The staff is outstanding. They will tend to your every need. They kept the room very clean, booked transportation, and answered all of our questions. The only challenge is that the walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach and restaurants is on a high traffic road with no sidewalks. Something to consider when booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Annita's Village. The people are lovely, the pool wonderful and room big enough for us as a family of 4 to stay very comfortably. It was cleaned impeccably every day. The walls are thick so there was real quiet at night and we slept very well. We also had a lovely balcony with excellent furniture and an awning. We swam in the pool in the mornings and went down to the beach in the afternoons. A lovely stay, thank you.

I loved Annita’s. The stag was very kind and helpful, and the place was impeccably clean. My room was lovely, with a balcony with an ocean view, a little kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was very hard though and would be the only thing I would change about the room. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The pool was lovely and clean, but a few more sunbeds would be nice since at times at was very crowded. There was a mini market very close to the hotel, which was convenient. The beach was a very close walk, although the road was a bit busy and scary at times. It would be nice to have a small shuttle to the beach area, since that was the only place to eat. And perhaps dinner buffet would be nice as well. Otherwise, a perfect stay! Thank you Annita and staff!

The owners and staff in the property are very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel grounds are pristine, there is always staff sweeping, cleaning and tidying up constantly. The bar is well stocked with local and imported beer and spirits. The breakfast was a lovely selection of continental meats, eggs and local pastries and breads

I booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon. Although it was affordable the hotel itself was run down. The room was very small, the sink in our room started leaking the second day and the breakfast was terrible and way overpriced!. Because we had a kitchen in our room we though we would just buy a few things. I left the bread out on the counter over night and woke up with any everywhere! The frying pen was also terrible. Couldn't make eggs at all! Even with using butter everything just stuck to the pen! The walk down to the bean was bearable but a little scary at night as there are parts of the road that had no lights. The only plus was that we were picke up from the port and dropped of at the bus stop. The view was also nice from our room. But other than that nothing else. The owner was nice but not very interested in explaining the area to you. So not very hospitable. I would not recomend this hotel.

Nessuna possibilità di connessione anche presente wifi sulla prenotazione, camera grande ma buia, umida perché non batte mai il sole e con poca aria. Le persone alla reception e al buffet non sorridono, salutano solo dopo il nostro saluto. Non dicono una parola per tutto il tempo e con loro atteggiamento non si rendono disponibili al dialogo. Non si propongono spontaneamente a dare suggerimenti ed info utili ai turisti.

Établissement familial très bon Acceuil très propre. Petit déjeuné satisfaisant enfin du vrai café buffet appétissant. Petite piscine dommage très peu de transats. Une voiture est indispensable pour accéder à la plage ou à des restaurants il faut suivre une route assez désagréable (étroite et pas de trottoir) . Très bon séjour petit points qui pourrait être amélioré la literie vraiment trop dure une bouilloire serait un vrai plus.

Friendly hotel that has a personal touch
We are a Family of 6 and we had two rooms for three people each. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette. The rooms also had a personal touch with nice colours.
The hotel i small and nice. The family who owns it has a personal touch and care well for the hotel and its guests. The pool was as nice as the picture and there was always a sunchair available and sometimes we had the whole pool for ourselves.
The breakfast was very good and varies every day.The outside terrace is shady and had comfortable furniture.

From the hotel you can reach the beach, restaurants and locals simply by foot but if you go out during the night it would be better to have a light with you because the street is a little bit dangerous.
The Chora is located at 7 km from Agia Anna.
The staff clean the room every day and change towels as well.
If you want it's possible to have a continental breakfast at the hotel at the price of 6 euro per person.
This structure is perfect for an holiday in Naxos.

Very nice and clean rooms. An architectural touch that makes the rooms and the hotel something special. A minor thing is the lack of street lights in the night while walking back to the hotel ( but this has to do with the municipality of agia Anna and not the hotel).

In primis segnalo che l'hotel non effettua il transfer gratuito dal porto come normalmente avviene in Grecia. La struttura è suddivisa fra camere dell'hotel e studios con cucina.Il monolocale era molto pulito,gli arredi non nuovi ma in buone condizioni, anche il bagno era un pò datato ma passabile. Piscina pulitissima. La prima sera siamo stati accolti da un nugolo di zanzare, per cui abbiamo dormito le notti seguenti con l'A/C, non sappiamo se si è trattato quindi di un fatto episodico. Agios Anna è raggiungibile a piedi, tuttavia, occorre prestare attenzione alle auto al ritorno di sera. Si consiglia il noleggio di un mezzo. wifi imbarazzante.

Mein Partner und ich würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Schöne Zimmer, angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal (sprechen zwar fast kein englisch, doch sie bemühen sich sehr ;-)). Bei uns gab es noch einen kleinen Zwischenfall: die Badezimmertür klemmte einmal so fest, dass mein Freund schlussendlich aus dem kleinen Fenster herausklettern musste! Nichts desto trotz..wir würden wieder einmal Annita und ihr Mops Frieda, in ihrer Village besuchen :)
