The place was very filthy , weird stuff going on with the check in clerk, lots of crew workers and that's ok if the place was clean for the regular guests , tv sucked with bunch of apps no regular programming , the food was gross I mean who wants to eat Costco meatballs for breakfast and I use them in my cooking so I know what they are , the selection of food super poor . I could go on but that's enough for now , we borrowed pillow cases from family members who live in dawson to cover the cases that were on the bed . We reserved for 3 nights , we drove 13 hrs to get there , we slept there and in the morning checked out

We were woken up at 11PM with a chirping alarm due to low battery. No maintenance person on site. No other rooms available. Could not fix, we could not reach it. We were able to move rooms at 1AM. No show, maybe?
Also the pool, water slide and hot tub are all out of order.

Made reservations at this place for hot tub and pool only to find out at check in they weren’t working. They offered a pass to some place to use a hot tub but who wants to travel all day and then have to drive somewhere else to get what you paid for in convenience. I received a letter from them 24 hours earlier but nothing was mentioned about the hot tub and pool not available

Excellent staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is great. Amenities are terrible. Pool and Hot tub have been closed forever, and when you ask about it they say it will be fixed soon and working on it, I've been staying there consistently for over a year, never has it been opened.
Gym is dirty and vending machine is serving warm drinks.
I stay here because staff are good, rooms clean and great Price.

The plumbing needs attention, toilet is loud and made noises all night. The heating system is terrible was wayyyyy to hot one minute when we had it on low and then we had to shut it right off and we were cold. When we came into the room the heat was on and it was like a sauna in there. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I checked in there was a huge line up and one person working at the desk and it took forever, while other’s people working at the hotel working there were standing around talking…. Not helping at the desk to get people checked in. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This used to be a very nice place to stay. It’s gone seriously downhill. The add said there was swimming and hot tub, they weren’t working. The breakfast was also disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work.

Went there specifically to use the hot tub, as it was -30 and had a chill from work. Once booked and paid for, they then proceeded to tell me it that the pool was under construction. Wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known before hand

Pool was closed along with hot tub. I was warned the hot tub might’ve closed but nothing said about pool until arrival. Guests were partying in the halls. I complained and it fell on def ears. All after having to wait almost an hour for my room to be ready after check in. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but fixx was closed and I have a 1 year old wanting to get out of the vehicle.

I felt the room was very dated. There was a microwave but no glasses or utensils or plates. In the middle of the night I was woken up to scratching in the walls, sounded like mice.

Our kitchenette room was not good. There were dirty dishes, cutting board and metal strainer with old popcorn and salt still in it, not even cleaned, really gross.

I complained and a girl can up and cleaned, then the next day someone came up and gave us a small bag with 2 chocolate bars and 1 bottle of water with a note “Sorry for the inconvenience” that was how they apologized.

The sink tap on the kitchen leaked if you moved the tap, the stove only had one working large burner, the bathroom door handle was messed up and if you closed the door, you had a hard time opening it again.

The toilette was 6 inch from the wall and uncomfortable, they had a stand up shower and a tub with a shower, the stand up one is the only one that worked properly.

They need a stand up lap for the loving room, it’s so dark even with every lamp and light on in the entire room. Lastly their wifi sucked, it was nearly impossible to watch anything because it constantly disconnected, especially in the evening.

We will never stay here again.

The room was quite spacious and a big comfy bed. However, the air in the room was musty...and the heater needed to be cleaned or serviced as it was stinky. Also witj the drapes were too long...for proper air flow...covering the heater and can be dangerous if there is overheating to the curtains.
As for, the free breakfast...there was good friendly service and a nice variety...just that the hashbrowns were hard.

Rooms are clean and the hotel has plenty of amenities that we didn’t use for the one night stay. It is a little awkward to get into from the road and parking with our small trailer wasn’t the easiest. There is a small field nearby for the dogs to use while we were there making it easy to take care of the them. The eco-friendly one time use wood silverware for breakfast is terrible to use even the one time… The breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast and it was open at 5 am making it great to get up early and get back on the road.

The stay was ok but we didn’t turn the jets on in the tub because the jets were stained and nasty looking and the pillows are huge and hard to use a variety of pillow thicknesses would be appreciated I went out and bought one for me and my wife so we could sleep in peace
