Stephanie
Great Stay as always!!!
Daniel
Bathroom needed attention.Peeling wall covering, messy grout sealing. Small room, but pleasant.
Robert
Nice overnight stay
Melissa
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Ilene
Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Problem was, no bath soap in pump bottle, which is placed very high for an older 5 ft woman. So, already wet, I washed with shampoo.
David
Unique tree view outside our room window.
Benjamin
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice having the coffee and breakfast included in the stay . I was able to go get some coffee when I woke up and that was the best .
Theodore
Everything was fine very nice place.
Shafi
I drove 4 hours to Vestal at 1:20AM and was greeted by Evan, who showcased very poor behavior and attitude. He cancelled my reservation after getting frustrated when he was unable to explain hidden fees and proceeded to tell me I have no common sense before telling me to “get out of my establishment”. Working in a hospitality industry, this was far from hospitable and professional. Would not choose to book here again, would not recommend anyone spend their money here unless you like being treated poorly.
Donna
The hotel itself was fine but there is no sidewalks in the VERY busy area and accessing any local restaurants was extremely unsafe. The area had many closed restaurants with very poor choices considering the number of hotels clustered in the area.
Daniel
Room was clean. Bathroom shower leaked onto floor. Water temp and pressure was good. Tv was good. Room was quiet. Elevators a little dirty but efficient. 6am coffee was leftover, but 7am was fresh. Overall a comfortable stay and would go back.
Chad
This hotel was clean. The included breakfast was appreciated. No pool or laundry services on site.
Ian
The bed was exceptionally comfortable and staff was super nice.
Peter
I have stayed here multiple times. Always a friendly staff, clean rooms and easy checkin/out. ,
Daniel
The property was very noisy as linen room door was constantly being slammed at all hours of the night. No place to store your clothes and lighting was horrible in the room. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Sink was very making it somewhat a shore to wash your face.
catherine
It's clean and conveniently closed to Binghamton University. Dog friendly. Staff very helpful.
Hemlata
Friendly staff , clean hotel
Anthony
First time staying at a Tru & we will be back. Quick check in; free coffee & tea all day. Room was small, but clean & everything you expect in a room. Don’t look for a dresser or an extra chair to sit in aside from the desk chair. Breakfast was adequate, had a meat, eggs, an automatic pancake maker (conveyor belt) & various bread products.
Breakfast area transitions into a common area with board games & a pool table which was quite interesting. 24 hour fitness but no pool, but that actually helped the property be quieter & cleaner. Elevators were very very fast. Parking was plentiful & there were 4-6 EV chargers for those who need them.

Everything was good rooms small but efficient. Staff was great . Only downside for us was no pool and no tub.
Michael
Nice people, very helpful. Good overall experience.

Not really much the right. Average hotel. Taken care of which is always nice. Girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at lately.
Ian
Great staff. Very helpful
Gregory
The room was clean. The staff was very friendly parking area was very well maintained. Breakfast is just what we need to start the day on our way home.
Kelly
This property is well maintained, super clean, and conveniently located to SUNY Binghamton. Room was quiet and contained all of the basics. The Free Breakfast was what you would expect and on par for this level of accommodation. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Don
Excellent staff, very considerate and accommodating. Staff had to deal with a chaotic sold out day due to events in the area. They handled it wonderfully.
Very good breakfast, a lot of selections. Room was clean and quiet.

Not a fan of the hotel set up. Room was small, no closet, bed was uncomfortable. Kept running out of creamer, supplies for breakfast. It wasn't horrible but I would choose a different hotel next time.

Breakfast was the same style as other hotels but not as good - no muffins, pancake maker ran out of batter, yogurt was from a machine and not individual cups. Marginally subpar. But the rest of the hotel was excellent - clean, great staff, modern, great location (so long as where you are going is a right turn out of the parking lot lol).

I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, so I was quite shocked by my experience. The only positive part of my stay was the staff. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The shower had hair in it, the sheets were extremely thin and poor quality, and the room overall felt very unclean. It also led to one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had.

Nice facility .. clean room BUT the tv did not work .. went to the front desk and was told to just unplug/plug back in.. that did not work ..
no tv was a huge disappointed in my stay

I felt this was a nicer hotel and it showed in the rate for the night, however the bathroom was not prepped and had only 1 bath towel. I didnt have time to call and wait. had to shower and leave for work

Miserable experience. There was mold all over my shower, and I arrived to no towels in my room. At 10:30 at night, the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. It was cold and snowing and no one knew what to do and there was zero communication about what was happening. Eventually, I saw people go back inside so I followed. No one knew what happened but expressed that the same thing happened the day before with no explanation. Sleeping became impossible and you can hear every single noise, especially other people’s doors and TVs at all hours of the night. Awful experience.

First time at a Tru. Friendly staff, nice modern and clean rooms. Big parking lot.

The staff was terrific. They really extended themselves for us. The main problem was that the rooms were terribly dark and some of the much needed lightbulbs did not work and they had to order replacements (specialty bulbs). You could not really read in the room. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. If you like a nice, bright hotel room, this is probably not the place for you.
Sandra
The shower could have been cleaner. Staff was nice. Did not like that cash could not be used to purchase snacks. card only.

Staff very courteous and clean room. Most importantly, my cat was safe.
Veronica
The room was ok. The phone wasn’t connected to anything so you couldn’t even make a call to the front desk for extra towels or whatever you may have needed. Otherwise the room was decent. The stay overall was nice. It was quiet and comfortable.
Jeffrey
Room was nice and clean ...plenty of room !!
Renee
Room was clean. Nice breakfast.
Patricia
Decent but I have never seen so many pubes in a bathroom shower I had to crawl in and clean it out before I could shower. Also I only had one body towel

When I check in I find out the water will be maintained at night so no water from 10pm to 8am. No shower and no flushing bathroom. The 2nd day morning fire drill. No announcements just alerts sound. This is very bad experience

Enjoyed my stay.

2 days in a row, no oatmeal in the dispenser. Pancake machine batter bag empty. Instead of putting in a full bag, hotel employee just pressed a button to clear the empty message leaving everyone shortchanged on breakfast.
Uri
Nothing special, all expected for this type of hotel. Very decent.

The room was decent but we were disappointed that there was not a microwave OR coffee maker in the room. We left before breakfast was served, so we couldn't take advantage of that.
James
Very Nice hotel
David
Everything was perfect.

Easy check in and room was very clean and comfortable.

Nice simple hotel. Free coffee 24/7, tiny fitness room (but at least they have one!). It’s on a highway but was very quiet.
Cindi

The staff were wonderful. This is my 3rd stay in 3 yrs. Just a few glitches…. When we got in the room we realized there was 7 face cloths but no bath mat and only 1 towel. Then we realized there was no toilet paper. The staff was very quick to fix these oversights. Also, housecleaning is every other day, not every day. The thing that made me most nervous was the door was off kilter and it did not open and close without a lot of effort. I do like staying here but this time it was not up to par.
Kai
Clean rooms. Nice staff. Pool table. Gym. Parking. All good.

At check in, the female at the desk knew my name. She was NOT wearing a name tag nor did she introduce herself. She did not offer a Welcome bag. I went to bed early, being tired from traveling. Soon after an alarm was screaming through out the hotel. Absolutely no explanation nor advice. My husband went to the desk for information. He came back & told me it was a real fire on our floor & we had to evacuate. I wrapped the comforter around myself & exited the building. Upon reentering, I asked the same person at the desk for a replacement comforter. I understood she had reports to write & was busy. She said she would sent one up. I later saw her on our floor. Again I asked for a comforter. Never arrived. She later called our room to say there we NO clean comforters to give us? NO clean comforters? Hard to believe when there were few cars in the parking lot, yet she told my husband the hotel was sold out. I was uncomfortable & wasn't able to sleep.I also mentioned that the soap tube by the sink in the bathroom was empty & off the wall. She said she'd send someone up to fix it. That never happened. We were booked for two nights. The next morning when Persephone was on duty, I mentioned my displeasure with the poor (no) service we received the night before. She IMMEDIATELY went to closet & gave me a clean comforter and the bag with two bottles of water we were NOT given at check in. Persephone was everything the person the night before wasn’t. We have always been very happy with ..

I felt like I was staying at a modern youth hostel. No amenities for grown ups like coffee maker in room, water glasses/cups, microwave etc. If I wanted to have to get up, get dressed, take an elevator and walk down a hallway at 4:30am when I get up for work I would have stayed somewhere else
Patricia
Room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Parking was easy.
Bonnie
I have learned to book a room with two beds and as far away from Vestal Parkway as possible. That made my stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious and quiet. Typical hotel breakfast eggs and sausages, but there is yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and hard boiled eggs, which I appreciated.

Lively little hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful.Which I appreciated since I had my kid with me. Very college atmosphere, since SUNY Binghamton is right up the road.
However , this karen next door to our room kept coming over and telling me she could hear me and my son, i thought She was weird so I just closed the door in her face..

Staff was excellent. Corrected my reservation error for me. Mac at front desk helped find a luggage cart and even helped load it. Morning breakfast and staff were excellent. Kudos to everyone
David
Lovely welcome - popcorn and water. Nice free pool table. handy for quickly getting to places.
Vincent
Hotel was clean and new. The staff was great. It seemed like they actually cared and weren’t miserable with their jobs, like they actually wanted to be there and not somewhere else.
Valeria
It’s not a bad hotel per se, was fully booked to accommodate multiple sports teams for the night I was there. The staff did try hard, no issues as far as service and cleanliness are concerned. However, no extra blanket provided as well as no clean glasses for the room and lobby ran out of glasses and coffee a few times… it’s not True by Hilton but rather Truly Not Hilton.

Very nice place . Did not like the fact there was no blankets only sheets and double up shames as blankets. Mattress was hard and the pillows that were provided were flat and not comfortable had to purchase blankets and pillows at TJ max down the road also no microwave so anything we ate at surrounding restaurants we could not bring leftovers back
James

Not overly fancy but clean, welcoming, family friendly (games, tvs, pool in lobby), great breakfast and amazing staff!!! Plus a little shop in the lobby.
