The hotel has close access to the beach but did not provide lounge chairs or umbrellas. Did offer beach towels. The room was comfortable with a good shower and bath amenities. The area near the hotel is not particularly attractive so staying there is primarily to be near the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Iria beach hotel from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities—showed how much care goes into making guests feel at home.

The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet still peaceful and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. Breakfast each morning was very delicious and always served with a smile.

Thank you Maria and the entire team for making our visit so special. We left with great memories and can’t wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary was fantastic! She helped us make a reservation at dinner at Typografio and sold us the bus tickets! When we checked in early, we left our luggage with them and then went to the beach which was so close. The hospitality we were shown was simply outstanding and the overall experience was exquisitely impressive. We definitely recommend this for everyone. We travelled with our children and they had lots of space in the room with 3 beds. We will be back hopefully!

We had such a wonderful time at the Iria Beach Hotel. It's literally steps from Agia Anna and within walking distance to Agios Prokopios and Plaka beach. Nearby, there are great beach clubs and restaurants, and the KTEL bus transportation is close, taking you to the main cities/towns.

The staff is so friendly and kind. They made sure you felt right at home and welcome. Room cleanliness was also top-notch, and they also prepared a sumptuous daily breakfast.

Amazing hotel!

Do not hesitate to stay here for one second! If you want beach front views, this is the place. 10 steps out the door and you are on the beach. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming and went out of their way. They even helped me to book a massage during slow season and even that person was amazing. The breakfast buffet is so delicious and has something for everyone. I really hope I can come back and stay here again!

Perfect small hotel. Very friendly and efficient manager. Excellent location on a nice beach lined with bars and authentic Greek cafes. You need never leave but while there feel like you are in a small Greek island and not at all like a generic resort. Great breakfast on top of everything else. Once there you are very likely to go back again. And only 15 mins to airport and 30 min from the port and largest town.

However, the hotel was next to a restaurant and if you bought anything from the restaurant, including a drink, you would get free lounge chairs for the entire day. Iria Beach Hotel has a great location close to nice beaches and beach clubs with sun beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has pretty gardens and plants. Our room had a lovely terrace attached. The room was fairly spacious and has a good size closet. Our room had a slightly dank smell, the thermostat was a little spotty, and the fan in the bathroom sometimes made a squealing noise, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel right on Agia Anna Beach, Maria & Bobbie are so welcoming and are happy to help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious, lots of traditional Greek dishes. The rooms are lovely and clean, we had a small balcony which was nice. There are lots of amenities shampoo, body wash etc. The hotel is minutes from the bus stop (2 euros to Naxos town, tickets can be bought from reception as you can’t purchase on the bus). It is also next door to the small port where you can go on various trips. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Had a very relaxing 4 night stay. Maria and staff are great and will help with anything and everything. Tip - ask Maria to change bed type if too soft or hard. Great location, great room, great breakfast, bar, restaurant and beach. Will stay again if we go back to Naxos.

A gem in Naxos

A wonderful stay. We were there from August 21-24 (4 nights) and were impressed by the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel and our room up on the third floor. The hotel exterior features beautiful gardens and flowers and is kept obsessively clean. The breakfast buffet features an extensive menu, with anything and everything you could ever imagine, from traditional to local, indigenous cuisine. The hotel service is prompt and responsiveness. Our stay truly was a delight. Hotel is right on the beach, close to Naxos airport (5-6) minutes and appx. 20 minutes drive to the town and port of Naxos. Ample parking is available off-hotel, just a short walk away, should you wish to rent a car, which is highly recommended as Naxos itself features a wide range of beaches, towns and destinations worth visiting. We'll be back!

I can’t express how much my husband and I loved this hotel. The hotel was GORGEOUS, so spacious, so clean. The staff were AMAZING, they treated us like family. The breakfast had sooo many options and was delicious. The location was very central, right in front of the beach, very close to bars, close to amazing restaurants. We can not wait to return!!!

Wonderful home in Naxos

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They really tried to make us feel at home. You can walk out to the beach in less than a minute and the view of Ag. Anna (and the sunset) is amazing. The breakfast was homemade by a sweet elderly lady, with fresh cakes everyday and they were delicious.

If we could give a 15/10 we would! This hotel saved our Naxos trip. They were friendly and accommodating even when we showed up at 8am when reception opened. They told us to enjoy breakfast while they confirmed a room for us so we were able to check in early and rest before the beach.

We had a pleasant and relaxing 4 days stay. This is a neat hotel in a beautiful location but that is only the beginning. We had such a warm welcome and all the staff were so lovely. Our room was quiet and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was always superbly prepared every morning, and definitely the best out of all our Greek islands accommodations. Would definitely go back if I was staying in Naxos.

- the team organised a taxi from the ferry for us over email, very responsive and easy to communicate with, 15 euro for taxi each way to port
- upon arrival the check in service is so welcoming and friendly, there’s a little table with Greek sweets and homemade liquor that is offered to you to enjoy
- Maria and Poppy are fantastic hosts , they run the show from morning till 12am for anything you need at all. They are both so helpful, friendly and hospitable.

Everything about this hotel and our stay was perfect. We travel often, and this has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It’s charming, the location is stunning (just steps from the beach!), the rooms are fabulous - kept immaculate and decorated beautifully. But what takes this hotel over the top is the amazing people that run it - Maria, Poppy, the lovely ladies making the wonderful breakfasts - they make you feel like family. Lovely Hotel with an amazing staff

This is the cutest hotel ever right on the beach with a few cute restaurants close by and a short ride into the adorable town of Naxos. Everyone is so friendly on the whole island. At the hotel Maria has been so cheerful and friendly and has made me feel so welcome like this is my home. She is a total gem and has made my stay all the more special. Thank you again Maria! I hope to visit again with the rest of my family!! I would recommend this hotel. :)

Steps from the beach, super friendly staff, home cooked breakfast... it is the perfect place to stay. The beach is very laid back with small waves and sunbeds for rent (perfect for kids). Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everyone is so accommodating. Such a warm welcome from the start. Breakfast is homemade and fresh! Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh towels everyday! Showers are big and spacious. Air conditioning was great after the 30c heat all day. Help with anything from local knowledge to care hire. The beach is about 15 steps away. Soft, powder white sand. Clear blue sea. Surround by bars, restaurants. Short walk from other beaches but you just will not want to leave. We choose to stay at Iria Beach Art hotel by recommendation of a travel blog, and we were truly blown away by the everything the hotel had to offer. It was super easy to arrange a pick up from the ferry port, the reception staff was very helpful, and offered us snacks as we walked in door and had a gift of fruit and wine for us in the room. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept and extremely clean. Our room had a lovely view of the ocean and felt very modern and new. The shower/tub was quite high, I can imagine some having a hard time getting in and out, but it was fine for us. It's great to stay on the beach because there are tons of restaurants to eat and drink at all day, we had a sunset dinner each night we were there. The breakfast was good and the staff was incredibly kind, they even remembered my husband had a nut allergy the 2nd day we went down, and told him what had nuts and didn't. We both can't wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, close to the beach.

The hotel has a typical Cycladic architecture. The courtyards and gardens are beautifully arranged with stunning bougainvillea and Mediterranean pot plants. The room we had was spacious, a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with quality products.
All the staff were very friendly and always ready to help and provide an outstanding service. The reception staff, Popi & Maria were exceptional as well as Mrs Anna at breakfast who's cooking was outstanding.

Iria ART Beach Hotel- the arts in the staff!

The main story here is the staff. Caring, helpful and sincere. The grounds are very nice. The breakfast was gracious and fresh. Not to take away from the overall I add that the rooms are very nice, but the furniture needs to be refreshed and the air conditioning is too weak to cool down the bedrooms in hot weather. Finally the beach is not private but clean and fun with comfortable sand. Lots of families. A good value and great base of operation.

We loved our stay at the Iria Beach art hotel. I've never experienced such a warm greeting on arrival to the hotel. To say the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating would be an understatement. The hotel is located right on the beach in Naxos, about a 10-15 min drive from the port and town. The beach is literally the backyard of your hotel which is a great way to spend your afternoon. There's a bus stop right by the hotel but our experience was it's better to either get a cab to get to town or get a car, the buses were somewhat unreliable. The hotel itself is clean and the facilities are pretty nice. We even used the gym which definitely got the job done and then some.

I need a separate paragraph just to rave about Anna and the continental breakfast experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent to say the least. Anna makes everything fresh and she makes a wide spectrum of options that are incredibly delicious. Anna is so thoughtful she sends you back to your room with food items to much on later in the day. My friend and I were blown away and it was absolutely our favorite part of our stay.

Overall, would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, beautiful hotel, understated elegance. Spotlessly clean, in great condition, lovely rooms and bathrooms with great shower and other fixtures. Hotel management treats you like family. Bountiful and delicious breakfast included. You can tell how much pride and joy the proprietors take in this property. Wonderful restaurant attached. All right on Agia Anna beach. This is a place for those who want to be away from the more crowded setting for Naxos Hora. Bus stop barely a block away, but for sightseeing on rest of island, very reasonable car rental located within blocks. Easy to get taxis to and from airport or in and out of town (15 Euros each way).Hotel will help you with all that and more. I just wish that the Naxos government authorities would find a way to bury the power lines that interrupted our otherwise spectacular sunset water view. And yes, they can arrange for your laundry to be done. I would return in a minute. Bravissima, Maria!!!!

Maria and Anna and all staff are SO NICE and excellent hosts. They pride themselves, in their words, by treating you \"like family.\"
The staff went out of their way to make sure my bags were delivered from the airport when there was an impromptu luggage carrier strike, let me use their restrooms and their wifi on while waiting for my plane back to Athens later on in the week, and overall are just wonderful people.

Lovely hotel in Agia Anna

My husband and I stopped here for 5 days during our honeymoon. The hotel, as well as the town, were perfect for us. The staff at Iria is very friendly, and more than willing to go out of their way to help their customers with anything they need. The breakfast is delicious, homemade and plentiful. The location is perfectly situated between town and several beautiful beaches, and the sunsets are beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff and right on the beach

So happy with our stay at Iria. The staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, from sending us off with extra food for the day to recommending excellent places to visit on the quad bike. Anna (in charge of breakfast) was absolutely wonderful. Hotel has been completely renovated and is metres from the beach, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. And only a few minutes walk to the bus stop to get into Naxos town which goes regularly. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

On the beach

This was our second year at the Iria. We did not realize, however, that, compared to last year, this year's prices had doubled. We did not get rooms that were as good as last year's. We booked 2 triples and one double and ended up with 2 triples when we extended our vacation by 3 days. The one of the triples we ended up with (#75) was terrible. Adjacent to the restaurant of the hotel, the room smelled like fried fish when/if a window stayed open. A loud banging noise would also start around 3:30-4:00 0'clock and go on until 6-7 at night. We reported this to the reception, but nothing came out of it. The cleaning lady assigned to room 75 did not do a good job, perhaps because the Iria was short-staffed. The bath are looked dingy, dirty towels were left in the Jacuzzi, toilet paper was not enough, toiletries were left in the room stingily, etc. Definitely # 75 was not worth the money we paid for it. The staff at Iria are wonderful. Mrs. Anna, the lady in charge of breakfast at the Iria, is the sweetest, most patient and kindest person on the island, who is there all by herself to deal with breakfast for the entire hotel. Maria, at the reception, was as wonderful as last year.
Adjacent to the hotel is its restaurant called Palatia. Avoid it. It is slow, stingy and rude. Go eat at other places along the beach. Research other hotels in the neighborhood with better rates.
