It's okay for a quick night stay. The rooms are in need of updating - door handles busted, peepholes hanging open, paint peeling, musty odors. The beds are very, very firm - almost painful unless you only sleep on your back. The cement around the pool area was normally dirty with cigarette butts. The breakfast spread was okay. Could have had a bit more and the coffee maker did not work that well.

The restaurant is great - thank goodness.

First room assigned at check-in was not even cleaned. Garbage on dressers and desks. Beds were stripped and sheets were lying in piles on the chairs next to beds. Visible stains could be seen on the mattress protectors. I was moved to another room where it was not any better. The front desk attendant was heard using very strong profanity in front of my child. Unacceptable. Second room was complete filth. Holes could be seen from under the door that led to outside, flip flops had to be worn in shower due to filthy bath mat, traps under sink in bathroom is noticeable due to bug infestation. Stained white wash cloths and towels are provided, pincher bug was found inside bed. The smell of cigarettes and illegal substance can be smelled in rooms, even though a non smoking room was requested. Also smelt from in the hallways. Staff is very ignorant and rude, while place is unsafe as gang members and Mexicans stand around burn barrels smoking and party all night listening to loud music. Doors are left propped open with empty hard liquor bottles. Property felt unsafe. Manager will be contacted in the morning.

The property was the nicest place that I have been in over a year....of the 9 places that I have stayed. We had direct room access to the pool, the property was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was fantastic !!! We absolutely loved the food and the many choices. I would recommend this to everyone that needs to stay in the Bradford area. Thank you VERY much for such a WONDERFUL experience after a weekend in the Washington DC area that was 2 hotels and much disappointment.

This hotel was old and disgusting! I was grossed out about everything in the room and the hotel. The carpet was filthy and the room smelled moldy. The bathroom sink was stopped up and so was the tub. I will never return at all.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of variety. Parking was always available. Staff was very nice and friendly. Our room had stuff in the sink which I don't know why the cleaning people didn't catch it and we had our trash can half full of water. We mentioned it to front desk and they got maintenance to come to our room and had it fixed in a few minutes. We would stay again.

The BWP has this weird policy where they claim they dont clean the rooms due to "COVID". Frankly, this is just because they dont want to hire cleaning staff -- ie they are being cheap. For the Plus brand, i dont see how this is a good idea. We had to ask multiple times for basic cleaning of the room, towel replacement, toilet roll replacement, etc. For 7 nights, they never once swept the floor or did a thorough clean of the bathroom. It is not the staff - they said this is BWP POLICY nationally. Ridiculous. Just cheap.

The property appears to have been enhanced within the last several years--carpets, cabinets, lobby, lounge/restaurant. Our particular room had very stained shears on the windows, and the tub could benefit from new caulking as well as ceiling repair. Breakfast was a bit less than the typical included choices for these types of hotels (no fresh fruit, no yogurt).

Actually never made our stay but had to pay. I tried to 'change' the date, not cancel, because we had a last minute issue and we are 7 hrs away. They wouldn't do anything for us. They were rude and said there are other places we could stay in the area. Just wanted others to be aware when they book. Make sure you are 100% SURE before you book. I know it was my fault, but Customer service was not good. They do NOT care about their customers at all.

I stay here every time I visit my daughter at college. I usually give the hotel great ratings; however, this visit was completely different. The card key readers at the outside doors didn’t work, my room door did not lock nor would it close properly. You could push on it and it would not stay closed.

Room was in god condition. Needed a fax machine. I called the 800# before I arrived and specifically asked if the Best Western in Bradford had a fax machine in the Business Office. They said yes however there was none. The attendant at the front desk did not know how to use the fax machine behind the counter. He told e he did not know how to use it and he is only 21! Somewhat frustrating.

Avoid the first floor.

They need cheese for breakfast sandwiches. I love staying in October because they always had a pumpkin waffle option, i was disappointed this year with only the regular waffle option. Another issue was the first floor...aka the dog kennel. We have never had the unpleasant experience of the first floor. Apparently this is where they keep all of the dog people. They bark non stop and you can definitely smell dog. For future stays, we will request the upper floors. The staff is always pleasant, but unfortunately were unable to accommodate a room change due to the hotel being full.

Avoid the first floor!

We have been staying at the Hotel for the past four years. Up until this stay, 10 stars. However this stay was disappointing. Apparently the first floor is literally the "kennel" A plethora of barking dogs and their over indulgent owners. We never experienced the annoying non-stop dog barking as this is the first time we were roomed on the first floor. Never again. Moving forrward, we will always request the upper floors. When I expressed my unhappiness with the yapping dogs, the person at the front desk was rude and offered me a king room. We had a double queen, as we needed 2 separate beds for ourselves and our kids. I understand the hotel was full, however instead of us moving the dog issues should have been addressed with their owners.

The property is well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. The biggest benefit to staying here is the breakfast. I am usually skeptical when hotels provide free breakfasts with rooms but this place is an exception. Fresh eggs (not powdered) and bacon or sausage every morning. Fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, a yogurt machine with toppings, a late and moca machine, coffee, juice. What more could you want? Also, the onsite lounge is a nice area to have a drink.

The property was very nice staff very accommodating. I like the fact I was able to bring my dog. The only disappointing moment was during breakfast. I wanted to just go grab a muffin and a coffee and the woman who’s running the area, that’s just adjacent to where you’re allowed to bring your dogs, said I couldn’t bring her into the area. I wasn’t gonna sit. I just wanted to get a cup of coffee and go back to my room, she was the only unpleasant person I bumped into my whole visit. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay here every time we drop/pickup our college student or visit our college student. The hotel is clean, convenient to the college and they have a fabulous coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos or just regular brew coffee. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice.

This is a nice clean place. Looks recently renovated. 3 star categorization on Expedia is not true, its 2 start at best. The bathroom is small, the building is old but clean and with new amenities

Not a lot happening in this town. It’s very industrial. The zippo museum is very interesting so check that out. Big hotel. Clean but dated. Rugs need to be ripped out. I believe they are short staffed in housekeeping as there were dirty sheets and towels lining the hallway when we got there at 4:00. Not housekeeping’s fault I’m sure they are doing their best. Breakfast was great eggs sausage bagels cereal yogurt waffles. Breakfast attendant right on top of filling things and keeping it clean and he had a wonderful personality. It was a great price but I probably wouldn’t stay again because it’s a bit run down. Good for one night passing through

Lipstick on a pig

Building is old. We used to come here 40 years ago! Room was clean but bathroom is extremely small and outdated. Feels kind of like they put lipstick on a pig - but it was clean and quiet and it was just one night.

Key card issue

The overall experience was good but the key card kept blocking and restricting room entrance every now and then. After hectic work if you walk for 5 minutes to your room and find that the card is not working, it is so irritating to walk again to the reception. This happened 3 times in my stay. They should fix the Key card issue

Clean and comfortable but lacking ADA space.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was efficient. My only complaint is the bathroom. Being in a wheelchair, it did not have much room to move around. Plus the toilet bars, were not ideal for a double amputee. Plus they were very loose.

Great location

We stayed here on a visit to Pitt University. I liked the location of the property to the university. The room were very clean. They have a complimentary breakfast, it is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Bradford. I've stayed at them all. It's nice having an in house restaurant and bar. My kids have enjoyed the pool in past years. Would be nicer if it was indoors for year round use. Nice breakfast buffet and comfortable bed. Great parking. Lots of rooms. Convenient to highway, groceries next door, and near downtown restaurants, etc.

The hotel bathroom was relatively clean. The hotel was nice. They did not keep up with refilling the breakfast food. There were a lot of unhappy guests. We would probably stay there again if ever in the area.

Check in was horrible. Got to the motel and was told that they did not see my reservation. Told me i would have to contact hotels.com. i would have rather been able to tall to someone instead of doing a computer chat. In the end it took nearly an hour to check in.

Bathroom sliding door had broken latch difficult to open.
Need a warning sign for Shower head facing the curtain. We flooded the bathroom because of the direction of the showerhead. Beds comfortable. Need to tell people there is an outside door to the rooom. I walk with a cane and was assigned the 2nd last room. If I knew about the outside door I caouls have saved myself a long walk and drove to my room.

Great helpful and personable staff! Wonderful breakfast too!

Unfortunately, our Bathtub in room 212 did not drain so we were standing in dirty water while showering. Ew!
