The hotel is ok for a one night. The property has so much potential, but just tired in its current state (carpets need changing, one elevator out of service, window treatments don’t lift, etc). Location is great & furnishing has promise. Breakfast was no existent when we arrived. Glad we stayed, but likely won’t come back.

Friendly from our arrival and throughout our stay. The room did not have a blow dryer, but went to front desk and Ushuk gave us one. There is a lovely sitting area to visit with friends and relatives, which we utilized. My relatives from the area, were all impressed with the nice decor. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quaint little hotel with character.

I love the area. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was quite and easy to control room temp. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped and amenities for shampoo, conditioner, lotion were random selections from other hotels. One had already been opened and used by a previous guest. The pillows were worn out and need to be replaced. Watch for broken glass in the parking area behind the hotel. Still a nice hotel to stay for a quick trip.

Our room was clean and comfortable on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was immaculate and the room had a big closet, coffee station, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The lighting in the room was great. There was a desk and dresser with a large Screen Television. My Niece and I enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel is within walking distance to Theaters and shopping in Downtown Cleburne.

This property is a nicely renovated, historic downtown building. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. The room was very nice and comfortable. Definitely worth the price paid. We would stay there again.

In town for business; usually stay at the Hampton Inn but just getting so pricey for what I need. This hotel is a really nice surprise in the quaint downtown area. It’s like coming to stay at grandma’s house. Very comfy and cozy and the bed in my fourth floor room was A+ super comfortable. Checked out a couple of little antique stores and bought a trinket. Ate at Chilis nearby all good. Would definitely stay here again.

Appeared charming with \"excellent\" reviews and \"comfortable beds\" in a \"smoke-free building\". Neighbors directly across the hall smoked marijuana constantly and that stench crept into our room. Cigarette smoke came into our bathroom through the fan. Beds were not comfortable and I barely slept at all. Staff was very kind and hospitable. Will not stay here again nor recommend unless beds are upgraded and non-smoking regulation is enforced.

It's a quaint old-fashioned hotel with terrible cleanliness: the shower floor had hair in it, the shower shelf had a used bar of soap still on it, the bathroom tile floor was slippery/slimy due to whatever had been used to clean it -- it was like I was skating with shoes on, and the carpet is in desperate need of shampooing. The elevator on one side of the hotel is out of order, and the staircase next to it doesn't allow access to the 1st floor/lobby -- only to building's exterior.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It has a lot of wood in it and that is just beautiful. The hotel does need some updating tho. Rooms were clean but the carpet and other areas were some worn. We were moved to another room because our TV di not work. The room we moved into was very nice, and looks like they have been trying to update . The poor lady that had to work the front desk, clean rooms, and do just about everything was very sweet but you could tell she had been cleaning all the rooms without help, so she was wearing a lot of hats and not complaining.

Towels are scratchy. 1 person working the counter and checking rooms meant the lobby rarely had someone there to help when we/anyone needed something. I would have enjoyed it more if it had a refrigerator and microwave. After first night, room not cleaned. I asked front desk, they said i would have to ask daily to have room cleaned. Tv remote was lost.. we found it under the bed....also, it was very low on batteries... i had to go to front desk and get new batteries.
The hotel is very elegant and it’s just a pleasant place to stay. The customer service at the front desk is always welcoming. The hot water in the shower is wonderful and it’s just tip if the line and the price is very appealing.
