I didn't like the fact that there was no room clean for 2 days or shampoo and the Philippina cook was very rude. However the room was great and the manager and receptionist were very helpful and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast wars very good too.

Hotel clean . But no pool . No kettle in room . Shower did not work as had to sit in it and use taps for wash . Would not recommend for families with children as no entertainment either . I do understand we are getting over pandemic . But hotel was not a good experience for myself as an adult .

Kos Bay Hotel -
The hotel was clean and a great location for our departure from the marina the next day - but at check in we were not made aware of a number of things. The most important being how to engage the electricity in the room - the second being that was a breakfast in the mornings in the lobby - we had no idea! There was a drip in the ceiling in the bathroom, another guest in our party had to change rooms twice. It was very affordable, so all in all, you get what you pay for.

We wasnt expecting much from a 2 star hotel but we were pleasantly suprised. Altho very basic its all we needed for 1 nights stay. Aircon included worked really well. Good to have a full size fridge in the room too. The hotel was a bit dirty in places bath room in particular but perfectly usable old razor bade from someone else on side. Beds quite comfortable we slept quite well. For 26 euro for a night it was perfectly ok.

Beds are full of bugs that bite you during your sleep and cause itching and swelling. The lady and the guy at the reception are unbelievably rude. They are fed up with tourists and seem to hate their jobs. That's also true for the shop owners at downtown. Really cheap food is served at the breakfast.

This was my 3rd visit in Kos and as I enjoy sunbathing by the sea during the day and the night-life with the vast choice of restaurants that Kos offers my stay at the Kos Bay Hotel was just what I needed, it is basic, obviously very good value for money, but it was within walking distance to a small beach for the daytime pleasure and the centre of Kos for the Night-Life so it suited my purpose fine for a short break.

Dissapointing
Arrival was somewhat complicated by a distinctly and strangely unhelpful front desk babushka. This detracted from anything else I could possibly say - room was ok though a little uncomfortable in the single beds - aircon had no remote so had to manually manage, shower was clean enough, internet was somewhat intermittent and snowflake TV channels. The other desk staff were helpful enough but bad taste from the visit just from the initial lack of help on arrival - Not one I would return to.

We arrived at 4 am due to a very late flight and a member of staff was still up and ready to welcome us. We still managed to get down for breakfast by 8.45am and breakfast was supposed to go on until 9.30. All there was to eat was bread rolls, butter and jam, juice and coffee from a machine. There were signs that fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese had been available but nothing more appeared. Despite this, the brief stay provided everything we needed. Good value. Ten minute walk from the town.

This beachfront hotel was very comfortable! It had everything I needed and made my holidays even more easier! The rooms were clean and had everything I needed like a fridge, free airconditioning and free Wi-Fi, which is very helpful especially when travelling.The view from the balcony to the marina was fantastIc. The super location near the main street and close to the ferrries, bus station ,only a few minutes away from the shopping /restaurant /bar area, was also a big plus. The staff were all very helpful and polite.Generally speaking, it was just an incredible experience and If I ever go again in Kos I hope to stay in the same hotel. Undoubtedly, I highly recommend it to everyone planning to spend their holidays in the island of Kos,especially in Kos town.

From the photos was expecting hot water kettle in room. Booking was for a triple,but was given a twin with the bed pushed together. Staff were friendly for the initial check in,but for the rest of the stay everything was a hassle. Went to check out and there was nobody around to take keys

Hotel reception were so rude. Hospitality offered by the hotel and breakfast was terrible.Also, hotel location was so far from the city centre. Room bed was so hard and uncomforable. Thet were always give us wrong information about city. For example, first day we asked them there is any bus to go to city centre. They said that you cant find any bus, we can rent car and also this rental price was too expensive (one day was 55 EURO).

It serves its purpose as a transfer stay for people getting of a bus from Athens or wanting to catch one after arriving by ferry.It is located just across the road from where the ferry comes and is about 150 metres from the bus station. As such it is noisy on the street side but most travelleers have air plugs. The young couple running it are very helpful although only the wife speaks English. It is not a place one would want to stay in for too long because the rooms are small and the noise from traffic and ferries but for a one night stop it was ideal.

Odalar ne yazık ki çok pisti, temizlik yüzeysel yapılıyor. Mini buzdolabının içi bile çok kötüydü. Ayrıca inanılmaz bir gürültü var sürekli, personel sabah 6-7 farketmeksizin bağır çağır konuşuyor. Duvarlar kağıt gibi diğer odalardaki telefon konuşmaları su sesleri her şey duyuluyor. Girişte suratınıza bakmadan anahtar uzatıyorlar, odanın yerini bile söylemeye zahmet etmeden. Wir können uns nur den vorangegangenen 1 bis 2 Sterne Bewertungen anschließen. Das ist ein Hotel, in das man auf keinen Fall nochmal möchte. Das Frühstück kann nicht als solches bezeichnen. Es liegt direkt an einem Kreisverkehr und es ist wirklich sehr laut und hellhörig. Wir vermuten, dass die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals auf mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse zurückzuführen ist. Außerhalb des Hotels haben wir die typische Herzlichkeit der Griechen erlebt und Kos Stadt ist einfach immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles in der Nähe. Die Reception ist leider ziemlich unfreundlich, ich fühlte mich nicht \"willkommen\". Durch die Lage ist es auch ziemlich laut.

Non mi sono mai trovato così male in un hotel. Ok che è un hotel a 2 stelle, ma questo non ne meriterebbe nemmeno una. In una settimana non hanno mai pulito la stanza. Il bagno è piccolo ma andrebbe comunque bene se non fosse che si allaga ogni volta che si fa la doccia e che lo scarico del water spesso non funziona. Inoltre i sanitari sono ricoperti da mezzo centimetro di calcare, il rubinetto del lavandino se lo sfiori rischia di cadere e la tavoletta del wc letteralmente si stacca. Ogni giorno ci toglievano, giustamente, gli asciugamani sporchi ma poi non ce li cambiavano tutti, su 4 che ne portavano via, nel migliore dei casi ne rimettevano 2. Le lenzuola erano bucate e i cuscini erano macchiati. Non vi dico la sporcizia che abbiamo trovato sotto il letto. Durante la nostra permanenza poi abbiamo gradualmente scoperto numerose zanzare schiacciate sui muri, sulle piastrelle, dentro l’armadio che da chissà quanto tempo erano lì. Il personale non è per niente cordiale e professionale, appena gli si chiede qualcosa gentilmente, si nota subito la loro faccia scocciata. Molte volte infine non è presente nessuno alla reception, oppure chi è presente non è capace di aiutarti.

Pendant mon séjour des fois on n’avait pas l’électricité surtout pendant la nuit avec une température chaud.

The breakfast was very poor, no kind of vegetables, overcocked eggs so you cant eat them. The restaurant stuff, two lades, were rude and angry, especiell one of them. Dont understand why they are working there.
The room was okej, but the sheets on the bed were not very clean. The shower curtain was so dirty so it smelled ugly in the whole room after taking a shower.
No point to sit on the balcony because of the high traffic noise.

Står att det ska vara reception 24 timmar, o nej, vi kom hem vid 24 och ingen där, väntande över en timma innan vi tog nyckeln själva! När vi skulle checka ut halv åtta på morgonen, samma visa. Ingen där, fick bara lägga nyckeln o gå. Dåliga sängar som låter så fort man vänder på dig. Allmänt sjabbigt, kommer aldrig att boka det igen. Riktigt dåligt!!!
