The inernet was not available initially. When got connected was too slow to function. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Had to keep my insulin injection at the reception refrigerator. The manager regretted the inconvenience. The stay was far from pleasant.

Good hotel.

Hotel is very good for the price. It’s a old property , but very comfortable. Good rooms , comfortable beds , courteous staff , good amenities , good WiFi. Nothing to complain about. Location os not bad either. Right next to a wine shop and malls near by. I wound definitely stay again.

There are few things i liked here. But the overwhelming awful smell of sewage in the room was unbearable. Staff was prompt to use air fresher which helped only for a couple of minutes. Before the smell returned. Other than that everything else met my expectations.

Nice hotel close to Sector 29 and all the offices which one would like to visit, distance to the Metro is quiet recommended.

Also shopping malls are close by to the location and hence one could opt for this hotel as an option!

One also needs to consider higher floors as they give good view.

Excellent Choice for Business Travellers

Stay was very good. Service is quick and courteous. Food is delicious. Area is quiet and calm. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
Commuting is very convenient as it is 2 minutes from Global Business Park Metro Station. This hotel is very convenient if you have business meetings in Cyber City or Udyog Vihar area.
Internet wifi needs improvement. The speed is very slow and disconnection quite frequent.
Overall, recommended for business travelers. Value for money!

fancy but very flawed hotel

Very looking hotel at decent location (next to the metro). However, the room is not well maintained. The lock didn't work well, the toilet barely flushed, the plugs were flaky, etc. Not worth the annoyance and money.

Never expect ITC quality

Cant believed that it was ITC hotel. Dirty and very ordinary.I paid some Rs 7000+ taxes and got shock at the quality of hotel, no proper light in the room, very old type

Convenient Location for doing business in Gurgaon

Hotel is located in the heart of Gurgaon business district. Rooms are good sized with all basic amenities that you would need for business travel. The highlight is the restaurant that serves quality food that one has come to expect of ITC hotels. It is not common to find such food quality for this hotel range.

Areas of improvement would be the car service. Poor driver grooming, didn't know the Gurgaon area even milestone office buildings. It will also be nice to have an electric iron in the room. The swimming pool certainly needs to be maintained in case a guest fancies using it, which I did not.

The hotel is ok. Staff very friendly. Location is close to the metro but not convenient to other places in Gurgaon. Room was nice but problem is that the toilet didn't flush properly. Had to flush it at least 5 times after each use. This is the Club room. also, the club lounge needs a lot more in there. other than a few couches there's nothing else. need to have bar or beverage counter and tv.

Location is great.

Ive never been disappointed with the stay at the fortune Global in Gurgaon.The sheets are always clean, I think the breakfast lacks sufficient proteins that are grilled. (excluding eggs) Though this is my opinion and very specific to what I look for. For a simple business hotel , I think they work well.

Slow service and highly overpriced

Stayed here for four nights in October 2012. I have stayed at other Fortune hotels before and went in with an expectation but these guys are particularly bad. The property is very small. Service in the rooms is very slow. Almost everything takes double the time that you would expect. I tried visiting the gym and was appalled to see the state of the changing rooms (unclean - as if no one has used them for the last 2 months). Even the hotel staff wasnt very helpful. I had to ask them multiple times to credit my points to my loyalty account. I wouldnt pay this price for such a service. Maybe if they were priced half of what they are charging right now, I might be alright with this quality. Not recommended

the only thing good about this hotel is the staff is very good, the services are very poor we did not had hot water for first three days of our stay than we got warm water after complaining a lot than wifi internet service is very funny you have to call every 8 hours to get a new password, though we had booked for 5 days.
We had terrible experience.

Very nice stay in Gurgaon

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although outside was about 5C, the temperature inside was perfect, unlike some other hotels in New Delhi. Perfect location right by the metro. Very nice spread in the breakfast buffet. Very good food also for lunch and dinner. The only complaint was the somewhat pricey cab ride to the train station. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

Large rooms, impeccable service

This was the first Fortune in Gurgaon - impeccably maintained, large clean comfortable rooms & a very friendly staff.

It is steps to the new Metro (you can't hear the train at all in the rooms) so very easy to get to the malls in Gurgaon or into Delhi proper.

Ask for a room at the end of the corridor if you don't want to hear the elevator noise or people walking by

Having visited india 62 times in the past few years and stayed in nearly all the hotels in the area. I found myself being charged for things I had already paid for. I paid for the room and taxes in advance,but on checking out had to argue for almost an hour with reception that I had pre paid.There are a lot more accommodating hotels in this price range who give you the service you deserve.
I will never stay at this hotel again.

Close to the office

On my first trip to Delhi, I stayed at the Sheraton, a jewel of a hotel with world class standards. Unfortunately Delhi traffic is so bad, the relaxation of the hotel was overwhelmed by the stress of the taxi ride to the office.

Thus my stay at the Fortune Select Global Gurgaon - it's in the same park as my office. Walking to work was a joy but the hotel is not nearly as nice. The room was clean but the entire floor had a musty, mouldy smell despite the small oil scented oil lamps placed strategically around.

The room was well sized by US standards and absolutely giant compared to typical European hotels. Everything was in good working order - lights and plumbing. The AC was blissfully cold.

Tea/coffee service was available in the room and two free .5l water bottles were included - a plus given the quality of the tap water.

Power outages were frequent, though (at least 4 during the first day I was there), lasting from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes. I was thankful I was not in the elevator/lift when they happened.

Restaurants were good - a typical Indian/pseudo-Western buffet at breakfast included grilled tomato, bacon and sausages for the English/American tastes. The masala dosa was good, too. I dined in the upstairs restaurant to a prix fixe menu that included many tasty dishes prepared to order and really more food than I could handle at a sitting. The price was very reasonable by US standards.

There is nothing of note to do or see in the area around the hotel other than the attached office park. If you're looking for night life, tourist info, etc, look elsewhere. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, but really, only because of it's proximity to my office.

Good location

Nice location, but the taxi service offered by the Hotel is very expensive. No doubt its a luxury car and probably worth it, but having cheaper options would help travellers going to a few KM, where luxury is not important.

The breakfast is awesome and worth waking up early to enjoy it thoroughly.
