Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, great staff and incredible food (breakfast was wonderful) we had a lovely 2 day stay and would definitely recommend for a short trip. The only downside was that there was no easy access to the sea but with the views it still idyllic.

We had a lovely hut with ocean views. Infynity pool view and over looks the ocean. Huts are clean and lovely to stay in with outdoor shower and bathroom, no bath.

My hut was very comfortable and I loved the outdoor bathroom. The infinity pool is excellent, view out to the ocean. could do with a few more lounges in the shade in the afternoon. Had a great dinner there & massage by Vina? Maybe. Short walk to Mushroom beach, cafes etc. Staff very helpful with transfers etc. Top stay, would happily return.

Second stay here but experience wasn’t as positive.

Bar staff kind and helpful and Pool is lovely.

Outside bathroom is ok but dangerous as water ends up everywhere. Nearly slipped so many times.

One pool towel a day makes it difficult as we had to use the pool towels on floor in bathroom so we didn’t slip.

Tours through the hotel are very expensive compared to what other groups can offer. The manager/ owner us to do a different tour which was a little disappointing, Hoping the owner paid the boat and driver well and didn’t pocket most of the cash we paid.

Close to mushroom bay but unlikely to stay here again.

While the property is pretty to look at, not all as it seems. Front staff were good and there are positives for the hotel. Many will find no issues here. However the restaurant staff were unpleasant to say the least, food is inconsistent and depends on what you have paid as to what you get. It became so uncomfortable and unpleasant we booked a new ferry ticket and hotel and left early. Overall it was not a properly for us and sadly our holiday was extremely unpleasant.

Loved my stay in this hotel. Really really quiet and peaceful. You will wake up by the sounds of the birds in the morning. Very clean and beautifully landscaped vicinity. Staffs are super friendly. Good breakfast whch is included. And the food menu is also very good and reasonably priced. They have 2 pools and sundecks to relax and chill. However, i chose to stay in my room as it was so dreamy room. Loved the open themed bathroom and shower as well. Will come back again.

Btw, their massage is so so. Not strong enough.

Great stay at wunderfull place. Great rooms. Not a big restaurent, only very simple food. The staff was doing everything they could to make you have a great stay. Especially the owner. He booked a manta snorkling tour for us and he even went with us for the tour where we were lucky to swim with both mantas and dolphins and we did see seaturtle.

Small property of 15 individual huts in a quiet location right on the waters edge. Very clean wet edge pool. Staff super friendly. Bar and restaurant facilities good. Could sit on the deck all day and watch the water activities of both the locals and tourists. Walking distance to Mushroom Bay which offers other places to eat and drink. And if you do like walking, you can walk around cliff edges to Lembongan Bay as well past The Deck and other great spots.

Affordable stay with an amazing view

The key part about this hotel is the view. If you choose to stay in a hut with the view of the ocean, it makes the stay worthwhile. The beach right in front of the hotel is not suitable to swim in but it's a short drive over to Jungutbatu beach. It's also walking distance to Mushroom beach which is good for snorkeling, though we were not able to.

The hotel itself is quaint and perfect for the setting. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind (shout out to Nick!)

Awesome place, right on the bay. We had unit 2 overlooking the pool and ocean views. Staff were great, breakfast choice was a bit plain other than that highly recommend. Tip, if you want ocean view book unit 1-3.

Lovely place to relax. Short walk to restaurants and popular Mushroom Bay. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Mosquito net was a bit hit and miss. Both the shower and toilet are outside. Breakfast was a bit limited. Restaurant was quite reasonably priced. We rented scooters for IDR100,000 a day, both were a bit tired but did the job. Hotel arranged return transport from Bali which was very helpful.

Story of Bay Shore Huts.

wow in this huts..

first of all the price is not included breakfast, which is better appeticate that, because the restrurant is not good at all, maybe chief dishes vegetables non washed well or whatever because its not clean food at all, eachtime we eat there we will get stomachache or another stomach problem, so i suggest everyone to eat outside or buy your own food from supermarket, we ate there three times in this three horrible times we both got stomachache and cant sleep the whole night, second about services its not that bad for different shifts for example afternoon shifts is not bad but morning shift is bad, the room is big and the air condition which is 0.75tons not enough advise owner to get bigger airconiditioner for each hut . electrical disconnected suddenly. bed is not clean. and BE Careful do not leave your special and private bath towel because the cleaner take it and he thought its for them. watch your things carefully and keep it far from his eyes. bali is nice be careful and choose right place to stay. one more last thing for check out be sure to confirm it before you check in, for example it wasnt clear for us about check out time and they make it clear in the last day, 12pm lol we booked our fast boat at 16pm so i have to wait outside 4 hours he add extra for us 1 hour appericate thanks, but its doesnt make sense because they will start push and knock your door at 12:00 .

Really lovely little villa on tamarind beach. 5 minute walk to mushroom bay and about a 20 minute walk to Kodul beach. The room was clean and really enjoyable, the shower could have been hotter though. All in all enjoyed this stay very much!

The resort has a great garden area. And the pool is so warm (but a bit to warm as you dont feel refreshed in it). Our room had a odor of urine in it and that couldn't be covered up. Drinks are very expensive there in comparison to other places and the flies are horrible there but also on the entire island. There are better places a person can stay that will be cheaper and just as good.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The grounds of the accommodation were well kept and tended every day. Room was clean and comfortable and the beds mosquito net certainly came in handy for a good nights sleep. It is very convenient to many restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The hotels breakfast was very good and looking out over the bay in the morning is not a bad way to start the day.

Pool areas and gardens were immaculate, staff were great, we left our wallet at the restaurant and the staff came looking for us to give it back. We would definitely stay here again.

great location on the beach

reception and hut 1st class value-food and service as good as any and the view across the water to Mt agun(active volcano) was spectacular. there are 2 pools ideally situated- one is an infinity viewing the ocean next to the bar and restaurant. the owner is local and in attendance most days adding to the ambience. we will return hopefully, the boat ride from bali (sanur beach) is great value and worth the experience if the sea is up.

Great hotel in superb location, super quiet!

We stayed 4 nights here and loved every minute of it. It's close to everything, and with a motorbike, which are available for hire at reception, the whole island is available to explore, which is awesome. We rode around and just turned down roads and tracks to see where it would lead us, and we were rarely disappointed!! You really can't get lost on the island.

He coordinated activities and booked restaurants. Service at in house restaurant was only disappointment asstaff werent very friendly and we waited a long time for our meals. Bay Shore Huts provided a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. This was an ideal location close to the beach and to coordinate other island activities. Hiring the buggy for 4 people enabled us to explore the island at our own leisure and was a wonderful way to learn about the range of places and activities upon the island. Furthermore, the snorkeling which was organised by the Bay Shore Huts staff was a great experience and provided an opportunity to circumnavigate the island.

We had a great week long stay at Bay Shore. We were looking for a chilled out and relaxing time which we got, the staff can't do enough for you and are so helpful and friendly. Mushroom Bay is walking distance with lots of restaurants and activities there. Jungutbatu village is a bit more difficult to get to which is the other main hub on Lembongan but the hotel have transport options available to you.

The huts were clean and comfortable and the pool at the hotel was lovely with sandy Tamarind beach just down the steps. The hotel also contacted me in advance to arrange boat transfer to the island from Bali which went without a single hitch and meant we didn't have to worry about getting there. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Good service but poor air conditioning

The hotel contacted via the hotels.com website and helped to arrange for two-way transfer from Bali to Nusa Lembongan. It was a nice gesture but the pick up from the airport never happened and we had to find our own way to Nusa Lembongan instead. Staff were generally friendly, helpful and resourceful. Meals are relatively cheap at the restaurant. However the air conditioning wasn't working well and coupled with the heat trapped in the wooden hut, we were perspiring pretty much on a hot afternoon. Good reason to jump into the pool I guess.

Clean, friendly and unbelievable view of the ocean from the pool/restaurant. The stagf went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They organised banana boat rides SUP right out the front of the resort. Bikes golf carts too they were so helpful and so cheap. Amazing gardens and landscaping. We had an amazing experience. Air conditioning was only slightly issue but wasn't a problem. Definitely recommend this place. Location was great too.

The the bungalow are very nice and comfortably really comfortable bed great air conditioner really nice bathroom.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Really great bar and restaurant right on the beach good spot to watch the sunset over the ocean and volcano across in Bali.

Stayed in a beautiful garden view hut, very spacious, clean and nice outdoor bathroom. The resort is fantastic to relax a few days with great staff and delicious food and drinks. Walking distance to mushroom Bay (8-10 min). They organised a Manta snorkelling trip on the last day and it was the most amazing experience! We will definitely come back again!

Great hotel and staff. Short walk to mushroom beach, where you can find more places to eat. Facilities are good. The outside bathroom, at the back of each hut is very nice. Dream beach is about 20-30min walk.

Very quiet place. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, that's it.

I didn't try going to the village, but the wharf is 15min by buggy. The hills would make it hard to walk to the village. I only spent 3 nights, and that was enough for this specific spot. If I had stayed longer, I would've tried another resort on the other side of the island as well.

Overall, a great place with frendly staff.

This was my third time at Bayshore and once again it was lovely. The villas are basic but clean and comfortable. I love the out door bathroom.
Nick at the front reception is so lovely always smiling and always friendly, Yoman is very helpful and nothing is a problem.
We hired scooters for the day and they were in good condition. Both the pool areas are so beautiful love the pool over looking tamarind bay and the volcano.

Beautiful, neat and clean resort. The cabins were beautifully done up and the highlight was the open air bathroom which we thoroughly enjoyed. Only negative was that the entire room being made of wood, thuds and creaks with every footstep you take making it a bit annoying. We stayed in room no.5 which is the second row of the ocean view rooms but it's really just a tiny sliver of a view.

My husband and I stayed at the Bayshore Huts for 3 nights... we wished we'd stayed for longer! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly... The room was very clean and spacious... We had a partial sea view from our room and balcony which was lovely. We loved the outdoor bathroom which was spacious and private... There was a mosquito net over the bed which was more for romantic/decoration as we never had to use it... The pool was magnificent... and sitting by the pool relaxing was a treat! The restaurant overlooked the beach which was gorgeous... Breakfast was included and was delicious and the menu for lunch and dinner was adequate with both Western and Indonesian cuisine. There are two pools at the resort... the one at the back was quiet and surrounded by huts... the one at the front had the music from the restaurant and overlooked the beach. There was also free Wi-Fi which worked well.
Mushroom Bay and many other resorts and restaurants was a five minute walk away... and according to the staff, other resorts would pick you up for dinner and return for free. Dream beach was approx. 20 minute walk... also nice but busy! The massage facilities were located by the rear pool and were inexpensive for an in-resort treatment... I had a 1 hour facial for $11AU... just delightful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bayshore Huts and will be returning next year for longer... Thank you to the staff for making our stay the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday!!! 10/10 :-)

A wonderful stay, very relaxing. Meals were very nice , and enjoyed the dining with such a lovely view. Was a bit muddy to go walking too far so hired golfcart which made an interesting adventure driving around island but got lost.

Situated on the beach in Tamarind Bay, Bay Shore Huts was perfect for us. We didn't want to be in the main area, but it wasn't too far to walk, just along the beach and around the cliff and we were there. Or we could walk to Mushroom Bay where there were really nice restaurants and it was great for swimming.
We had one of the garden view huts at the back, overlooking the pool, it was lovely to step off your verandah and into the pool. The outdoor bathroom was great! Bed was a bit uncomfortable but you get that in a lot of hotels. Room was lovely and clean and the air con was nice and chilly.

We loved our stay at Bayshore Huts! We had a hut with sea views which was great to look at and very comfortable. It had an outdoor bathroom which was nice. The hotel has two pools but we only swam in the infinity pool on the beachfront near the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! We had dinner in the restaurant and it was great-try a banana colada! the staff were incredibly friendly especially Nick at reception (who also saved a little girl from drowning while we were checking in!) The location was great 5-10 min walk to mushroom bay and you can hire motorbikes from the hotel to explore the island. The island is stunning and the locals are so friendly. We are already planning on returning! :)

Beautiful place....not great beach

The huts were great and the landscaping was beautiful, but there was no beach to walk on and the ocean was not one to swim. Overall, you definitively experience the culture as you are next to tons of roosters and pigs....didn't feel the most safe there either. Service in the restaurant was pretty bad and the food was just 'bleh'. Definitely venture to mushroom bay for your meals.
