There were several stains on the bottom sheet of the bed closest to the bathroom. I think the sheets had been laundered but maybe these were stubborn stains. The environment was very noisy. Street noise and neighbors who left their tv on all night made it difficult to maintain sleep.. I tried to use the fan on the AC unit to mask sound but it turned on and off without the ability to keep it on steadily. I thought about leaving the fan in the bathroom all night but my husband said that could burn out the motor. Maybe next time I will leave the radio on static to mask it. Otherwise the room was clean with minimal wear and tear in the furnishings.

This was a very good hotel while stopping off for a night while driving 95. Stop, sleep, shower, eat breakfast then hit the road. The room had great AC. My room was very clean and the front desk made sure I had a parking spot right in front of my hotel door. I arrived at 10pm and left by 7am.

We went to check in and asked when the pool was open. They said the pool was closed for maintenance. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Best Western Point South refused to give a refund, and told us to contact hotels.com: they tried contacting the hotel for a refund who refused again. We had to pay for another hotel. Not happy at all.

I was really off put by the crooked picture behind the lobby desk when I walked in. Just felt like no one cared. I appreciated it was quiet. beds were clean. Just rather a cold experience overall. Inexpensive for a one night stop.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return
Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay at Best Western Point South. The AC unit and dehumidifier in the room were extremely loud and ran all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The room also had bright outdoor lighting that the curtains couldn’t block out, which added to the discomfort.
The pillows were small, hard, and very uncomfortable. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes around the property, which was unpleasant and gave a rundown impression, even though the room itself was reasonably clean.

Nice easy spot to stop along I95. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool bit looked nice and convenient. Room was adequate for a rest, but a bit noisy with the air conditioner and in room dehumidifier going. Lots of staff busy in the morning working on maintenance and cleaning. Overall a good place to stop and rest for the weary traveler.

Nice pool. Poor - bathroom door locked my wife inside wasting our pool time. Then the staff came and locked himself in our bathroom-wasting more time. We were offered an early start in the pool on the following day, but then couldn’t access the pool early without wasting more time.
