Nice hotel, great staff.
MICHELLE
Great staff. Very clean rooms and coffee 24/7. Room was quite big. Pool nice not big but perfect for splashing around! Will stay again.

Room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable the only thing I would change are the pillows. They were so soft I had to use 3 just to be comfortable. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed a room.
Jenny
The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got into our room, there were knots smeared on the wall. And there was a long hair on the bed. We checked out the pool, it was the smallest pool I’ve ever seen in my life, and it smelled funny. It wasn’t a chlorine or bromine smell. I can’t really identify it, but the smell stayed with us for way too long. The bed and pillows were fine. The breakfast was really minimal. The only thing I could eat was a hard boiled egg due to gluten and sugar allergies. There were no meats or waffles or pancakes there. Pour my husband.
Robert
This place was clean, continental breakfast was fresh, close to plenty of stores and only 8 minutes from SUNY Binghamton.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Mary
No hot food at breakfast, small selection of non hot food. I asked for our room to be made up, twice and it never was. Ice machine broken, no towels in pool area.
Johnie
The location was not bad. it was off the interstate. Hotel was not well maintain.
Marissa
Overall nice stay, clean and nice.
William
Excellent customer service , front desk lady is the best
MARK
Very nice room, comfortable, roomy. The only thing I really miss was an in room coffee maker!
Justin
It was a short one night stay, so we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy or make use of the hotel and amenities.
Generally, everything was fine.
Clean property, clean room, breakfast offered.
I would recommend they invest in larger carts for carrying luggage.
Overall 4 stars out of 5

Everything was very clean n everyone was polite
Faye
Site booked wrong date and customer refused refund. I will never use expedia for ttravel or stay in a hilton hotel again. Customers service for both companies is a joke!!!
Gabriela
Very nice. Close to many shops
Hema
Absolutely horrible walls, worst thing about the hotel. We could hear everything our room neighbor was doing at 2:30 am. Good room in terms of layout and cleanliness. Pretty bad breakfast, with no potatoes or waffles or hot food. But the worst thing was the walls again, and for that reason I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Tunisia
I booked the room for 2 days. The hotel was clean but my TV didn't work the entire time and both times I asked the front desk to send someone. They never showed up to fix it and when calling downstairs no answer but I did speak to the manager and he took off 100 dollars from my balance. Breakfast was fine but muffins tasted stale. Other than that it was alright.
Yulvin
I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. The front desk offered no assistance, even after I explained that my children were waiting in the car. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially since we had an early morning orientation at Binghamton University the next day. I hope Expedia works with its hotel partners to ensure confirmed reservations are honored so other families don’t have to go through this.
Amy
Overall very noisy - guests, air conditioner, extremely loud garbage pickup from the outside dumpsters at 5am

Hotel is very clean and nice looking inside and out. Room was very roomy and laid out nice. Beds were soft with nice sheets and blankets. 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. 2 wireless charging pads for phones and plenty of usb plug ins and regular outlets to charge devices. Rooms a quiet with plenty of places to eat near by. Cons would be refrigerator in room is smallest I have seen in a hotel room. No coffee maker in the room and toilets really low to ground with horrible seats. Pool isn’t very big at all and parking can be very limited on a busy day. Breakfast is only hard boiled eggs, 3 cold cereals, bagels, plain yogurt, muffins, and instant oatmeal. Drinks coffee, apple and orange juice. One elevator for 4 levels and all the guest. No body wash in shower just bar soap.

We arrived for a 2 night stay for a dance competition. The first room we got had not been cleaned well and we found ants around the bed seems and floor. The receptionist was nice and moved us to a second room. The second room the door had to be busted open because it had been freshly painted and it wouldn't open when we entered the furnace/ ac unit was in pieces. I called the front desk and she offered to move us again but we agreed we would just stay in the room. The a/c unit definitely had some issues and rattled all night. We booked this hotel for the pool however the pool is very small! We weren't able to use it because it was so full of people when we went to it. The breakfast was the basics of bagels, pitchers of juice, cereal and muffins. Overall the facility appeared clean in main areas.

Visited my child at college, tried out a new hotel, the hotel has a fresh coat of paint but felt old. We checked in and front desk clerk didn’t even look at us in our face. The elevator had a nasty smell. Maybe there were some rough spots but overall a 3.5 -4 out of 5

Two day stay; visiting the town and meeting friends who live about a hour and half north. Very clean; has been recently redone from what I can tell; but not 100% finished yet. The rooms were spacious, had a mini fridge but no microwave, the bathroom was clean, shower was excellent, but the television was not operational. There was only one person on to cover the overnight shift, so it was not addressed, but we contacted the desk again on the morning and they replaced it.
The pool was small but did the job, and the fitness center was well appointed. All in all I would stay here again; was centrally located to many good restaurants, rumbleponies stadium, the college and Walmart. We went to the Cider-mill theater for a nice show; and tried some local restaurants Lazy Dog Cafe for dinner, the Relief Pitcher was was fabulous-great family friendly pub, and hit the Take a break diner for breakfast. We also attended the daffodil festival in Candor, and found great antiquing at Bostwicks in Owego. Lots to do in these adorable little towns upstate. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice and was clean. It would be nice to not walk into a frigid room! They had the a/c cranking and it was only in the low 60s outside! Waste of energy! They maybe could spend that energy on providing hot water in the bathroom. At night, the best i could get was lukewarm water. In the morning it was better and was hot enough for a shower finally. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. This is extremely inconvenient! I do not want to have to travel all the way to the lobby for a cup of coffee! Also, no way to warm anything if needed. The "breakfast" was a joke. Limited amount of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, 1 type of yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins. Thats it. I do not classify that as a breakfast in the least. Lastly, staff was pleasant but it would be nice if they were at least a little familiar with the area. They couldn't provide an answer to a very basic question! Overall, i will not stay here again. For the price there are hotels with nicer amenities.
