Overall, I had a positive stay. While the hotel may not be as top-notch as some of the major chains, it functions well. Despite the room high rates, it’s clear that some cost-saving measures are in place, for example, the juice served at breakfast was watered down and definitely not freshly made. The rooms are moderately sized rather than spacious, but housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.

We requested a room with 2 beds and got a room with only one bed which was a disaster. A request was made to check the reservation and provide the room as per the booking. The reservation clerk did not follow up on the request. Instead we were asked if he could charge extra for incidental charges.
The room was much smaller too and not as per the reservation made.
We got only one room key at the check in counter which was an inconvenience. The room key also provided access to the elevators and even when one of us had to use the lobby or the dining area, we both had to get out of the room.As we had only one key it could either provide power to the room or can be used to access the elevators.
We will never stay here again.

So far the best 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so welcoming and accommodating to any requests. The best part was there was complimentary kids menu which made our mind into ease. The dinner and breakfast buffet was just superb. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay. I can’t think of any flaws because they exceeded all our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we were here with our guides, the service was amazing. The days that I booked outside of our tour however were bad enough that I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. An air handler had our floor flooded on the first stay. Drains were not draining in the room, and the overall room condition was subpar. On the tail end of our trip, There was the smell of mildew on my floor, and upon checkout the cashier tried to charge me for snacks that I had never touched (this was at 2am on the 5th of July). The only thing keeping me from giving a one star is that the service was very good on the days that our local tour guides booked and accompanied us.

An absolute hidden gem

Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. We were made part of the celebrations and even met the General Manager of the hotel (Suman, I believe) who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Rajesh was excellent and very knowledgeable about the offerings at the hotel, and even ensured that we got a room that was convenient and comfortable for our needs. The room was well laid out and efficient. All amenities provided were of excellent quality. Rajesh went above and beyond for a special milestone birthday, and decorated the room with balloons, cards, and cake. That chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I have had and it certainly left a lasting impression. My only critique was that the bed was very firm for our taste and we often woke up with sore neck and back. The buffet breakfast was decent, but you get the same items everyday (with very minimal changes). Service at the buffet restaurant was sub par as we had to often request the same thing a few times.

Nonetheless, the overall stay was excellent and I would absolutely stay at the Le Meridien (in Gurgaon) again.

This was my second visit to this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very helpful and always cater to your needs. The weekends can be a little crowded for buffet breakfasts but the staff do help you out. Special shoutout to Saril from the Latest Recipe restaurant for providing great recommendations. As soon as we entered the property we could tell that this is not a 5 star experience because there was no bell boy to receive the luggage earlier and when he came, he was very cold to us. Upon security check we were informed that speakers are not allowed in the room which is very absurd. The room allotted to us had a broken tap and upon usage water started leaking from the tap as well as the bathtub. The air conditioner was not working properly. So we had to request for a room change. The staff is highly inexperienced and not at all courteous as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The wait time for any type of room service is very long, you will have to call at least twice for something as simple as bath towels which would take 30 mins to come. Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all.

It is one of the best hotels in the city. The rooms are clean and amenities are best in class. I stayed in a club room so it had the club lounge access although the lounge is not functional now due to COVID-19 but they do provide a happy hour in one of the restaurants. The food is very delicious and you get a wide variety of continental breakfast/lunch/dinner. The hotel also has multiple restaurants/cafe/bar in house. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Saril from the Latest Recipe restaurant for providing great recommendations and Akshay from restaurant team for providig great service. Another special shoutout to Anjali from front desk for arranging the decoration of my room for my first anniversary. The Wi-Fi is great and works on each and every floor. Overall I had a great experience and would love to revisit them.

The top floor of the hotel is being refurbished, which can be heard from rooms below during the day. And in the evening you can hear loud music from the bar next to the pool. It’s not a good hotel to come to if you like it quiet! If you stay at this hotel ensure to request a room on the opposite side from the pool and on a lower floor. Everything else is good.

Overall experience good. Hotel staff in general good except during check out. It took much longer than expected as one of the staff forgot to charge for the last night (we checked out very late and we booked for that night, too). That staff didn’t seem to know what to do and had to have another staff help her. She didn’t even know how to say sorry for the delay. It was the other staff who helped her that kept apologising.

It’s an ok hotel. Rooms are small and not as clean as I have seen other hotels - definitely not Le Meridien standard. I have stayed multiple times in this area in other hotels like Taj Vivanta, Westin etc. Anyday I will go back to Taj; price, cleanliness, staff and food are better than Le Meridien. I was checked into Room 523 and I had to ask for a room change (mind I am not a picky person in general) as the room was not clean (back of the pillow was literally dusty) and there was bug in the A/C vent. Anyways, they changed me (staff was polite) to another room and that was clean (but small compared to Taj rooms). Gym and food are good.

Le Meridian is a great brand, but unfortunately my room at the Gurgoan property was awful. Dirty Bed cover, dirty bathroom, room not painted for several years.
The rooms badly need upgrading, even a deep clean would be better than nothing.
On the plus side the Common areas were nice and the service outstanding!

Great if you're staying in Gurgaon for business. The hotel is minutes from the Delhi yellow metro line that can easily bring you to Delhi or connect you to the Gurgaon line. Nice gym and breakfast.
Rooms are nice (although a little bit small) and staff is kind (although a little bit slow at times).

Value for money, great location.

It's a low-frill (by Indian standards) business hotel and is very reasonably priced. Wifi connection is strong and reliable. I was surprised at how small the rooms are - typically rooms are much larger in India. It also seems some rooms have been renovated whilst others have not.
The first room I had was very old. Stains on carpet and awful mold smell from an obvious water damage issue on the wall.
After I asked to change rooms, I was thankfully moved to a renovated room, which was much better.
Staff are efficient and very courteous.
Location is good, on the Gurgaon/Delhi border.
