Everything was perfect! The rooms were superb, with great attention paid to every single detail. The pools were warm and very clean. There were plenty of different dishes to try, offering a wonderful variety of food. The kids’ club had lots of fun activities for children, and my family absolutely loved this resort.

We visited end of summer season. The weather is already cold, but swimming pools (except only one) was cold. The main swimming pool for a small age children was always cold.
We went to the Spa area, and there are also cold water inside jacuzzi and for babies swimming pool. Hamam area also was cold.
Overall, room condition rate more 3 stars hotel not the ,,luxury”. The side of our room location was cold too without the sunlight.
Unfortunately we were too busy with two children and did not have time to change the room.
Finally we only enjoyed the dinning area, but because of the rotavirus our first week was tough and not enough time for relax.

Everything was excellent. We all loved it. Especially the food and service were perfect. Our kids loved the heated pool and the kids club.
The only slightly not so perfect thing was to try to find sunbeds because people tend to reserve them by leaving towels etc.
Would definitely stay again.

My stay at Calista was an exceptional experience, the resort is very upscale, the facilities are very beautiful, the green spaces are immaculate, in addition to the quality of the buffet and the variety and deliciousness of the items. At first, I was keen to try playing tennis for the first time in my life, then I wandered between the resort's pools and its diverse and truly unique bars. It is an unforgettable visit. I thank the staff, they were very kind from the moment we were received and checked in until we left the resort. The only drawback of the hotel is the high price of the resort, although it is worth every dollar

I really liked this resort. The best pool out of every other luxury resort I’ve been to in Antalya. I wish the food options were more different and better quality. I didn’t like any of the non Turkish sweets they gave (ex: the cakes, beautiful pastries, etc. they tasted like nothing)

Great stay and activities, amazing desserts

Really enjoyed our stay there. The interior is gorgeous—modern but warm, with plenty of cozy corners and stylish touches everywhere you look. Our room was spacious, airy, and spotless, with every detail taken care of so it felt instantly relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The location is perfect with its own private beach, so you get the sea views without the crowds. The AC gym is not huge, but well-equipped, which was great after all the lounging around in the sun.

What really made it memorable, were the activities. They had everything from basketball, beach volleyball, water polo to regular and flying yoga. Arcade access was a great entertainment for a teenager. Everything was organized quite well, so you just needed to show up on time. Live entertainment was quite good too with some fairly professional dance performances, although the inevitable 'magic shows' were somewhat dated and questionable.

Food was plentiful with a good variety of healthy, not-so-healthy, and some local cuisine options. But a special thank you has to go to the desserts. I don’t throw this phrase around lightly, but their desserts chef is a genius. The cakes, pastries, mousses and god-knows-what-else-it-was weren’t just delicious—they were art on a plate. Every day felt like a little dessert adventure, and nothing else I’ve tried anywhere compares. Hats off and hands down!

The staff don’t speak English most of them, but all speaks Russian.
The pool is okay, but you need to wake up early to get a spot!
The kids pool don’t have a shadow.
The food is the same everyday, and it taste like cow!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless and ensure guests are well taken care of, whether it’s with food, drinks, or assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa is spotless and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Special mention to Selda, the photographer, whose talent and warmth made our trip even more memorable with beautifully captured moments. A big thank you to Elvira at customer relations for her outstanding service and attention to detail—she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also Special thanks to Hussain at the Spa with his excellent customer service.

Overall, this hotel absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating, and we can’t wait to return!

High expectations were not met at this supposed luxury hotel. It looks great, but the customer service on the front desk is shockingly poor. This was off-season, a lot of facilities closed & less guests staying. But, this is meant to be a 5 star luxury hotel which is much more expensive than the other all inclusive around this coastline. On arrival it took a while for anyone to come out and assist with our bag. Even then no-one helped to take in the small bags whilst we had kids with us. First person checked us in spoke English and pleasant and professional. We looked and around and it does look amazing. Then we were led by someone from front desk who didn’t say a single word whilst taking us to our room (admittedly she didn't speak much English but still was a cold welcome to our room). Gave us a room which was in a building away from main restaurant (this became a problem when it was raining constantly trying to take 2 children)
We had issues dealing with front desk for a few requests which were just shrugged off. Everything was then discussed with guest relations. Olesya, tried to make amends and offered to cover our transportation to the airport. But this covered over the cracks. As we went to depart at the receptions desk, it is customary for the hotel to chat and ask about our stay, leave with a smile. Instead we were met with a shrug by taking our keys and that’s it. We were glad to leave! Felt like wasted money due to lack of great customer service.

Good choice of food and facilities but some restaurants were closed, nice beach and beach front bar, very relaxing lobby area, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the hotel gave discount on restaurant meal with a birthday cake and champagne and discount on Pavilion hire, overall staff were nice but communication were an issue as most didn’t understand English, Spa experience below average, reception staff not helpful at all but guest relation staff made up for it, unfortunately our rooms were dated with mould in the bathroom, we paid for seaview rooms, sea was very far but rooms were just on top of children swimming pool, so couldn’t use the balcony as it was noisy, we asked reception staff to change our rooms but were told fully booked, our rooms were not cleaned at times and only general tidy up done, very late cleaning times, bin was not emptied one day and tissue box not replaced, overall good experience but would not visit again

Please don't choose this hotel - it is unsafe. The last day at this hotel all my money was stolen. Somebody opened my purse and completely emptied my wallet. The guest services department never apologized and were rude when they conducted their \"investigation\". They were not sympathetic and acted as if theft at this hotel was a normal occurence. I would recommend to stay away from this hotel and find a place where safety and security is a priority for hotel staff and management.

I’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room.

If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall.

The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner.

The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

* Calista hotel is by far the best 5 starts hotel I have visited in Antalya.
* All the hotel facility and amenities are top notch, the services are great, the rooms are big, furnished and decorated very well.
* There are tons of daily activities that fits everyone( children, adults, sports/athletics, etc.). I liked the gym and cross fit classes.
* The food is amazing and high quality. There’s a wide variety of food made fresh everyday.
* The entertainment show at amphitheater is very good, and there’s a different DJ every night at the charm beach club… I liked the daily live music (DJ) at charm club, they play amazing music.
* All the hotel crew are polite, nice and very helpful.
* A very big and Special (thank you) to the following people:
* Guest service and guest relation teams.
* Sport Academy: Gulay @ the gym.
* Sport Academy: katya, the cross fit training. She’s very professional and prepare/design a different workout program everyday.
* Main Restaurant: Chef Mustafa göncü chef, he’s a true gentleman, professional and has a very good attitude. He’s always offers check if I need anything and arrange all my special requests.
* Main Restaurant: Chef Hilmi, very polite man that’s always willing to help.
* And finally everyone @ Calista hotel that makes our stay is unforgettable!

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of both taste and quality. Given our high expectations prior to our visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Additionally, other restaurants, apart from the open buffet, were also great, though there is room for improvement in the Italian à la carte restaurant. The night entertainment was also fun, and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Calista is a fantastic resort. From the moment we arrived to departure the service and staff were great, ensuring every request and need was catered to. Our room was large abd spacious and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Food and drink was high quality, premium brands and the sushi restaurant was awesome. Buffet restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to. Lastly the resort entertainment was really good, very impressive production in the evenings and good daytime agenda. Thanks to the Calista team, we hope to be back.

Absolutely didn’t meet our expectations, the price per room has been raised tremendously (due to COVID and all the actually decent hotel are booked), but the service and overall quality has nothing to do with luxury and worth a 3 star hotel level tops.
Miserable management staff at the reception that just yells and defends their hotel and does nothing to help a customer, from check in to requesting a cabana we received a horrible experience.
Overall hotel staff has no experience, barely understands English or Russian, we always received wrong orders. Hotel is over booked right now, forget social distancing- buffet is a joke, small room with guests climbing on top of each other to get eggs and cheese for 15 mins. Food and liquor quality is a cheap cruise or airplane food level.
Room cleaning staff is overwhelmed, goes in and out of rooms in 5 mins, doesn’t vacuum floor, forget about disinfecting anything.
Hotel in itself has very basic amenities for Belek area, Only positive side was the miniclub and miniclub entertainment personnel.
Overall, do not overpay for this hotel-not worth it , we are def not coming back here.

Amazing all inclusive package, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet was huge and the food plentiful. The Hotel gave my son a Birthday treat at one of the restaurants, which was really nice, as well as providing cute small slippers and gowns for the children to use in the room. The list of activities ensures that you will not need to leave the resort in search of entertainment. The rooms were spacious and clean, the only downside was that for some reason the cups that were used in the room were not washed, otherwise, I would have rated it a 10/10. The child-friendly facilities also kept my two children entertained - the hardest part was deciding what to do in a limited time. My family thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay, and we would certainly return.

The service is extraordinarily great. The grounds are beautiful. The pools and the cafe on the pier over the sea were our favorite. A place like this is always going to attract families with children, and there is certainly many organized activities for children. But the resort is a great place for couples without children as well as the children do not dominate.

Pool and beach very nice. Service everywhere was good. Good variety could be improved for beef eaters and really as a 5 star hotel catering for mainly non Muslims should serve pork. Would definately go again though.

My husband and I went for a quick honeymoon. We are American but had our wedding in the country of Georgia and wanted a quick getaway since we aren’t able to take our FULL honeymoon until Sept. They welcomed us with an upgrade and wine, a honeymoon package, two free a la Carte restaurant reservations (ended up not using them because the food in the main area was already just good and satisfying). Now I will say, because I’ve been all over the world, this isn’t a modern hotel furniture wise but because of the service, food, and perks, I got over it fast. If they had more modern rooms and lobby, I would give it a million stars. Lots of kids around though... so if you don’t have any and want it super romantic, this isn’t your spot. But if you have kids this is paradise!

Me and my family, especially my old parents, had a great time in Calista Resort. It was very important for me that parents will enjoy the hotel. They loved Calista. Very polite and classy staff, clean and comfy rooms, beautiful territory, delicious meals... It was perfect stay.

When the bigger restaurant opened, it was a lot nicer and better food. Staff in every department were amazing. The guest relation staff. Indoor pool and both saunas and turkish bath were really good.
There where several dysfunctional equipments in Arcade or game room.

This luxurious hotel has a good location. The receiption service is convienment for customers who don't need wait the line. They will serve you on table of bar. they will take care everything for you. the beach is under construction because of winter season. The food is nice for all days.

Calista is what you want from a holiday resort plus everthing you didn't even know existed! They go beyond your expectations!!! The bar staff, the dining area waiters and the managers are exraordinary! Very special thanks to the Calhippo staff at the Kids Club (Attila, Svetlana, Masha) and all the others who I don't know by name YET!!! And a special thanks to Shaq at entertainment, he works hard at his job ofcourse, but he helps in any way he can anywhere He can. It was so beautiful place ,quite ,cleanness and so tasty with many different types of foods...just I think because it's not a season not all restaurant opened and no activities.. Therefore we would know about it before it was better..

Everything about this hotel surpassed expectations. Reception and check in a breeze, food in buffet spectacular with a huge variety for all tastes. You can pay 10 Euro for a-la-carte as well. Rooms large and clean. Snacks everywhere. Top shelf alcohol. Service prompt and will even guess what you would like to drink. Animation team excellent, very professional shows.
