The room was great but I paid over 700 dollars for 4 nights and the pool was down the whole time and they even had the fire department there cuz the motor blew up it took Expedia calling them multiple times to try to get early check out and my money back haven't received it yet they said 5 days but had to pay over 300 for a different hotel room
Ken
There were small things,
Small amount of toilet paper on roll and no other rolls in the room .
Gray scum around the edge of the pool above the water line
Large dirt marks on the tile floor at elevators
Had to leave pool area and go to front desk for towels

I never write reviews, however, my experience has compelled me to do so. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford for a week while I traveled for school and I was extremely impressed by the kindness and service. I’ve been to many hotels over the last few years and typically, my room was cleaned every two days (if I was lucky). However, I took notice that my room was cleaned every two days and touched up in-between. I was so grateful to come back to a clean room after a busy and trying day. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. Shoutout to Maddie for always being a ray of sunshine! Parking was easy and plentiful and the area is safe. I highly recommend staying here!
John
Nice stay!
Rachel
Breakfast was great and fresh! cook was very nice and polite! Front desk clerks were awesome!
Karen
The bath tub/shower was VERY slippery. They need some type of floor grip. Lightening in bathroom was light and yellow in color.
Denise
Great clean room and location was also nice
Sarah
The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, the room was awful. The beds were hard, the bottom of the shower was poorly fixed after it cracked and the toilet leaked to the point water completely leaked over the entire bathroom floor. They fixed the leak quickly, but the beds were terrible!
Mary
Great stay!
Yvonne
Quiet and clean.

Stacy
Staff was welcoming and the room was spacious and clean. The coffee was very good.
Michelle
Rooms and property and nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Brent
Overall, a great place! Good staff and breakfast was better than most places. Unfortunately, the bed was just really firm and uncomfortable. Also, the sink would take ages to drain and the body soap wasn't refilled before we checked in. Just little criticisms for an overall great experience!
Dianna
Room was very nice. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The breakfast had a great selection and was good. And the parking was very spaciousand made me feel comfortable with leaving my veichle there.
Daniel
Breakfast was absolutely wonderful enjoyed it all the staff was very friendly and helpful parking was well lite and easily accessible
Hilary
From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel welcome.. People said good morning to us, were helpful with directions to local places, the breakfast offerings were excellent (the coffee was particularly good!)
The room was spotless and I appreciated the DOVE products in the bathroom.
The whole experience was very, very good value for the money and the staff working there really made the stay lovely and personal... Well done!

This is a beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!!! My ONLY suggestion to you all is to maybe consider offering rooms to families with children maybe on the first floor!
A family was placed in a room on the 3rd floor and the children appeared to not have any home training WHATSOEVER!
The parent allowed them to jump off the beds and run all night long! It’s very disturbing to other guest! This went on til 1:00 AM!!!!!
I sent a message to the staff/ manager and nothing was done I don’t believe!
Other than that, my stay was very nice! The hotel and staff had nothing to do with children not having home training and knowing how to act and treat others property with respect!

Property was well kept. Staff was very kind

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The beds on the other hand were very hard and uncomfortable. There were hairs from the previous guest inside the shower on the walls and inside the tub. We attempted to get breakfast, but everything was empty when we got there, they weren’t very efficient on keeping up.For the price of this hotel vs. the others in town, I had higher expectations.

Dalena
Hotel is clean, customer service great, I’m happy to stay here
Hadi
Sometimes, the service and everything are excellent. However, do not be surprised if you enter your room after check-in and find a strong smell and an unclean room. In some rooms, the heater is very noisy. Overall, it is better than others in the town.
Janice
Nice quiet and clean.

Absolutely enjoyed breakfast and the staff. Only disappointment was the pool was not open. We had really wanted to go swimming during our stay.
Vanessa
The breakfast was wonderful ! The receptionist was great ! The place was very clean and nice !
Dennis
There was no breakfast available to us by 9:30am. As we were checking out at 9:30am or so, someone was putting breakfast items out, way past the hours that were advertised. The pool was closed. I explained to the Manager that the breakfast and the indoor pool were the 2 reasons that we chose to stay at this hotel and that we received neither, the Manager bristled and sarcastically apologized. She was not sincere in her apology and seemed irritated that I brought it up. She was rude and not at all interested in whether we were satisfied.

Great people they were caring great staff great breakfast

The room was big and comfortable. Great shower head and quick hot water. Friendly staff and well designed lobby/ breakfast area. Great good for breakfast.
My only complaint was that they didn’t ask before giving us a room in the section that is given to pets. We have no pets and would have preferred a room that never had a pet in it. The cloth stuffed chair had stains and the surface looked not to have been cleaned.

the small couch in my room was soiled with stains and rips. There was dried white paint splattered on the bathroom floor and the back of the door. The reading lamps over the beds did not work.
Ricky
Good breakfast
Tiffany
Room was nicer than anticipated- the breakfast options were awesome. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Thank you so much!!

Would tru else where next time
Stay was okay. We (wife, son and i) were on the 2nd floor. Couldnt even walk across the room floor without getting complaints called on us. Ended up unplugging the phone and didnt have a problem.
Diane
The room was really nice. Our toilet was loose but worked. Breakfast area was to hot. Food was great!
Todd
Clean hotel, not many dining options.
Janice
The room was spacious, comfortable and
incredibly clean, as was the entire property! Samantha at the front desk was very personable and friendly, even coming to our rescue to enter the pool area. The pool was perfection, clean without an overpowering chlorine smell, so relaxing! Breakfast was really good, with a variety of hot items. 💯 would stay here again!

Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed 4 nights. The first morning we were able to enjoy the great breakfast provided. We didn't have the opportunity again until our last morning there. Unfortunately, there was a large group of cyclists that devoured the breakfast and left nothing for the other guests. The hotel staff never replenished anything, even though there was almost 2 hours left of breakfast. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst. I would probably stay again in the future and recommend to others.
Linda
This had easy access off interstate. Was a quiet location.

The bathroom toilet seat is old and rusted on the inside. Water pipe noise from the upper floors can be heard every time someone takes a bath or flushes a toilet
Dennis
For a hotel that is not even 10year old it’s sad to see it the condition that it has become
Mahesh
I liked the fact that breakfast is complimentary with the stay.

Outstanding staff at breakfast
We got in late and left early as it was part of driving from Buffalo, NY to Virginia. The woman who worked in the breakfast area in the morning went above and beyond in terms of service.
Kelly
Great hotel with great rate
The hotel was a perfect fit for our family. We will be staying there frequently over the next couple years. They are going through some renovations, so we are excited to see when they are done. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was a little cold, that’s the only thing that I would say could be changed. The free breakfast was also pretty good. There was something for everyone to eat.
We are looking forward to staying here again next month!

Julie

It was amazing and so relaxing

Your front staff was wonderful, as was your breakfast. I feel overall the cleanliness of our room and the facility could have been better.
Randolph
Everything was excellent as always

Great

My card was charged three times for my stay. I was given no reason as to why just that they were fixing it and that it was just an accident. It was an over $500 charge to some that may seem like not a lot but to others, it is extremely inconvenient to have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund that large when I have other bills to pay. This day was decent when visiting my college town however, the hotel was under construction and half the hallways were unusable. The breakfast was OK, but the potatoes were spicy. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6/10.
Wilbert
It was OK just the heat wasn’t work, right Other than that everything was fine
Crystal
Great stay. Clean, functional, and friendly staff.
Crystal
Very clean. They were in the middle of renovations but this did not generally impact the stay. You could tell that they were still getting some of the rooms fully back in order. However, very clean, functional, and friendly staff.
Steven
Walls paper thin lots of noise from room next to us
Sherry
Staycation
Took a quick break with family to swim and hang out. Staff, facility, breakfast and room were great!! The pool could have been a bit warmer and we were hoping for a hot tub but overall we had a great time!!
Robert
late arrival
Found the door to my room propped open when I got to the room. There was a stain in tub and on the foot stool and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. However, I got there at 10 min. to midnight and my room was still there even though they looked full.
Cynthia
Good experience. Granddaughter loved the pool.
Elizabeth
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was really clean! Hot water could have been hotter but overall a good place to stay.
Michele
Voices were stained with body fluid and what looked like poop. Curtains had stain as well as dirty and ripped lamp shades. Clothes from previous guest still in room.
Carla
The staff were not the issue. The paper thin walls and floors are. We were awaken at 2am by the people above us and it seriously sounded like a hammer being hammered on the floors. Called the front desk and she said she would call them. Just about back to sleep and it happened again. Called the front desk again the girl said she would go up and check. Husband by this time went up to the floor above us and ran into the front desk girl and she came to our room and could hear the loudness. So we got up and left. Again the staff were great just recommend staying on top floor so you are the annoying one and not the one being annoyed.
Michael
Room was dirty. Bathroom had clothing left over from person before us
David
I wish they had a hot tub to go with the pool
Mary
My daughter has a service dog and was told she cannot eat in the same area as us because of her service dog. That was not fair of them to do that to her. It made her feel less of a human and almost like she was the animal. How dare they treat my daughter like that.

Convenient hotel
We appreciated the location, the price, and the hot breakfast. We had fun using the pool, but it was a little too cool. We needed room for 5 in our room, but the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Monica
The water in our room was cold other then that and the pool was freezing it was good the service was amazing at night.
