Always a nice stay. Room well appointed and clean. Staff always helpful. Great location. EZ access to Binghamton amenities. Chargers out back
Kathryn
I just stopped for the night while traveling. Everything was nice and the staff was efficient and friendly but my room smelled of dampness similar to wet dog I did not complain as I was tired and needed the sleep. Perhaps it was because I was on the ground floor. Otherwise my stay was nice and the bed was very comfortable
Karen
Under renovation

The front desk staff (day and night) made a real effort to be kind and helpful, very good service. The room was nice and what you expect from Marriott. The hallways and carpet are a bit aged, but a small issue - overall, one of the best hotel options in the region.
Hannah
There was a good selection of food at the breakfast
Alexis
It was a pleasant stay except that the hallways and the bathroom smelled like mildew.
Richard
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Decent price. Highly recommended.

Check in staff person could’ve been friendlier, it seemed she didn’t want to be there n it showed.
Room was clean n beds were comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, because it was overpriced due to graduation wknd.

Clean room great staff great breakfast
Mark
The king bed suite with sofa was very comfortable. A very large cridenza. The bathroom was cramped and shower water was only luke warm on Sat and Sun. Monday was fine. Staff was very friendly and would say hi every day.
Thomas
So thankful for the many EV chargers on site! Charge while sleeping was a big time-saver the next day. I understand the desire to have soft water, but it’s tough to feel like you got the soap washed off your hair and skin. Our shower drain was clogged so it was not only a bit disgusting to stand in soap scum while showering, but we were within a quarter of an inch from flooding out the entire bathroom. The person who checked us in wasn’t pleasant at all, not one smile or welcoming word. They also knocked on our door and called us on the phone 15 minutes before checkout.
Bobby
Breakfast was nothing special put over all a great place to stay
Melissa
It was a very pleasant stay, the property was very clean. Property was also Maintained very well outside and in. And the staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful,
mandeep
Room was dirty especially the shower . Curtain had mildew and mold
Andrew
Excellent room. Great staff. Close to everything. See you again soon
Ulrike
Clean room, nice staff, good pool, nice breakfast
LAURA
My nephews loved to play in the pool. The breakfast staff was nice and helpful as one nephew accidentally set off the smoke detector/fire alarm by burning his toast, causing all to exit and wait for the fire chief. The breakfast staff & front desk personnel handled the unexpected disruption very well.
vincent
Had no TV service on Easter Sunday. Also had to evacuate the entire hotel due to someone burning toast in the breakfast area. This just added a bit more excitment to our stay and we were not charged for the 25 minute fire drill.
Stacie
The staff was just top notch! They were super friendly and helpful whenever we saw them. Room was clean and spacious. The pool was well kept and warm. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Highly recommended!!!
Jacynthe
Pas de personnel au petit déjeuner pour laver les aire de services et les tables ni pour entretenir ! Grille pain brisé ! Un des pire endroit pour déjeuner . Ne vaut pas le prix !
Kenneth
Great thanks
Sam
Great stay
Michele
Clean and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of parking, and very close to a couple walkable restaurants (Applebee and Cracker Barrel). Good variety at hot breakfast. Would definitely return.
Mark
Great room, well equipped, clean and ready for our stay.
Erik
Check in was friendly and fast. Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfy. The heat worked great. Bathroom was spotless and modern with plenty of hot water. Free coffee was tasty. My room faced the highway so I expected some road noise but it was non existent. Overall a great stay at a reasonable price. I grew up in the area so I go back every once in a while for the local food and I just found my new home away from home.
DONNA
It wasn’t turned on but seemed ok. One person was working out and on the tread mills

The shower was luke warm and didnt drain the way it was suppoed to. We found beer bottle caps on the floor from the previous people. My kids found a rusted screw in the pool. Other than that, the staff were great.
Adrianne
Great place to stay
Michael
The check in was a rude experience!
Linda
This hotel is so clean. With that said, the smell of cholorine is present and at times really strong. The staff was helpful in offering gluten free baked goods for me,
BENYAMIN
The room was clean and front desk staff was accommodating and helpful.
Kat
The breakfast was not great we had a lot of hungry kids
Josee
Clean room. Courteous staff
Sarah
Breakfast was great!
The curtains were too small for the window leaving continuous light coming through all night. I believe the shower doors were put on backwards, and the showerhead was unmovable.

Overall it’s a solid hotel for a place to sleep. It’s comfortable and no negatives. The big plus was Tom at the front. Whatever they are paying him, it’s not enough. He should be at a high end hotel.

Parking was great but we haven't had a breakfast here yet

My room was very clean, the bed was very firm but the bathroom door opens about a quarter of an inch from the toilet .Overall, it was a great visit.

Good Hotel to stay in when traveling.
The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you'd need. While I only stayed one night, had I stayed longer it would have been difficult to reuse my towels since there were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang them. Breakfast was OK. The employees were the real bright spot. Very helpful and friendly. I'd stay again.
David
The stay was fine, but very expensive for what it was. Also the bed was not fully made up in the first room we were given and the plug in the bath did not work in the room we were moved to.
Sharon
Thought room could have been cleaner. Huge spider in the room. A little noisy with outside traffic and doors closing.
Tracylynn
I would definitely stay here again.
Lisa
Highly recommend this place .

The drain in the tub wasn’t working well when we first use the shower. It was late at night but as soon as I informed the lady at the reception she change our room and made sure everything else was in good working order. All staff in the morning are nice. Breakfast is also good. I read that part of amenities is a roof top garden but when I asked there is none. Otherwise, it was still a relaxing stay for us after a long drive.

Great location.
Andrea
Everything was fine except when I went to go to bed in the evening I notice there were 4 spiders in the corner of the room on the ceiling.

The guest internet wouldn’t connect. The tv channel s were difficult to access. Once I finally began to watch a program, it would disappear. Then I would start the process over and be able to watch for maybe 55 minutes. There were 2 shampoos and a conditioner in the shower. Breakfast had instant oatmeal. We have stayed at this property a few times and had no problems. This time a 2 star experience. The staff said our comments would be passed on. And that our bill would be adjusted but nothing was done.

not really good compare with same priced hotels

Very clean, comfortable room

Good hotel...for area.
Considering there are limited hotel options in the area this is probably the best one. That said, the biggest issues are that, at least for the room we were in, there are bright lights outside that the undersized blackout curtains could not block out, meaning we were trying to sleep in a half lit room. The bed itself was average. The bathroom was quite nice and the water pressure is very good. Very clean hotel and relatively quiet considering there were a number of teenagers staying in the hotel.

Friendly greeting by Donna when checking in
Ken
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is far and away the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever come across. Donna, the manager while we were there was so friendly and flexible with our request for a later checkout time. She greeted us with warmth and a desire to make sure we were happy. She was more like a bed and breakfast host than a hotel manager. Tina, the kitchen manager, was so friendly and helpful, even taking me to the commissary to check the ingredients for food allergies. She was so eager to help and make sure we were happy. Our stay at the hotel was a very positive experience and I will return every time I am in town.

Light all night long
Stayed for work, The morning food service was pretty blah. but yet again its free and cant expect much.
Room I had had the outside building light shining so every hr i woke up I thought it was day light out. The curtains doesnt block out the light. Little sleep.

Just wish the pool had been open/filled. Facility and room were great otherwise

Everything perfect but there was no one for the breakfast service. Most plates were empty. The girl at the reception in the morning was terrible.
Doreen
Check in was smooth. Parking accessible. Choice of floor for room.

I booked the hotel for the indoor pool but it was under repair. Every time i have stayed at a Fairfield specifically because they advertised they have a pool it was never available to use. Also the gym had a water dispenser but it wasn't working either. The road noise not muffled well, given it was a 4 lane road that fronted the property. But it was clean and the staff was nice and friendly

Decent little getaway
We stayed here for a little weekend getaway to take our kids swimming during the cold of winter. The hotel was cute, the breakfast was good. The pool needed the heat turned up in the room (the air was COLD) but we still managed to swim for well over an hour. The heater in our room seemed to be broken so we were sweating most of the night (it was in the high 80s) until I found a way to turn it off.
