The property is dark and very dirty. It appears to be a hotel where most of the people are living there. They have chairs outside the doors with cigarette butts. It's dirty trashy and I would never stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was nice. The TV didn't have very many channels unless you used her own accounts to open apps. There was no coffee machine or coffee. The towels were clean but they had old stains on them. There was a refrigerator in the room but someone had left food in it and it hadn't been cleaned out. This property was not up to the standards of what I believe hotel.com expects

I booked a ground floor king bed and when we got to the motel they said they didn’t have it anymore. What is the use of a reservation if the motel doesn’t honor it?
S shower was luke warm and slow to drain. Smell of smoke drifting in from neighbors rooms smoking in front.. cats everywhere

Bed sheets stained. Old torn desk chair. No phone. Writing on light switch. Broken bath faucet. No remote, tv was on n stayed on. No ac. I can’t believe this is on Expedia website. Slept about 3 hours only because we couldn’t drive anymore n too tired to get another hotel. I never complain, but this was unbelievably a bad experience!!! I need a refund on this poor old hotel.

Eloy is not really a town, it's a bunch of truck stops with a couple motels. We should have left at check in but were just hoping for clean sheets. Nope. They were dingy, stained, wrinkled...were they even changed? Room was nasty. We aren't too picky, we often get motels when travelling. Slept with our clothes on, hoods up and shoes on. Did not leave anything in the room or in our car. Got woken up at 11/12pm by people outside being very loud, laughing, etc. They parked their no exhaust truck with the headlights directly shining in our room. They left at 1am, came back 20 minutes later. They left again at 3am, came back 20 minutes later. Earlier they were installing a subwoofer and carrying large tubs out of their room. Not a place to stay. I think a lot of people live there. We left the next morning and got a room in Casa Grande at the Super 8.

The room was disgusting, there were stains all over the bed, spider webs in the corners with spiders in them. There was no smoke detector. The whole room smelt like cigarette smoke and it was nasty. There was no trash and the door did not lock securely.

It was okay.. Its a run down building that could use some maintenence, you can tell the rooms probably havent been scrubbed down scrubbed down since who knows when, but it was comfortable. We didntbhave any issues with safety, the neighbors were super friendly, lical convenience stores and fast food restaurants. within walking distance. They had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels in the room. Other than being over charged by Expedia we had a great stay.

It was in a very rough area just behind a truck rest stop. When I first got there the room did not have a deadlock to be used or any extra lock of any kind, and it was a code to enter the room, meaning I could not fully lock myself inside. I brought this up, and at first the people in reception tried to explain the door self locks when you close it, as if I'm stupid and don't understand that. I explained that as a single female traveller I can't just rely on the locked door with a code, I need to be able to lock the door from the inside as well. Although unlikely, it is possible for someone to figure out the code and come in to my room. Eventually they managed to get me a maintenance guy who installed a lock on the door, but he also had to cut some things to make it work, and just left with sawdust all over the floor still there.
The safety issue did get resolved, but took up a lot of my time, and energy. Also, the pool was empty (info says closed from November 1st, I was there in mid September). Even if it was open, I would not have wanted to get in to it from the looks of it.

Play Stupid Games Win Stupid Prizes

Went in to the room the refrigerator had defrosted an leaked so I went to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms. Keep in mind its midnight, so my husband and three kids with me, I asked for towels to clean it and I am handed a 4 by 8 fiber cloth when its a major amount of water on the ground and we explain this is not going to help and he said well i am just going to issue you a refund as if it was so much to ask for assistance in cleaning up a mess that was present in a room that was supposed to be clean. What makes it worse is I had done business at the hotel and the previous gentleman working were great and that was some months back. Its amazing that this is considered good customer service. Its not I rate this interaction at a Negative 10,000 for failing to attempt an issue that is a management problem and not a customer problem. Now they haven't answered hotels.com calls to confirm my refund, why am I not suprised. Raggedy businesses do Raggedy things, never fails.

Run down, very bare bones. Stayed only because of a dust storm.
The toilet seat was broken & shifted terribly causing me to almost fall on the floor the first time I used it. Very dangerous! Deadbolt lock required assistance from manage on the outside pulling as hard as he could & me on the inside pushing to get it to turn & latch. Room looked like a teenager made up the bed & horrid sheets which were extremely worn & dingy. Floor not swept & a wet towel was rolled up on bathroom counter & no clean linens provided.
Th only good thing to say really about this property is that the manager on duty was extremely helpful with rapid response to the issues, friendly & professional. I wish I could remember his name as he deserves kudos. Also I could add that it was quiet inside the room despite being very, very near busy interstate.

I booked this hotel for my husband after a work trip. He was going to arrive there between 1AM and 3AM so I called the hotel to make sure he could check in. They said no problem. When he arrived there was this “self check-in” computer that had zero instructions and a phone number that we called 10 times and got no answers from. He was frustrated after a long trip. We finally figure out the computer, it said that our reservation wasn’t made (even though we had called and confirmed earlier that afternoon) and they made us pay all over again. Mind you he stayed because at this point it was 4AM and nothing else was open. When he got to the room he said it was disgusting and there was this RED dust all over the place. He woke up with bites!!
He got there at 4AM and left at 8AM because he couldn’t stand the place. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels at the same rate and they were clean and much more convenient than this. We are never staying here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My stay was actually for 4 days prior thru another booking in the same room.

First I booked a queen room and knew I'd be checking in late. I called when I booked and asked if that was okay and he said no problem. I arrived and the kiosk said my room was not available (no real person in the office). I called the manager and he said there was an issue and no other queen rooms so I can stay in a double room or find another hotel. Since it was 11pm I did not want to go through the hassle of another hotel. I asked if I could have a partial refund due to the room being a downgrade and he refused, again telling me if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else. I was charged for a queen room on expedia and the receipt the kiosk printed out for my 2 double beds was less than that. (I do know that rooms are not always guaranteed when booking on expedia - that is not the issue). The issue is I paid for a more expensive room and he put me in a less expensive room and refused to do a partial refund and was extremely rude about it. Even after chatting with expedia and having them contact the manager he still refused to compensate for the difference between what was on the receipts. The inn was not full and there seems to be dozens of empty rooms, I can't imagine that there was literally no other queen rooms or why he would not partially refund the difference.

The place smelled of cat piss. There was cats everywhere outside. Alot of them . First room they gave me was never cleaned from last visitor .
Second room they gave me wasnt clean at all . Both rooms reeked of cat urine and wet animal hair. I can smell it now. I wouldnt have stayed but my work paid for room . Im letting them k ow as well. Stay away.sleep in your car first.

Omg this was just a place to sleep. I actually slept on the top sheet bc the fitted sheet had stains on it. Staff was a bit aloof and dismissive. Just wanted to get out. I stayed in 127 and it sounded like there was a leak from upstairs when the toilet flushed there was a splash in my bathroom. And yes, I took pictures. Horrifying. Sorry, this was really bad, hence the review.

Room had a touch pad ‘key’ to unlock the door. Difficult. Television not easy either. Desk clerk was helpful getting into the room and gave us hints on how to work the tv remote. Best thing was the mattresses. So comfy.

Over 20 loose black hairs on bathroom floor.

First our door was open (not closed) when we went to put the code in the door. Then, the sink looked like it had been used for painting and not cleaned up afterwards. EVerywhere you turned in the bathroom had loose black hairs. Like in one spot 20 strings at least. Along with finding hairs on the counter, tub and toilet floor. The lid to the seat was loose and at the bottom, it was stained a dark brown. No iron, no chair to sit down, no hair dryer in the room. Hard to lock doors top lock and had to lift and push closed. It was the grosses room I've ever stayed in my life.

The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked and AV/Heat wokee correctly too.

Very filthy room! Drove up and 2 couples lighting up crack pipes in parking lot by the rooms. We did NOT feel safe!!! We drove for 14 hours and were extremely tired or else we have drove to Tuscan. There were pieces of toilet tissue around the toilet. The floor was disgusting. The place should be condemed from any business!!!
