The room was pretty beat up in terms of fixtures paint and musty smell. But the linens and towels and bathroom are clean so OK place to crash for a night.
Deepak
My experience was great!
Erika
Sink was clogged in room, ice machine on floor was broken. Wi-Fi spotty, breakfast was poor.
Robert
This was a well staffed and friendly hotel with all the utilities working but the worn, stained and poorly maintained room prevents me from recommending it.
Olivia
We checked into this hotel after our other hotel burned down and the stay has been absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff is extremely polite and Helpful, especially Danielle and her mother (momma K). Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean! The pool has been a God sent for the kids and breakfast downstairs every morning has been more helpful than I could describe. Thank you guys so much for all the help and patience you've shown my little family in the hardest time of our lives.
Klaudia
Room was comfortable but not 100% clean. I could see cobwebs on the ceiling and bits of something on the floor that weren’t vacuumed. (Maybe bits of fried chicken?). Needs a deep clean.
The pros were: nice breakfast, good location, quiet.

Nicole
This hotel was very dirty and not well maintained at all. Stay elsewhere!
Linnea
The good quality I expect from a Comfort Inn. The bed is very comfortable, including top notch pillows (which matters to us). The rooms and facility were clean. The breakfast is good with a variety of options better than just cereal and a Danish. The staff was very helpful in locating local eateries and services. The pool is outdoor. The location is off the interstate but quiet. A 4+ hotel.
Amber
The room seemed updated. However there were no outside seating other than by the pool.
Kenneth
It served its basic purpose, but during my 2-day stay: one of the two elevators was out of use for about 12 hours, only two of four toaster openings worked, one of four juice dispensers was out of order, and the free wifi required signing-in every few hours. The towels were also on the ratty side. It was not terrible, but I don’t intend to return.
Janice
The staff was mediocre at best. Asked for two extra towels, rhey only had one! The breakfast was lousy. The coffee tasted like paste. I have stayed a few Comfort Inns and this one is rhe worst. Only ice machine is near the lobby.
Kristen
Room was clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good with variety. Pool is small but very clean.
Second stay here for about of town baseball tournaments. Would recommend.

Staff was not overly friendly. This is one of the only hotels that doesn't do an early check-in. We tried checking in at 230 and the manager said she wasn't checking anyone in until 3 PM. She was a bit on the rude side, but I do think that she was having a bad day so I will cut her some slack. The property inside is definitely outdated. The room was okay, but could definitely use a refresh. The table in between the 2 beds was broken. The drawer was being held shut by duct tape, and the bathtub needs updating. I would not take a shower in that shower. Beware, if you stay in room 126. The highlight of this hotel was that it was in a good area, surrounded by lots of places to eat and shop. I do think that we paid a little bit more than what the hotel was worth. We paid $200 for 1 night. I expected a little bit more.
Allison

The staff was absolutely horrible or completely amazing!! The girls in evening were great absolutely amazing the ones in morning were complete evil!! I asked for a tray to bring breakfast to my sick aunt and my daughter and she told me they couldn't give me one bc I couldn't bring people food up there like that it was against policy and was really snobby about it like I was trying to steal their food. Acted. Really uppity and snobby. But evening staff was great helpful very nice and friendly. And I booked with a travel app and paid in full on the app and got to the hotel and was told I could not check in until I paid a 175 security deposit which was no where did it say we would have to do that on the app it said I was paying in full. The hotel told me that if I didn't check in the hotel I would only get half my money back and wouldn't be for 7 to 14 days and they could refuse me from checking in bc I was late for check in. Also they were very stingy with towels when we asked for clean towels they told us we were only allowed the issued towels and we were there a few days and there was 3 of us and. 2 large towels 3 hand towels 2 wash cloths.
The ice machines were all broke and there was only 1 downstairs in lobby and they also acted rudely about it when we asked for an extra ice bucket to put our ice cream in to keep cold bc fridge was not working

Just a place to sleep to break up road trip. Place was clean and convenient. Front desk was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The Staff is Amazing

Do not make the same mistake as we did and book this property based on the positive reviews. It is very dated and not clean. The lobby was being used as a bar by a group of men drinking alcohol when we checked in. We did not feel safe and stayed elsewhere. Despite addressing our experience and concerns with this hotel and with Expedia, a refund was denied. Very disappointing, lesson learned
Natalia
Liked to stay there
Adam
Nice clean rooms. Staff was super friendly. April who checked us in early was very personable. Ample parking. Continental breakfast was great!

I’m handicapped, but not wheelchair bound. I understand a handicapped room has to be a linoleum floor for wheelchairs, but I’m not fond of that feature. Everything was extremely clean. No mattress covers on the mattresses which I prefer a mattress cover.
Breakfast staff very friendly. We had to come in very late due to some delays in leaving home, and only spent one night, but the night desk clerk was extremely gracious.

The room was not clean. Comforter on one bed was dirty. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. The mirrored closet doors were broken and one was crooked. The tracks were full of black/brown dirt. The bathroom was not clean. There was something green stuck to the wall above the toilet. There was black/brown mold on the floor at each end of the shower (between tub and tile floor). The shower curtain on the inside had brown splatters of something on it. The ceiling above the shower had black spots on it with what appeared to be a pubic hair in the middle of it all. Free breakfast was included. I was so disgusted, I was not about to eat breakfast there. This is not the usual place I stay but was the only hotel that had a room for the date needed. If this is the only place left on any of my other trips, no thanks. I’ll sleep in my car. Disgusting! Needs a serious remodel and maybe a whole new cleaning staff.
Shawntel
There was stains on the floor and the blankets on the bed.
Timothy

Mary Lou
The heater in that room could not be controlled. I finally had to unplug it. Needless to say I did not get any sleep.

The Hotel was a great value. The breakfast had hot and cold options (eggs & bacon as well yogurt etc) which was adequate though the coffee is not great.
The room was exceptionally clean and in good condition. Not new but well kept. Good beds and the climate control/heat kept the room comfortable.
The elevators are old but the lobby is very nice and new. I'd go to that location again at the price I got.

Tub was very bad. I would step in it without shower shoes, the lounge chair was severely worn and badly stained, the floor towel and bath towel absolutely needs to be replaced, pillows very worn, wifi didn’t work for game system. However, young lady that checked me in was amazing..
shmuel
Very convenient and good price.
Nicole
The only thing I didn't like was that they did not offer free water bottles. The only filter water available was in water bottles that were $3 cash only or a filtered water machine that was only available in the conference room. This is the only hotel I have stayed at that does not give out free water bottles.
Dawn
The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. All of the staff that I had contact with was very friendly. Convenient on and off the highway and to the places I needed to go. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

This location was fun, right from our late check-in. Friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable and the a/c worked amazingly. The shower had great water pressure; those with long hair will appreciate knowing this.
Breakfast was a well organized variety of hot, cold and fresh items. We had Activia yogurt, apples, bacon, cheese omelettes on a toasted bagel to start our day. The fresh apple juice and hot coffee were perfect.
Great bunch of hard working staff. The fitness room was clean and designed well.

Rooms are dirty and bathroom was rusty and desperately needs updated. Ceiling peeling and towels and curtains stained. Elevator broken and beds were making everyone itchy. You should be ashamed to rent those rooms in the condition they are in.
Kenneth
Parking good. Breakfast poor coffee terrible, limited selection, juice watered down. TV would not connect even though click tried on three occasions to get it to work / would
not connect to internet.
not connect to internet.
Cassagnol
Not much to be said but poor quality
Simone
Basic hotel. Beds very small (double) and soft. Breakfast was good.
Janice
Front desk clerk was very kind and checked us in quickly.
Laurel
Clean and quiet
Karen
Run down hotel and not kept. One elevator not working, only 1 ice machine available throughout, room and linens not clean, peeling ceiling and walls. Staff is ok, though we checked-in after 3pm and they were not sure there are clean rooms available (?), breakfast was fine. Spend only 1 night while traveling, but definitely will not be back…
Judy
Danielle at the front desk was amazing! The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Sara
easy to access from the highway, safe area, parking is good, staff is very pleasant. I would recommend some form of eggs that do not have cheese for people who can't have dairy as part of the continental breakfast. Also A hook in the bathroom for towels or hanging clothes would make a great difference
John
We needed to check in early because we had a wedding to attend at 3. The girl in the office was super nice and made sure our room was ready early. Much appreciated
Sarah
Honestly it was very weird. I got there they said my reservation was cancelled meanwhile no one had called me, then she said it wasn’t cancelled and asked me why I was parked in handicapped meanwhile I have a handicapped pass. It was also dirty and the shower curtains were moldy.
George A
Everything was good.
Brad
The property was clean and well cared for. The two ladies that I interacted with were polite and pleasant to speak with. Breakfast was very good and included sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, along with other staple items. I would definitely stay here again.
Bruce
Property ok. Not enough room service. Prices ok.
Lorna
Property has been updated since our last visit. Comfortable beds. Courteous staff.
Jennifer
The bed was rock hard, no good. For the price you expect just a little better
Susan
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful
Mary
Convenient, clean, friendly and good breakfast!
We were on Binghamton for the Luma Arts projection festival.
The Comfort Inn was convenient to the highway and downtown. The breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal…
Staff: The man who oversaw the breakfast was very attentive. Both woman who were at the front desk for check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful.
The rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and room smelled fresh and clean unlike many hotel rooms.

Beds are comfortable and clean bedsheets. The facilities like bath tubs can be improved. Its eco friendly and clean. Perfect for stay on the road.

The hotel was close to I-81, and room was very comfortable.
What I did find that was poor were the narrow, small elevators. I could hardly get the cart into the elevator. The door would also close very quickly not allowing much time for people to safely get on or get off.

We stayed at a motel 6 the night before. By contrast- theirs was hell and yours was heaven. We were taking my daughter from Illinois to Massachusetts and driving a terrible amount of hours. Your hotel was clean and nice and so peaceful. The breakfast was great too. Thank you for saving us with the sleep we all needed.
Ronald
Property is tired and the owners are doing nothing to improve it. For $170 a night I was not happy. We got in late and by the time I unpacked and got into bed I found out that the AC was not working . Instead of asking to change rooms I just toughed it out but frankly if you own a hotel you should know the rooms air conditioners work or not.
