There were some food cramps behind the couch. I wish this was just vacuumed before we checked in. Otherwise bed was very comfy and clean.
Rosalyn
i would have liked yoghurt for breakfast, everything else was good
Tracy
Clean and a great option if you are visiting Owego.
Bonnie
Breakfast was very good . All amenities were great . Beautiful river and town .
Chris
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Kimberly
Beautiful view from the breakfast area and fresh coffee all day. We loved it
Kathy
Has a charming view of the River
Monica
Very convenient and well-run. I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed.
Jeffrey
My room smelled like dogs. No other rooms available to move me into.
Calvin
Great Hotel. I was on the first floor and heard the person upstairs walking around a lot. That didn’t keep me awake but was annoying!
It is usually quite here.
Had breakfast with a girls college baseball team. That was a pleasant surprise!
Thank you.

Special shout out to Lynn. I left my laptop behind . She found it & took great care in packing it up & delivering it to a FedEx drop box keeping me informed every step of the way. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! I am beyond grateful!!
Sundari
Clean room. Good breakfast. Very cordial front desk.
Michael
The bathroom door scraps the floor and makes noise waking others in the room.

The room was adequate. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast, even though they knew we were coming with allergies, there were minimal options. With all the Hampton Inn's we have stayed at their breakfast was the worst.

Very nice place to visit. Great staff.
Robert
Great room. Good breakfast fantastic staff
Cheri
Clean room, nice staff, great location. Next time when asked if I’d like a room on floor 2 or 3 I’ll say highest floor cuz whoever was in the room over us was super loud!!
Lisa
Staff friendly room clean
Robert
Place was nice and staff were exceptional...my only complaint was that, I suppose, the building was built with wood and not masonry, I could the person above me walk. The floors creaked. Weird for a hotel for that to happen. I'd stay again but only on the top floor.
Charles
The staff was so friendly and the room is perfect.
Brianna
The rooms are always nice and clean and check in couldn't be easier. We prefer to stay here when we come to Owego.
Chitra
Nice to have only the white portions of eggs in omelet. Too much salt in sausage. Parking lot needs to be maintained ice free.
I liked shampoo, lotion, body wash, and soap in the bathroom.
I liked the separate place to work with laptop. I liked the large mirror outside bathroom.
I liked the side door to get to the parking lot and the car.

Weve stayed here before, level of service and comfort is reliable. Clean room, friendly counter staff, comfortable bed. Wish the pool was a bit warmer, but a good stay
Francine
We didn’t care for the omelette as we were hoping for scrambled eggs.
Michelle
It is a clean place to stay

The coffee services in the room were not stocked. Otherwise it was a good stay.
Jennifer
Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds and a pack and play was avaliable for our baby. The kids enjoyed the pool. My daughter enjoyed the churro waffles. Would be nice to have a non pork option for sausage and non dairy milk. 10/10. We will definitely come back.
Calvin
The Hampton Inn was as good as expected. Quality hotel, room was modern and clean.
Staff was the best.

The young women i checked in was so nice and helpful made everything so easy and quick. The room was very nice and comfortable. My only issue was the room above me was very loud, sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around.
Diana
I have visited this area 3 times and this was by far the nicest of the three hotels I stayed at. The hotel was well kept, CLEAN and staff were very friendly. Staff were nice and helped with any questions we had. I will only stay at this hotel when I return to Owego.
Simona
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the internet and tv were good, and the breakfast was fine. Good value for the price.

Major security concern and outdated
The staff was friendly but the property needs a major overhaul! Even a fresh coat of white paint in the lobby instead of that dark wood! Everything was so outdated we even had a CD player in our room, also not enough outlets to charge our electronics - obviously pre-internet. The housekeeper did our bed but left our used washcloths in the bathtub. But we had a major security concern - our room was so far from the elevator that we had to park around the hotel to access our room by going up a flight. The problem is that both doors to get in were always open and DID NOT need a room key to open them. We got back one night after midnight and the doors were unlocked! That is a major security concern and for that I would never return.
frederick
Pet friendly not people friendly
Room was musty. Tried two rooms. There are no rooms in the hotel that have not had pets in the. No window to open for fesh air
Bladimir
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, beautifully kept, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and overall the atmosphere is very pleasant.
I didn’t give five stars because, although I called ahead to confirm the pool was open, I wasn’t informed that the heating system wasn’t working. It made the water quite cold, and I got the impression that perhaps the heating is turned off when there aren’t many guests. Either way, it was disappointing since the pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
Another small detail is the bathroom towels—they’re very small (around 20 inches). I would recommend bringing your own towels or asking for the larger ones available by the pool.
That being said, it’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel was comfortable! Lexi was very welcoming and sweet!
Diane
Our room was by the side/back entrance. This entrance is not kept up. Garbage on stoop and on ground. Employees and guests go out there to smoke, so it stinks.
Cute old town. Dinner at Irish Pub was good.

Very noisy. I have children on next
Catherine
We were passing thru and had just dropped horses off at a friends and were exhausted from being on the road all day. We got there around 8. The girl who checked us in was amazing. She had us laughing after a long day. She is definitely an asset to this hotel and deserves a raise. She made our stay start out amazing and it stayed that way until we left today. Will definitely stay here again. Please thank the lady (I forget her name but she was the only one I saw). Thank her for the laughs and making an exhausted couple feel welcome.

Decent hotel , not perfect but good

Even though there were problems with the door of our room, the staff worked quickly and found us a different room. They were kind and courteous and went above and beyond!

Beds were excellent. Breakfast food and service was great. Desk clerk was very kind, considerate and helpful.

Worth the extra money if you are staying in Owego. Bed is comfortable, shower is great and breakfast is good. Staff were really great. This is the only place left in Owego that I am willing to stay.

One-night family stay
Laid-back hotel with a pool and an amazing view. Only downside was that it took a long time for the shower to have hot water.
Robert
Helpful and friendly staff at check in. Good bathroom, bedroom. Good breakfast selection of ok quality. Major drawback was locating the entrance and parking upon arrival after dark. No signs were illuminated on the hotel indicating it was a Hampton inn. Had to navigate through a crazy shared parking lot that has poorly marked curbs and other hazards in the middle.
Melissa
Very pleasant staff at check in. Clean, comfortable room. Definitely would stay again.
Gregory
Great stay
Hotel was great! My new favorite hotel in that area
Tammy
Extra clean and comfy , staff was GREAT! Breakfast was perfect!
Michelle
This hotel gives the chain a bad name. Bed was uncomfortable and made noise everytime I moved. And a light building was aim right at my windows. Second time I have had bed experiences here. Will not return.
Shawn
Nice room! Nice staff
Nicole
Overall the hotel was nice, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the indoor pool was going to be closed during our stay since that was the only reason we were staying there rather than driving home and back that night. There was nothing posted on the website, nothing in the email confirmation etc. The room was clean and comfortable.
nelson
Another great stay in Owego
Checkin and out was seamless, staff was wonderful. Pool was great. Room was comfortable, breakfast loojed good but left before we tried it.
Simon
Convenient, safe and clean.
William
Bad bed
Bed was not properly made. Sheets were not fitted properly so that the top sheet did not cover us and the bottom sheet was off the mattress.
Michael
We had a noisy neighbor next to our room. When I asked to be moved to another room at 11:45 pm, they accommodated me no questions asked. I really appreciated that.
Samuel
There were some issues with the heating in our room and the staff were fantastic!
Janette
The bed was so sloppy I thought it had not been changed
The bottom sheet was inside out
The bottom sheet was inside out
Joan
I stayed here for work. It was a great location for ME. I felt like my room was clean but remember it’s not a five star hotel so don’t expect crisp white ironed sheets. The shower did look like they wiped down the wall as opposed to scrubbing it bc you could see the residue on the wall. Also, the shower head looked a tad rusty and the drain in the shower as well looked really rusty (Room 203) . Not appealing to the eye, I did feel like I should have cleaned the shower myself but it’s probably just preference. I would stay here again it wasn’t terrible at all. I felt the staff was friendly so no issues really.
Peter
Always Convenient
Nice location hotel is in good condition very easy accomodation resource
Jocelyn
Check in and check out were easy, breakfast and fitness room were good. Hotel was clean and quiet and located close to the highway
KAVIR
Convenient location off highway, friendly staff, comfortable bed, grocery store across the street. Other dining options besides fast food requires going into downtown Owego, which a quaint small town dating back to the later 1700s.
chris
Book a room here with a river view- the parking lot view was bright & noisy. Next time I know better.
Christopher
I needed an overnight stop on my trip across NY state and the Hampton Inn was perfect stop. It was convenient to my route. The hotel is neat and clean and the view of the river was awesome! Breakfast was good as well! I recommend this Hampton Inn for travelers!

Clean pool. Clean breakfast area. Lots of great choices for breakfast.

For just a few bucks more, it's a much better choice than the tired BW next door.
The included breakfast was one of the best that I have had in a long time.
The staff was very sweet and handled some \"odd\" guests with grace.

Nice place to stay!
We had a good experience. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Paul
The view of the river was nice for the welcoming area and seating for breakfast. However the parking lots around the hotel need a lot of repair and not the easiest way to access the hotel from roadway.
Rudy
The Hampton Inn was clean, friendly and the rooms wete great.
james
Room was clean and quiet. The staff was awesome
Allen
The room was very neat and clean, and the bathroom very nice too. Most pleasant was how simple, quiet, and responsive the AC/Heater unit was. When we turned the thermostat up, we heard it change from AC to heat right away. The window had a daytime shade and a nighttime shade. The view of the river was serene. Breakfast buffet was great! The snack room had a large variety of items and drinks.
Michelle
Amazing View
A great view of the River, the room was huge. I didn’t stay long, just a few hours. I would love to come back and spend some time. The scent they use is too strong and messed with my sinuses. The fog walking area receptacle was over flowing.
