Staff knowledge about few things made things terrible and specially with ordering food from outside. Amenities were nightmare - phone had issue, TV remote didn’t work, safe didn’t work and new safe stopped working while it got installed. Shift manager tried there best but ultimately it took first 3 hours to all things in order and food got cold before we could enjoy it.

This place is clearly a great value for your money. I had a 'Deluxe' room with lots of space and very nice bathroom. I enjoyed the A/C and sound-proofing in the room along with prompt room service.

The beds are comfy. The pool is nice and clean but it’s in the shade most of the day due to its position and people smoke by it (which won’t bother everyone). Breakfast is very good and we loved our goodbye cake. The waiting staff, security and cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. Check in wasn’t great at all - we certainly didn’t feel welcomed at all. The a la carte menu food we had was mediocre. Two duvets smelled strongly of smoke so we had to get them replaced. The room was tired, especially the bathroom with mould in the silicone and the shower threshold was hanging off so the bathroom flooded every time we used it. No robes or slippers were provided.

The experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a while just to be informed. After requesting, they eventually provided a room, but it had a noticeable smoke smell. The TV wasn't working, and I had to call housekeeping to get it fixed. This isn't a decent hotel if you are looking for a couple of days or stay, not more than that. The property is in good condition, rooms are comparable to other 4 star hotels in Delhi NCR and are generally clean. The main problem area is the service and lack of enough staff. The management prefers allotting hotel staff to banquets, marriages etc instead of guests. When we checked in, a marriage party was going on and it was just too loud. It took a long time for our luggage to arrive in our room. Throughout that evening the party raged downstairs below our window. Not sure if they understand that if you have such a loud party that night, at least have the sense to allot a room on a different wing to travelers who are coming to rest after a long journey. The room itself had all the amenities, but housekeeping took 15-30 mins at least to come and respond after a call. Things got better if you called after the evening when the traffic had died down. Food was below par to other Radissons (IGI and Noida had better food) and in room dining selections mostly had typical spicy dishes and request to calibrate the spice down mostly did not work. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Another rather inconvenient thing was if you wanted to get food delivered you had to go yourself downstairs and collect from the gate. Most 5 star hotels would accept the parcel at the reception and have it delivered (if staff available) or let you pick it up. The staff were nice and cordial.

Air condition were set on fixed temp, I was not able to lower the temp. Every person has it’s own temp liking, but this thing forced me to sleep like that, eventhough after calling managers again and again there was no solution, everything else was wonderful, but if you are not able to sleep properly then what’s a whole point of spending so much money, eventually I had to ask them for the fan, so that I can sleep, to be frank if you are single then it’s ok, but if you are staying as a couple temp is hot. Your body demands of that cooling temp for sometimes, to be honest. I hope this can be fixed, I would love to stay in this hotel everytime.

Also in the hotel building or elevators guests were not wearing a mask.
I asked a couple of them, and they did put it on without any issues, so it would not be that hard to keep it safe for everyone.
