First the establishment didn’t have parking for our truck and trailer.
Second. The room smelled so strong of cigarette smoke. We asked for non smoking.
3rd. The room had some issues, toilet kept running, the water from the shower went all over the floor. There was feces on the bathroom door and on the wall by the sink. The air conditioner never got cold even though we put it on 65 and it made a terrible noise. Biggest mistake staying here.
Never have had this issue before when we book on line. The pictures and details on the website do not match the establishment.

The room was very clean. The location, in spite of being on a major street, had little traffic noise. The residents were quiet and well-behaved. I didn't sample the breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

The maid did ignore the Do Not Disturb sign, and made up the room even though I didn't feel that it was needed.

coffee, Bathroom door had been knocked in. half a$$ repaired (still had blood on door) cant believe Wyndham is associated with them. continental breakfast was a joke, Coffe maker didn’t work hardly anything to eat. Nobody around it (not even at the managers desk!) Will stay in a tent before i darken their door way again!

I immediately check the beds for bugs, and there is bugs!! Bed bugs- tons of them. I did not get my daughter or our things out of the car, i immediately asked for a refund and she offered a different room. I said no I wanted a refund. So now I wait for Expedia to return my money because I refuse to stay with bedbugs and being that home!

Check in was a bit slow. After waiting, I rung the counter bell once. No answer. I could here kids laughter in the background. Ring again. Answer, will be right with you. More waiting. Finally, someone comes in lobby door. I filled out pre-checkin forms and pre-paid. Still a bunch of questions and request for credit card? Finally... Was courteous, just tedious.

Fridge did not work, had old food in it. When i called the front desk she unconcerned and told me to rotate it. No coffee pot but had the coffee filters and coffee for it. It was dirty. When i asked her if i can go to the same room i was in last time she said someone had that one already but that one was by me and i went and looked and it was empty. Very poor service and i will not be back. To many better places to stay at the same or close to the same price.

I reserved a non-smoking room. Arrived at 5:30 PM on the day of the reservation and was told they did not have a non-smoking room. After driving three hours, my only choice was to take the smoking room. When I went into the room, the bedsheets were completely nasty on both sides, the Coat closet rack was on the floor and off of the wall. So no place to hang up your clothes, the TV was plugged into an extension cord that was running all the way across the room and across the bathroom sink blocking access to the bathroom sink. This room should have been completely taken out of service. When I called the front desk the rude b*** said there was nothing she could do about it because it had been 30 minutes since I checked in Which it had not been. It had only been about 10 minutes which only allowed me enough time to check the room to see what all was wrong with it. She refused to do anything about it. The property is completely nasty and I literally had to leave the room at midnight because the smell in the room made me gag. I will never stay at this property again and I would recommend anyone even considering it to just drive on down the road and go someplace else this place appears to have bedbugs also!

The sockets on the north wall did not work, they actually ran a extension cord with duct tape from the sink area to power the tv, microwave and refrigerator, the smoke detector had a bag over it, the bath tub constantly leaked water and the door knob to the bathroom was broken. I was not allowed to stay after their site said they were pet friendly and they refused service due to the factor that I booked with hotels.com hotels.com shows that this hotel is pet friendly in the descriptions as I entered into the building it has a sign that it says they're not pet friendly and that they do not refund any money and that is my problem after I advise them to show them that on their site online it says in the descriptions that they are pet friendly they told me basically that they will not escalate the problem to upper management and they do not care that I need to reread the sun they will not help me out or refund so yeah be aware of this place for false advertisement as they are very not helpful when it comes to understanding when you book an appointment they need to honor it they don't believe in honoring anything I had to go find another hotel after 10 hours behind the wheel with both of my fur babies to only get into an accident almost thank God it was avoided but my car hauler got damaged now if I would have been able to stay at the hotel that I booked at that time of night none of that would have even happened so yeah highly highly recommend do not ever stay at this place if you have pets

Overall, a good value. The room had a few issues. The smoke detector was open with no battery. The mini fridge was plugged in across the sink area and the cord was a tripping hazard. The light switch did not work and 2 fixtures were either missing bulbs or burnt out. The bed did not have a bedspread and the 3 pillow were extremely lumpy. The room was clean and bedding & towels were very soft. They staff was pleasant.

This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I called in advance to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue with my ESA and they said it was ok. We stayed two nights and went to stay another and they wouldn’t let my husband get into our room. My dog didn’t do anything wrong at all. The owner followed me through the parking lot yelling at me.

On a quick run to the restroom I saw the tub had rust and dirt, but thought it wasn't much, so we left. Upon returning, the room felt humid and warm even though the AC was on. The floor looked damp and when my daughter took off her shoes she said it felt wet. I took a hand towel to see if it was wet and the towel turned filthy brown, as if I was mopping. There also weren't enough bath towels even though I specified the amount of guests upon booking, so I had to call the front office for some. At first the night employee told me they were all in the washer but then called me back to tell me he had an extra one. I told him about the dirty floor but he seemed hesitant to believe me so I had to show him a picture. Upon further inspecting the room I found mold on the bedsheets and called again to say I wouldn't stay for a second night with my young children. I'm glad that at least I didn't have an issue with check out and they refunded the price for the second night without a hassle. It's the least they could do, honestly. It's too bad because this hotel has such much potential with a great location and a pool that just needs to be fixed, but it's evident owners and management are not invested.

Where to start? No smoke detector, chain was ripped off the door, floors made our feet black, the TV was zoomed in to the top left quarter of the screen making it unwatchable, no USB charging ports. We asked for a different room and were told there were none available. I looked on Experian and Wyndham’s websites and both showed 5 of our type of room available. When I pointed this out to the front desk clerk he told me I had to request a different room within one hour of check-in. I told him I wanted a different room because we weren’t comfortable with the door not having a secondary lock and the room didn’t even meet fire code. He texted his manager and after over an hour he gave us a different room. We finally got into the new room at 10:15pm and this one didn’t have a smoke detector either. The TV had lines running top to bottom, but at least we could see the entire screen. No clue how this place had a 7.0 review score. I understand you get what you pay for, but the room should at least be safe to sleep in.

Our room was not very clean, the heater didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work and the safety latch lock was busted off - we had children with us so that was a big safety issue. If we had been staying for more than just sleeping we probably would have left and went somewhere else or asked to change to a better room. On the plus side The location is convenient, it was quiet and the front staff was friendly. The beds were decently comfortable.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors fighting and then making up. The shower stall had a big rust stain, and the ice bucket was filthy. The location was close and convenient to the wedding venue. I know it's an older hotel, but some maintenance will make it a good place to rest your head.

This hotel property, while not bad, could be so much better with a few changes! Room was clean and general areas were clean. Breakfast was just meh, nothing too great. Our biggest reason for part of the 3 star rating is based on the stinginess of providing basic soap, shampoo, and COFFEE, especially given that this was a booking for TWO people over 4 nights and had to ask several times for more! The pool was drained as well so didn’t get to swim and cool off in that TEXAS HEATWAVE!
Overall, not bad but with a few updates and a little generosity, this hotel could be great!

We liked that sonic was next door. We didnt like that no one answered the phone call when checking in the first night that we even had to go to another hotel for a night. The next day we were able to check in at 11am. The ice machine was broken down the whole time. The housekeeping did a great job.

Decent Night’s Rest

The stay were very friendly and provided excellent service. The motel itself wasn’t that great, but I knew what I was getting for such a discounted price. While the stay was okay, there were some major issues I should point out. Driving in, the pool was closed and the water looked like a swamp. There was leftover debris on the floor of the room—an old cherry tomato, cigarette butts, and the floor made our feet black. The hot water in the bathtub never fully turned off, so we had to keep the door closed to muffle the sound, but the caused the room to get muggy. My biggest complaint was the wifi. It was not secured and it either kept cutting out or required accepting the stay/terms every few hours. It was also unbearably slow, but we made do. The AC unit was a little loud, but that’s just how the wall units are.
As for comfort, the beds were nice and firm the pillows weren’t), the sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the fridge and other appliances worked, though the tv was a little older so the picture quality wasn’t great.
For being next to Sonic and a gas station, it was rather quiet. They do have new electronic locks so that was nice. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but it was a decent selection and the area was clean.
Because most of my issues weren’t major, I’d probably visit again due to the cost and location.

I only booked this hotel because when I used the hotels.com app it was understood that their pool was accessible. This trip was important it was for my daughter's graduation to which I only get to see one time a year and I wanted her to be able to have what you wanted which was to swim I'm very disappointed in the whole experience and I'm definitely not recommending this hotels.com app or that's a hotel to any friends and your front desk clerk was super rude in charge and he charged my card even though we never even showed up due to the fact that there was no pool and I told him that's on the phone that was the reason why we were not coming and he still hung up the phone and charge my card anyway like money grows on trees and we both know that it doesn't

Then once we got our room the soap/shampoo dispensers broke off the wall when my wife was taking a shower and landed on her foot! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..... the staff checking in was fine but when we were checking out the next day we had a problem with a worker doing housekeeping that was harassing our kids, minors by the way, asking them questions for no reason. We were there in Cleburne for a soccer tournament and after our 1st game that morning we returned to check out with a few extra team players and when we arrived the housekeeper was just looking into our room and asking if we had all stayed in the room. Explained no and why we had that many people and he was still looking into room as we cleared it out very suspicious of us or something. Just made us frel very uncomfortable. Just very rude service even the guy at front desk came out and got rude as we told him what happened and explained we were checking out and he said okay just leave just leave then. Very bad experience and would definitely avoid this hotel. The sofa bed was so thin and when we went to ask for sheets they were very hesitant on giving any like we needed to bring our own.

Do Not Stay Here!

The hotel had no heat, supposedly no other rooms available to switch to. Ended up having to check out and move to another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel!
