The architecture is stunning and makes the hotel worth a visit. Food was good but nothing exceptional. Most disappointing was the room - terrible lighting, the safe didn’t work, TV didn’t work. No hairdryer and when we asked for one, no plug to use…until a janitor brought a screwdriver to stick into the top plug hole. The room door would not lock on exit. A bit too much style over substance sadly. All fixable but at this level of hotel, it should not happen at all.

We recently celebrated our anniversary with a stay at The Roseate New Delhi in room 120 from January 19th to 20th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The impeccable service and warm hospitality truly made our celebration special.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sumit Singh, Surbhi, Rakesh, Ramdev Ji, Pandit Ji, Ashutosh and Malavika for their exceptional service. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Pandit Ji, thank you for the amazing and divine puja, which added a sacred touch to our celebration.

I also want to express my deep gratitude for the complimentary meals provided for our child. It was a thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated. Thank you to the unnamed staff from all departments, including in-room dining, restaurants, valet, housekeeping, other duty managers, and everyone else I may have missed. Your collective efforts made our stay truly memorable.

The property itself was exceptionally well-maintained, and the landscaping was nothing short of breathtaking. It felt like we had been transported to a serene paradise, despite being just meters away from the city's hustle and bustle. The decor, flowers, balloons, bubble bath, and cake were perfect, and my wife was truly impressed. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was so happy that she didn't want to leave.

I know I am missing out on many names that I may have forgotten, and I apologize for the same. Please know that I am extremely grateful to them too

Great property with big water bodies which are very cleaned and mosquitoes free despite the weather.

I don't understand why this property is rated as a 5* property. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel is under renovation and it doesn't state that anywhere while booking it. The entrance to the hotel is on a dirt road. The carpeting in the hallways are dirty and old. There is no cafe or bar available in the lobby of the hotel. Very limited amenities.

Amazing rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. However, there was no common space to spend time with our friends. We had to hang out with each other in our rooms or at the 1 restaurant that was open. They did have multiple restaurants and bars, but the hours were super limited. We didn't even make it to the others because they were closed most of the time. Also, pictures had photos of cabanas by the pool, but there were none. Great hotel for a quick stopover in Delhi if you want to be by the airport, but wouldn't recommend staying for longer.

People go to a resort or hotel to relax, sit in the nature, We were not allowed to sit on the grass.

Do not book here, unable to get taxis, and hotel charges an arm and a leg for a 10minute trip.

Room key card did not work due to their error, advised will deliver to the room, had to call 3 times for the keycard. Got delivered the next morning, that too after a call.

Probably a stunning hotel when opened however its looking very tired. Stains in the room & leaking showers. Many things in the room didnt work, very thin walls. Ceiling leaking near reception leaving multiple wet areas on steps, made it very slippery & dangerous. The staff were friendly & very helpful however the building lets it down. The hotel has great architecture and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed overnight for a flight layover.
As soon as we go to the reception, we were not greeted warmly. I had to initiate a conversation for our reservation. Throughout the stay, the staff was cold and unfriendly. Not sure if this is the culture of this hotel or ust the staff but traveling for 16 days and staying at multiple hotels we didn't get cold and unfriendly vibes from any place from a Vivanta to a Hilton.
We had food at the multi cuisine restaurant, cannot remember the name cause the food was so mediocre. We ordered aalo paratha and had buffet the next day. For what you are paying the food is horrible, I think you can eat better tasting food at a Haldirams.
Even though the staff was resistant, we got an early check in and a late checkout.
Besides the interesting rooms and architecture of this place, I don't think there's much reason to stay at the Roseate.

The staff are the most unfriendly hotel staff I've ever experienced, there was a guy in the reception area who wears glasses and is quiet young, how he has a job in a customer facing environment is beyond me.
A terrible experience, would not recommend anyone to stay here, for the first time in my life I'd discourage people.
On my trip to India I've stayed in the Taj Mahal palace, the oberoi, st Regis Goa and Mumbai and this was by far the worst experience I've had in India or anywhere in the world in fact.

This property is simply amazing on all fronts but by far the best part is the pool. The place is designed in such a zen green museum like way. The service is top notch the staff is trained to greet you with closed palms and a bow, the was the only place we trusted it was cooked with proper care. They fumigate the grounds each morning to kill the mosquitoes we came from America and this truly meets the 5 star quality feel all the other guests were foreigners too so we felt right at home, you can hear the planes landing or the cars honking at 5am but you’re surrounded by so much beauty and greenery that you forget you’re even in India. The room had a great soaking tub as well as automatic closing window shades the internet was fast the in room dining was expensive but definitely worth the money just everything about this place was simply amazing. 10/10 would Recommend

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful. Rooms are roomy and so tastefully decorated. Bathtub is amazing, shower strong pressure. Clean. Massive windows with beautiful views. All the staff incredibly kind and helpful. Outside grounds total joy to be in. Restaurants have excellent food. Breakfast delicious and lots of choices. I had forgotten that I had stayed at this hotel in 2019. It's located about 40 minutes from Connaught Place (by taxi). The hotel is an architectural wonder. What's nice is that the hotel is set in large grounds with lots of water features (think shallow canals and pools) everywhere. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable but a little worn (like many hotels today). Bathroom towels worn, TV worked poorly the entire time I was there (not properly checked by the hotel prior to check in), Wi-FI sign ups etc are overly arduous...sign up should be easy and for the duration of stay. I tried both restaurants the Chi~Ni where I was virtually the only person in the place - food was OK I didnt think it good value for the cost. The coffee shop better, but still expensive for what it is. The buffet breakfast which switched between both restaurants was great. I didn't like: The noise in the bedroom corridors at night - hard floors that echo sound into bedroom, many of the water features were either dirty or empty, I would expect more from a hotel like this. The gym is limited in equipment (e.g. only one treadmill), no TV in the space. Overall hotel tries, I just think it needs better investment by owners to deliver on the experience the staff try to deliver. I would hesitate to go back. If you want a really quiet stay, this might be the perfect option.

Found an amazing deal at Expedia. I selected Garden view room with full board (Lunch , dinner & breakfast) option and it was worthy.
Perfect for a weekend getaway or a quick vacation. it’s architectural layout looks royal and pretty..food is excellent.. the landscape, water bodies and greenery are awesome..no separate pool and play area for kids. bed was so much comfortable, just disappointed with the room as I couldn't find charging point for apple McBook pro laptop but somehow manage to use a point near to bed.

The Roseate charges are equivalent to that of luxury brands such as the Taj and The Oberoi however the service leaves a lot to be desired for. It took us multiple calls to the house keeping for small things as an extra quilt, bed sheet, setting up bubble bath or even tea/coffee sachets. We had to wait for 30 mins to get the towels in the morning.

We went for half board which included breakfast and dinner. While the breakfast spread was okaish and tasted fine, the dinner was a set menu and nothing to write home about. The dinner was a simple 3 course meal with limited options. This is not what you expect at a premium property.

The property in itself is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are huge and tastefully done with not so bad views of the garden or the pool. The rooms comes with lounge type seating which can easily sleep a regular sized adult comfortably. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I had got a 7 hour taxi from Rishikesh to stay here.
A friend joined me and when I arrived the check in staff tried to charge me an extra £30 for my friend to stay with me in my room.
I had booked a king room and had paid £145 for this, so to try and charge my friend on top of this was an embarrassment and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Currently undergoing some renovations so these comments take that into account. It’s second time at the property and they are not learning from some basic mistakes. Attention to detail on basic elements is lacking like key cards repetitively not working, no cold beers, etc. breakfast is average at best with produce and baked goods not fresh. Two great elements - the spa was awesome, and the head chef at the Chinese restaurant made a great dining experience. These basic errors detract from what is an absolutely beautiful property with unique architecture.

This is beautiful resort hotel with lovely grounds. Unfortunately, the ground have been divided along the entire length by an ugly temporary partition, which appears to be more permanent then temporary.
The hotel rooms are exceptionally large at 60 m2 and well designed. The corridors contain beige colour carpet sections which were dirty and stained. A darker colour carpet would be better.
The service at the main/breakfast restaurant is lacking and there appeared to be insufficient staff as the breakfast tables were always littered with used crockery and cutlery.
The most odd thing I notice which I have never seen in any other hotel was that normal towels were placed underneath the urinals of the Gent's toilets. Despite pointing this out to the management as \"un-hygienic practice\" it continued during our stay. The bar at hotel in not really a true bar as there are no display of drinks bottles and appears very uninviting.
With the hotel's close proximity to Delhi Airport, aircraft noise is quite noticeable.
The staff at the reception were very helpful in all aspects.

This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful outside. It’s known for couples who want to take photo shoot. There were areas that were blocked off for these shoots. Was not impressed by that. Also, as a VIP I thought I would receive something of an upgrade and didn’t receive anything. They didn’t even know what Expedia gold ViP was. Seriously would not book if i had know this. Asked for a crib and got a nice one. Rooms are large and nice. Bed was nice. Pick up from the airport was great. Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. You could hear airplanes take off from the hotel room. It was good but it could be better. Overall ambiance was good, but the little things would make me stay somewhere else next time. Bummer.

This place is insane - a contender for the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and the Waldorf Astoria in NYC is included in that comparison. The grounds and hotel are breathtaking - you must spend some time just walking around and taking it all in. The large soaking tubs in the rooms are ultra luxurious, and room service is 24/7 and delicious. The spa is also an absolute must while you’re there. We missed the Roseate for the rest of our India tour because it was just spectacular. A stunning oasis! I honestly want to move in.

Nice and ultra modern hotel but front of house staff rude. Two men that checked us in were judgmental of two same sex women sharing a room and gave us looks and spoke to one another in Hindi about it. The woman that showed us to our room was condescending about showing us where things were even though I told her it wasn’t necessary. When we checked out I paid for mini bar purchases in cash and was asked to provide a receipt for the currency exchange. I have never heard of such a thing!!!! And our airport shuttle wasn’t ready. We almost missed check in because of this.

Good hotel close to airport and lots of greenery , breakfast can be improved , the staff is very courteous . Had some loud people staying in adjacent rooms. Rooms are extremely spacious . I had some left over birthday cake left in their refrigerator and they surprised me with a brand new cake to take home .

The hotel is very pretty and the staff is great. Extremely helpful and friendly.
I found the room to be an average on cleanliness. I dropped something on the floor and had to get it out from under the sofa and was surprised to see how dirty it was. It hasn’t been mopped for a while. The tub in the room wasn’t the cleanest one and I found some hair in it when I was filing it up to take a bath and then dropped the idea.
Small things-but overall a lovely hotel very pretty and charming. I would stay there again.

Very inferior property

Hotel staff are well intentioned but the property is very poorly run for a five-star facility charging premium prices. No international adapter plugs in rooms - told to bring our phones to front desk to charge. Our transport was stopped at the gate of the property - unclear why - and we were told to walk down the long driveway to reception, and back up again on checkout. Temperature controls in room did not work and temps were arctic - called reception, told engineering staff would come to fix it, but no one ever arrived. Blow dryer barely worked, and in-room phone was inoperable as well - again, called front desk but no one ever responded. Some very awkward design features also - for example, toilet in the room oddly enclosed only in glass, so virtually no privacy. Minibar had a single bag of chips. Room was not well cleaned, with dirty carpet and refuse from previous guests still in drawers etc. Well intentioned property but not remotely comparable to similar class hotels in Aerocity, e.g.

Huaxia

This hotel is amazing. Love this architecture and the garden design. Please have some time just wondering in the resort. The service is good. But I think they should have a tour for this hotel.
And there is a Chinese restaurant in it.
It’s near the airport, which means far from the city.
In side the room, it’s a little bit old but still in well function. There is an iPad to control all the stuff.

A Green Oasis amidst Concrete Madness

The hotel is a wonderful entry into tranquil comfort from the madness that Delhi and Gurgaon are. Add to this warmly designed hotel an excellent staff eager to make your stay pleasurable , and u get someting called The Roseate.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

Staff were very accommodating. Grounds of hotel very relaxing and beautiful. Rooms nice and comfortable. Good spa experience. Breakfast nice as well. Quick two night stay but very enjoyable.

Roseate Hotel in Delhi

The Roseate Hotel is a bit pricey, but it is very nice and comfortable, especially so if you have been staying in cheaper accommodations during your visit to a India. Service at this hotel is wonderful. The location of the hotel is convenient for the airport but it is a long journey to get to downtown locations.
