Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season.

The staff here is very nice and tries to be accommodating. The mattresses are not comfortable and linens are old and terrible. For the price you pay, I'd expect better. The spa is nice and I had a lovely massage, you have to book the sauna and steamroll, but then it's private, which is a bonus. If it rains, this entire hotel is incredibly dangerous because the stone is so slick, especially the stairs, there is zero safety precaution, don't get an upper floor if you're elderly or small kids- just be aware. This is an older property that had a decent facelift to make it more modern- but it lacks basic things like coat hooks in the hallway, bathroom, no towel racks, which made it awkward to hang up your things while taking a shower. Shower has good water pressure and is hot, but bathroom was cramped and had an ill-fitting toilet seat ( wrong size) on the toilet which was sloppy and uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent and staff helpful. It is located on the road that separates you from the beach and can be quite hectic with busses and traffic. Beach itself is long and sandy with lots of beach bars, if thats your vibe. but its not tranquil at all here. the bed chairs felt dirty and worn and didn't seem inviting. For this high price know you're getting beach access for it . I didn't want to go in the jacuzzi tub I had because it looked very old and uninviting .

The staff was amazing from the very beginning. Sofia helped with transportation arrangements and was so sweet and accommodating. We appreciated the food, the bar and all of the staff. The bartender,George, was so fun and we made lots of friends at the bar. We he other drivers were wonderful and very accommodating. We would stay there again!

Best Place in Town

This place was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. The staff became like family right away. Paris, Georgia and George were wonderful. Just to mention a few. The restaurant was fabulous. We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning and enjoyed the service on the beach. The hotel is perfect with a beautiful beach and complementary sunbeds. Love this hotel! Book it! You won’t regret it!

Good enough beach hotel. Not much more to say about the hotel or Naxos in general. I recommend staying longer in Santorini (but get beach shoes)

Luxurious Hotel on Beautiful Sandy Beach

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this gorgeous waterfront hotel on Naxos. It had all amenities, including a pool, spa, beach chairs and umbrellas, and an excellent well-known restaurant. The service was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful island.

Overall positive experience. Bartender George was amazing! We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub - this was nice as well.

Biggest detractor was the shower water pressure and temperature problems. The pressure was so low it made it difficult to shower at all. This was mentioned to front desk and they sounded surprised, but we also heard similar complaints from other guests.

This property is absolutely stunning and the staff is second to none. Every one that we encountered treated us like family and met every need we didn't even know we had. Upon arrival there's a sense of excitement that we picked a great hotel. The exterior looks new and wonderful with a spa feeling...4 star. Then the room drops to a 3 star but the kicker is the bathroom.
A 1 star. It is sooo dated they didn't even attempt to update anything...feels like an old Flintstones bathroom with stained sink fixtures. I had to clean the shower head to get descent wayer spray. When you shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

Location is great and staff is friendly but our room smelled moldy and the toilet seat and lid always appeared dirty. The washcloths were crusty, the room with a jacuzzi tub in it appeared to have mold on the walls and the tub did not appear to be clean, we did not use it. There wasn’t any natural sunlight in our room. It was “semi-basement” which hotels.com did not include in the room description, it does say that on the hotel website but I didn’t check their website prior to booking through hotels.com, I wish I had. The gym was hot, no air conditioning and there weren’t any rules about having small children in there, one family had 4 kids running around while the parents used the facilities, it was hard to have a nice workout there.

Our stay at the Liana was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. They made wonderful recommendations and made sure we had whatever we needed, answering all of our questions with detail. The property appears to be very family friendly and is definitely a beachfront property with a bar and restaurant. Right across the street is their beach set up but get there early as the chairs are claimed quickly.

The staff was unaware of prices at the bar for drinks. The food at the restaurant wasn’t to our liking. When we arrived there had apparently been a power outage and the room was warm and there was no water. When we were checking out in the morning there was no one to check us out only a security, we had to wait until an employee came to check us out and she was very rude. Didn’t even ask how our stay was and they weren’t even able to order a taxi for us to the airport. We had to google and call cab companies ourselves. Overall very mediocre service and stay.

This hotel was not worth the price during high season. It’s being marketed as a lux hotel and is anything but.

The beach chairs alone were so gross and stained. You couldn’t even get one because people lay towels there at 7am then take off for the day.

The bathroom smelled like mildew. The AC was broken and it took 3 calls and a poor review in real time to finally have someone fix it.

Sofia was the only staff member that was polite and attentive.

The location is perfect! The front desk staff was very helpful in planning excursions for us. The rooms are nice, except there is no place to unpack your clothing. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. They only provide a thin blanket. Otherwise the hotel’s location is amazing.

This is a great property T the end of Agia Propiaos that is an amazing location. It’s at end of beach so not crowded; has its own lawn and ‘private beach’ and great outdoor bar. Hotel breakfast is fantastic. And most of staff is amazing. It’s easy walk south or North, and bus is so easy to catch and ride up to town or beaches Soith. The rooms are fine, but the welcome drink, pool, location and all the other amenities really make the hotel a great place to stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect! Direct access to an amazing beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. It's also only about a 5-10 min drive to Naxos city, if you're looking for a larger town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that we stayed in a room with an outdoor hotel, but never really got to use it because it was only lukewarm. We asked if they could turn up the temperature, and they did, but it still was barely warm. Not sure if this was just our room or some kind of eco-friendly saving strategy, but it was a bit of a disappointment. But overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Welcomed by Vicky the very first day and every day. She made us feel like family, giving us recommendations on seeing the island. She coordinated our rental car and had it delivered to the hotel. Great location and new modern upscale resort. Stayed four nights with 8 and 6 yr. The Elite suite was great, two large bathrooms was good surprise there. The complimentary breakfast had everything you might want. Sandy beach with comfy hotel chairs across the street serviced by the hotel. Good size pool and swallow pool for little kids. Excellent service from check in to check out. Highly recommend would stay again.

Don’t look any further! The Liana is a beautiful property, centrally located, on the beach, and has the most amazing staff and management. Everyone is so gracious. The rooms are well appointed, clean linens daily, beach towels daily, sun beds for guest use on the beach, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. Steps to the bus stop or the hotel will arrange a car rental for you to explore other parts of the island- which I highly recommend. We can’t say enough about how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff at the Liana are! Made our trip!

Had a extremely relaxing time here with our 4 year old. Staff were so friendly, property was beach front and there were beach umbrellas and chairs owned by the hotel to use for free. Beach was one of the best ones on the island, and 2mins walk to an array of restaurants and shops. If you want to see the island we suggest hiring a car, the rental places are all down the road and cheap! Overall, we would definitely come back, and stay here in the future.

Immediately upon arrival, we were met by the host (Crystal) who gave us a tour of the propert. Our bags were delivered to our room and we were given an early check-in time.

The office staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. We a rranged transfers and a car rental through them. There was never a problem. All the drivers were informative and helpful.

The location was perfect, with access to the beach directly across the street. The amenities at the beach and hotel were comfortable and classy.

The hotel is in a nice small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants a few steps away.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back.

What a find! Liana was a 10/10 experience.

Location is ideal for beaching. It is right at the end of Agio Prokopios so there is less through-traffic on the beach, and you’re also just a 5 min walk to the restaurants of Agia Anna.

Hotel amenities are fantastic. Use of all-day sun beds is included for guests, which is a big plus considering most restaurants on the beach will charge 20-30€/day plus consumption minimums. Gym is well equipped and sauna/hammam is available for use (complimentary). The pool looked very inviting though we didn’t use it. Breakfast was standard, not the best ever but definitely adequate.

The staff were gracious & obliging, willing to help with any and all requests. The room itself (deluxe with sea view) was nicely sized and the balcony was great. Everything is kept spotless (I didn’t see a speck of sand anywhere in the public areas… they must be sweeping up constantly).

Overall we felt it was very good value for money and would eagerly recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice and the people were very friendly. There was an issue with the lighting that took a day to get resolved that was the only real annoyance. We were there in the off season so there really wasn't anything to do around the hotel. It is about a 15 minute cab ride to the city where there was plenty open for us. We had a rental car and could park it on premises but in the busy season, this will be difficult. The location around the hotel will be fine once the main season opens everything up. The beach outside the hotel is beautiful and we walked it but it was too cold to swim. The hotel breakfast was fine but could have been a little more personal. The spa onsite was also nice and the sauna was clean but the steam room and the \"hot\" tub didn't get hot at all. The pool area looks great but it was too cold to experience it. Overall, it was a lovely place with lovely people, just a little far from the main action for us for the time of year we travelled.

Wonderful Naxos Hotel

Our room was amazing. We had a hot tub (actually hot, unlike other spa tubs we encountered in Greece) overlooking the Aegean. The food and service was great and the hotel has its own beach chairs/umbrellas. This is a short walk from Plaka beach if you want a more natural and mostly undeveloped beach, including nudist sections.

This was an excellent hotel! Located directly on the beach. It also had local restaurants nearby with a little bit of a town. It was very easy to take the bus. And the morning breakfast it was delicious. The staff was outstanding and they did our laundry for us for $10. We would definitely stay here again.
