The breakfast was ok, they offered actual scambled eggs but they were not very fresh, we ate at 7 am. There were only Bagels and Croissants which seemed old(they were very hard and dry. and no muffins. There was no Hot Choc maybe they were out though. The sausage and bacon wss good.

The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud.
However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel.
I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia .
I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all was ok with hotel front desk.
In less than 24 hours , I received a email from Expedia saying that the refund is denied. I call Expedia and they said they could not confirm what was said by previous agent and they needed to verify.
Received another email saying the refund was denied.
Somebody is not telling the truth and I plan to investigate further. As for now , I will redial for doing business with either company . EXpedia or choice hotels .

The breakfast was great, no pool unfortunately, the stay was overall great. Slippery outside though, icy near door area, no signage to mention it’s slippery, but enough parking space though. Helpful staff, the room was very good, and I enjoyed this hotel as well as my family. Thanks!

If you are lucky enough to win the food lottery... the quality is acceptable, however, they only put out enough food for 1 hungry man or maybe 2 average people. When the buffet is \"FULL\" there are literally 2 eggs, 6 sausages, 6 tiny pieces of bacon, and 4 hashbrowns for a whole hotel FULL of working men who need to eat early, eat quickly, and leave for work!!! If more than 1 or 2 people show up at the same time - and your lucky #3 you will have to sit and wait for the breakfast attendant to go make another 2 eggs, 4 hashbrowns, 6 sausages, etc... (Unless you love to start your day with unhealthy/sugary waffles! 🙄) You are almost made to feel like you are putting them out by trying to eat breakfast there! It is beyond pathetic and to say that they offer \"free\" breakfast with the cost of your room is a joke - its boarderline false advertising as there is usually NO food when you need to eat & run! I ended up having to pay to eat fast food every morning so I could actually eat, and get to work on time.
I would probably look for an alternate hotel for this reason alone. 🤷

Had a nice stay at Dawson Creek Comfort Inn. The front desk gentleman was great and fun to chat with about Dawson Creek and gave great suggestion on visiting Kin Park with my pup! Loved the huge double bed room, and Comfort Inns’ high ceilings! Cozy bed, good breakfast, and easy access from the highway.
Only things I did not like were my room did not have a working lock on the door and there could be a bit more of an area close by for pets (especially night time breaks).

Good place to rest a night while traveling. The hotel was under-staffed, but the staff that was there were super nice and helpful. We had a couple of technical glitches (issues with the key card & a/c) but the staff assisted right away. As with any highway hotel, there was not much in the way of green space for walking the dogs, but we got by. The room itself was on the first floor right by an exit, so very dog friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall we'd stay here again.

We got a really good price for this hotel that's ultimately why I chose to stay here. I didn't think the rooms would be that nice since the price was so cheap, but they were actually perfect. A little outdated but it was perfect for our stay and very clean. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast was good too.

There was painting being done in other room(s). They did not use water-based paint and the fumes were horrible! The manager said they couldn’t fine water-based paint in Dawson Creek. This is just not true!
And I booked my over one week stay every two days via Expedia and every time, my room was re-coded and they made me show my ID, credit card, and signature, wait in line to do so. And this is while all of my belongings were still in the room! This is poor!!!
