakfast is a great deal, especially with the additional discount for a first-time stay.
Veteran friendly, with casino-run eateries offering 20% off.
Easy on/off from the interstate.

Clean Room, but not Resort Quality
All the handicapped parking spots in front of the hotel were full my entire 3 day stay. The lot across the street was not well lit. I saw no signs of any security personnel . The room was clean, but there was no microwave in the room to heat up food brought for my family member’s special diet. I was offered to use the microwave behind the front desk area, but it smelled terrible inside. The room refrigerator was not cold. The hotel info provided said rooms only cleaned upon request. Didn’t want my room cleaned, but the person came into my room anyway while I was gone. They made the bed & opened the curtains, but didn’t clean. So I was pissed off b/c the staff had no reason to enter my room. Not sure if they were searching my stuff. I complained to front desk and asked for the manager each morning (9/9:30) before I left the hotel, but she was never there. I was told I would get a call from her which I never did. The hotel buffet was not good. Not sure what oil base was used to cook omelettes, but it made my omelette taste weird and it was undercooked. Food didn’t appear fresh. The complimentary hotel coffee each morning was not really hot. After adding my creamer I brought from home in my cooler, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Disappointing. Try to get to the hotel before dusk. The roads to get there are narrow, totally dark and winding.

We had a very nice time and actually did win some money. The rooms were very nice, looks like a new room. The bed comfy. Slept really good. The buffet was well stocked for dinner and delicious. Breakfast was the same many choices. Not Luke your other breakfast at hotel’s.
